On a 1-10 scale, he was probably about a 14 in terms of his energy and happiness, the whole time that we were here. He must have done the zip line 400 times in a row. And there was plenty of other things for him to do when he finally got tired of that. While our son does have high-functioning autism, this is certainly not a place for just about any child to have fun. There are swings, a trampoline, things to climb on and even activities that can be enjoyed while sitting. We will definitely continue to make this a part of our regular rotation when they are offering free play and the weather outside is not conducive to hang out at an outdoor park.

However, the overall experience felt extremely rushed, and the staff appeared a bit frazzled at times. We completely understand that having back-to-back parties is part of the business model, and we were fully aware in advance of how much time we would have for setup and for the party itself. That was not the issue. The challenge was the lack of transition between parties. It felt chaotic, and the workers seemed unsure of the next steps during the overlap. For example, the family before us still had several guests coming in and out of the facility at 3:15 p.m., even though our party had already started. In a previous conversation, I was told that my party would need to be essentially out the door by 4:30 p.m. to prepare for the next group. I had no problem with that--I'm always willing to follow the rules and be considerate of others. Unfortunately, the family before us did not extend that same courtesy nor did we witness team members being vocal about them needing to exit so that we could begin our setup. The young lady who appeared to be in charge stated, paraphrasing, "we can't make them leave." Yes, you can. At 2:53 p.m., a large portion of their group was still inside, mixing and mingling. This created unnecessary confusion and stress for me and my guests. While the young ladies assisting us were kind and did their best, the experience as a whole felt rushed and disorganized. Because of this, the setup just didn't work for me personally. I ended up spending the first few minutes of my son's first birthday crying in the art room because I felt several things could have been handled more smoothly. While I may give it some thought for him to attend a class or two for his developmental benefit. I would simply never consider having an event here again nor any other company with a similar birthday party model as this. It's disappointing, especially on such an important day, but I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve the experience for future families.

There aren't a ton of extra activities, but honestly... you're there to skate! The rental skates were in great shape, which made the experience even better. I'm 35 and took my daughter, and I ended up having an absolute blast myself. They also had plenty of screens showing the game for anyone who wanted to hang out without skating. I'm still on the fence about signing up, but I think the value for one child is fantastic! You surely can't go wrong! My review or lack of that 5th star is in no way discounting the place or its services - it's merely to say if you have multiple children, you might want to think hard about the scheduling aspect. Indeed - You get ALOT for your money, but if you're like me - finding the time to corral all those children several times a week to really grasp the worth, is a struggle in itself! The program was good despite having a few sessions inside where the building was near 100 degrees as the building owner refused to turn on the A/C. I would have given them 3 or 4 starts but the earned 1 star because of the following: The program was delayed two weeks without reason, a class was cancelled the day-of without reason (or refund), and the last two weeks of the program were cancelled without refund. Eventually, I was emailed offering a refund for two of the three cancelled classes, but I was never given a refund. Can't recommend the program to anyone now for Memorial (Warriors), Belaire, or Tomball.
