Members can either sign up for unlimited classes, a specific number of classes per month, or drop in classes. Individual, couple, and family month-to-month memberships are available. The gym does not offer individual workouts. I have been to probably ten classes so far and enjoy them. Most of the classes they offer are Les Mills classes, which are preprogrammed choreographed routines that change every few months. They also offer a few other classes that are not Les Mills. Although the choreographed nature of the classes is not my favorite (I wish they were more freestyle), the gym has a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the coaches and owner are so nice and friendly. The memberships are affordable, and the classes are very convenient, especially in our rural area. The gym is very responsive to its members' needs. My minor complaint is because the instructor is working out while teaching and the music is playing, she is often unable to correct member form and sometimes it is difficult to hear her instructions. Probably due to the fact that these are group cardio focused exercise classes, every class I have been to has been 100% women! If you're interested in checking it out, be aware that you will be surrounded by estrogen. I recommend the gym both to beginning and experienced exercisers, as they have classes for all levels. They have basic equipment but they do not have cardio equipment or machines. They offer showers but no lockers or other storage facilities, as they are brand new and pretty simple setup. And they also offer free daycare for some classes on some days. I recommend them if you're looking for new motivation or something a little different.

We left 24 because in order to…read moreadd my third child to daycare we would have to pay an additional $27 a month AND wait a full 6 months postpartum for me to return to the gym and I know that 6 months out of the gym is a no-go for me. The day care workers are so nice to my children. For daycare the Y takes babies at 4 or 6 weeks old so so moms who are serious about working out have great options. I do miss 24 because all of my group X teachers and classmates knew me by name, I miss having a pro-shop, and I also miss that I could do cardio in the middle of the night but the perfect gym simply does not exist. I can also bring my young kids onto the cardio equipment, into the pool, and into the few family classes that they offer. The other reason we joined was to get the discount on sports. The Y has much support for homeschool families which is important for us. Overall the Y also has a lot more classes and activities for our entire family than any other club offers, including holiday community festivals and ongoing health and sports injury screenings via partnership with the Methodist hospital system. They also run specials on personal training too and it's a lot less pushy than other clubs I hear.

I've generally enjoyed this YMCA and still think it's a great gym with something for everyone…read more However, I recently had a very concerning experience with the childcare program that needs to be addressed. When I picked up my infant son from Child Watch, staff initially told me he had pooped while sleeping. However, when I took him to my car to change him, I found that his diaper was clean and there was no fecal matter inside his clothing. Instead, fecal matter was only on the outside of his shirt and pants. I immediately returned to ask what happened. Tiffany was apologetic, compassionate, and appeared genuinely concerned about the situation. She confirmed that an employee had unknowingly sat my child in a swing that had fecal matter in it, and that they're washing it today. Unfortunately, my experience with the Child Care Director, Tania, was very different. Rather than feeling heard, I felt that my concerns were minimized and met with defensiveness. Tania even directly challenged her own staff's initial assessment, telling me that no poop was on the swing as of I'd made it up. During our conversation, I requested an incident report and was told I would receive one. However, I did not. Instead, I ultimately had to send an email myself to document the incident and create a paper trail. That was disappointing, especially given the nature of the concern. What concerns me most is that parents cannot directly observe the infant areas. We have to trust that proper supervision and sanitation procedures are being followed. When something like this happens, we're left relying entirely on staff explanations, yet I was given conflicting information regarding the condition of the swing where my son had been placed. My hope is that this was an isolated incident, but I believe the childcare program needs stronger oversight, better sanitation practices, more thorough incident documentation, and a more parent-centered response when concerns are raised. No parent should leave wondering whether their child may have been exposed to another person's fecal matter while in care. I am sharing this because accountability and transparency matter, especially when it comes to the health and safety of children. While I still believe the YMCA offers many positive things for families, this experience left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the childcare program.

My family and I have been using this location primarily since getting our membership about 6 months ago. We visit the Y 4-7 days a week and our experiences have been overall very good! Facility: The overall facility is really impressive in my opinion. It is shockingly large (but it makes sense because of the population size it serves) the locker rooms are really pretty nice and all the restrooms on site are always spotless and well kept. Areas like the turf/lifting area, cardio area, lobbies, outdoor pool, indoor pool (basically everywhere) really surpassed my expectations as far as quality and upkeep. The facilities are always clean and just look good in general Equipment: The equipment is very diverse and there are PLENTY of machines and equipment. Multiple of everything or at least multiple versions of equipment that target the same muscles or do the same thing. I only occasionally notice a machine not working and it is always working again within a few days. Most people do wipe down the machines after use but I've also noticed staff with wipe down equipment here and there- makes me feel good that the machines are kept sanitized throughout the day :) Classes: There are ALOT of different classes to take at the Y that are included in your membership. Yoga, hot yoga, boot camp classes, Zumba, water exercise, etc., classes are easy to book through the app and are in individual studios in the Y Childcare: I'm a stay at home mom with a 1 (now almost 2) year old. This is the first daycare situation I've ever put my child in. The childcare director (I forget her name, but the older woman who has an office outside of the childcare center) has amazing experience and is so kind and understanding. It was really hard for me to leave my baby the first few times when she was screaming bloody murder at drop off but this woman was very kind and understanding of my feelings while encouraging me to keep at it and assuring me she would adjust within a week or two. I followed her advice and brought my baby every weekday no matter what and she stopped crying at drop off on day 6 :) she now happily runs all the way to childcare and typically walks in happily of her own free will ;) I feel very comfortable with the daycare staff caring for my child, in the evening they are mostly younger girls who are energetic and friendly with the kids. On warm days they typically play on the playground for awhile and my baby always comes out with a drawing to show me and it makes me so happy! Youth sports: While my child is not old enough to be in youth sports yet, the Y does have A LOT OF SPORTS for children; basketball, soccer, volleyball, ninja obstacle course, just to nap a few. I have volunteer coached for two of these sports and my experience with the youth sports director Jesse, has been great! Jesse is fantastic at coordinating these events (practices and games) and seems truly passionate about making the program the best it can be for the kids and the parents. I've had a lot of fun coaching and seeing kids build their confidence through team sports and make friends while playing their sport :) Staff: I haven't had any personal experiences with a personal trainer but I see them with people everyday, they seem very knowledgeable and supportive of their client. The staff at the front desk has been able to assist me with any thing I've needed so far. Childwatch staff is my fav because they make my kid happy :). The staff who monitor each workout area are like flies on the wall, they don't bother anyone but keep the area clean. Lifeguards are on the younger side (especially in the summer) and have all been pretty fun and always polite. Overall the staff at this location get the job done and are very nice. Overall we are in love with this location and while I'm interested in visiting other locations, D Bradley McWilliams is our home! I definitely recommend checking it out and doing a day pass (which includes 2 days) at the very least. The amount we pay for our membership is more than worth it for what we get out of this Y

It's a massive gym chock full of top notch facilities, ideal for all kinds of activities, games, and obviously, gymnastics.
