As a mom of an almost 15-month-old, I did not find this place toddler-friendly or safe. While the ball pit is massive, getting to the designated toddler area required going through a fairly deep ball pit, which was difficult to maneuver (even as an adult). The slides were all extremely steep, including a glass piano slide that I found unsafe and uncomfortable. Sliding down the glass panels was painful, and the seams between each panel made the ride bumpy. The steepness of every slide caused my toddler to hit his head, no matter which one he tried. One slide on the big kids' side had a large hump that created a negative impact on the landing. Even though we didn't let our son go on it alone, another kid pushed him down. After going after my son, I realized how unsafe it was--the dip in the hump caused a sudden jolt, making it hard to control speed or maintain posture. I have several bruises from getting up the steepness of the rock climb, and up the slides even with gripper socks. My tailbone is bruised from the glass piano slide. I'm extremely disappointed with this place. We were there for a toddler's birthday party, but I wouldn't recommend this place. It didn't feel safe, and everything from the obstacle course to the main play area was inconvenient and poorly designed for toddlers. read more

Let me just say as a first impression this place went above and beyond for our daughter's special day, down to the party attendant, front greeters, and manager. Everybody was so helpful and nice, special shout out to our helper Mariah, she was honestly amazing and knew how to cut a cake. I stumbled upon this place as an ad through IG, did my research, compared it to other options I had in mind and finally settled on this place due to their wide range of party packages. I would 100% recommend bringing your kiddos here or hosting a party here. The party room we got was big enough for all 40 guest we had plus the big decorations we did, the availability to bring our own cooler and food was perfect since most places offer in house pizza catering and drinks marked up. The cleanliness was a plus, it definitely doesn't smell like stinky socks right when you walk in and they had a little play area dedicated for the younger babies unlike most indoor play areas you go to. In all... my daughter, the rest of the kiddos (ages ranging from 1-10 y/o), and even the adults had a blast at this place. Can't wait to come back! read more

Why 5 stars? Because for nearly three hours, my son could not have had more fun. --- --- --- I thought we had pretty much been to every indoor playground in the Houston area, but when I just happened to search Apple Maps for one recently, I happened to come across Bounce N Play. It was located about 45 minutes from our house, but I figured it was worth checking out since my son is getting a little bored with the ones closer to us. I'm so glad I decided to come here because I don't think he stopped for nearly three straight hours. He must have burned about 2,000 calories with how hard he went. This is certainly not the biggest indoor playground, but there is a nice variety of activities: tunnels/slides, a large bouncing area and a huge ball pit with slides. A nice thing for parents is that you can very easily keep track of your kiddo here, with the way that it's laid out. And the most impressive thing to me is that I assumed they had just opened their doors during my visit in early Jan 2024. As it turns out, I see that they opened back in May 2023! I was shocked to find this out because the place was absolutely spotless. My assumption was that they had been open less than a month. It still even had the new building smell. If your kid(s) like indoor playgrounds, this is definitely a good one, especially for kids in the 2-7 year range. read more

This place was kinda disappointing... the entrance fee is $15 a child, which I think is a bit expensive compared to other places, but we thought they would have different pricing for babies/toddlers, and they don't. We took our 8 month old and were shocked at the price. We stayed anyway since it's new and wanted to give it a try. The place is clean and spacious with 3 different areas to play in, but it seems like the space wasn't used to its full potential. There isn't much going on other than the 3 areas, and they have a bunch of picnic tables/rooms set up for parties that maybe could have been used for more activities. We stayed for a bit and then left since you can't bring food on the weekends unless it's for a party. This place is lovely for littles/toddlers. The issue arouse with the larger children taking over the environment leaving the area unsafe for littles. This play area is advertised for littles/toddlers so it would be nice to enjoy it as advertised. There are VERY FEW places littles can have fun at without being trampled by bigger kids., read more

This is a great place to take your kids to on a regular day. It's small enough to where you can relax and not worry about where they are. It's perfect for smaller kids maybe ages 1-5/6. Now, I highly do not recommend throwing a birthday party here. I threw my 2 year olds birthday here because he loves the place. For half a wall , 1 small table and 2 big tables we paid $370. That also came with 10 kid admissions & a party host that didn't do much. The party host helped bring the items in and then stood around for the first 10 minutes while I set up. They charge $10per balloon. So get yours balloons blew up else where. THEY DONT HAVE FOOD OR DRINKS !!! So you basically just paying for a secluded seat for 90 minutes. They add an extra $20 Tax at the end. It's really a money hungry place and don't even have food to feed. My kid loves the place but by giving him a birthday party there has definitely made me choose else where to take my kid. The only other good thing is that after your party is over you have the option to stay until the building closes. Without a party I would rate it a 8/10 but with a party I would rate it a 2/10. read more
