Recommend you go somewhere else and avoid this play center. Its small compared to a lot of other options - Kanga, wonderwild, kids empire. Equipment isn't in the best condition and shows lots of sign of wear and tear. The space echoes and can get very loud which can be disruptive to your kids (probably because of how small the space is and how low the ceiling is). Also, the grip socks policy is just another way to make money. Again, different from all the other established play areas, they want to nickle and dime you for grip socks at an exorbitant rate, and its not clearly stated on their website unless you scroll down on sub-pages to the bottom. I can see the purpose for trampoline parks, but considering 95% of indoor playground areas dont require this, can only see this as a money grab. Please go find a more reputable play area (see my list up above). read more

They email you what's going on for the month. The have painting and cute diy for the kids. As that goes on, You can have a play date or date date for a couple hours. My kids and I had such a great time here. We were stuck in the house because I had to work from home for a few hours. To keep them from being bored, I Yelped this place and it was perfect! They had WiFi for me to work and plenty of activities to keep twin a and b busy! I forgot the fee to get in but I think it's around $15 bucks per kid! They have a baby side which is up to 3yo and the other side is suitable for kids up to about 10yo. They have food, drinks and prefer ppl not bring in their own. The only downside is....i think it's catered to SAHM's because it closes around 5pm everyday. read more

Because, as usual, our son loved it, so everybody wins. --- --- --- The tour of Houston indoor playgrounds continues, as we decided to continue with one of our favorite weekend activists: try a new restaurant + playground in a different part of town. This was the Cypress edition. Our son has never met an inside park he didn't like, so no surprise, he loved it. But we loved it because it's: -Clean -Small enough that you can see mostly everything from any vantage point -They even have several security cameras on the wall that make it easy to spot your kid if you lose sight of them. The only downside is they make you buy sticky socks. We already had multiple pair, but they make you buy their specific socks, even though they are all exactly the same. But if we are back in Cypress again and looking for kid entertainment, this is a great option. read more

I've come to this place at least 4 times since it's the only indoor playground in my area and it always disappoints me. It seems like they care less and less about the quality and environment they provide the children. If you're not supervising your child, they could probably end up getting hurt. Sign says no climbing, yet kids with unsupervised parents are still not obeying the rules and my kid ended up with a goose egg injury on his head. Due to no one supervising the area, when there is usually a person. They charged me $19 to not have anything working properly. My son and I have visited this place twice, and we really enjoy it! It gets crowded and often reaches full capacity, but I understand why. There are two sections: one for toddlers and another for older kids. My son enjoys both. I appreciate that parents are allowed to play with their kids. They have cameras and screens so you can watch your child if you prefer to sit, but I prefer to play with my son. You do need to buy the socks they provide, which cost $2.50 each. The place is very clean! Other places we've visited smell as soon as we enter, but here it's clean. On my last visit, I saw a worker cleaning the place. The facility isn't large, but the play area is packed with activities, making it the right size for kids. All the staff are very nice and also keep an eye on the children. We're glad this place exists and plan to visit weekly when we can! read more

The staff here are amazing! The toddler and the big kid area were super fun, really inclusive for all ages as my 2 year old enjoyed both so much! My boyfriend and I had so much fun playing too! So shocking how much bang for your buck you get. When it gets to be super crowded it does become dangerous for everyone, not just the little ones. Parents tend to let their children run free as it is a safe place to play, that being said; some children have not learned how to watch for others yet (obviously fine as they are children!) The BEST indoor Park! We enjoy coming here as a family. There's so many reasons why, which I will write them down. 1.This indoor park is safe and spotless. They have different sections for children who are under 3 and children who are over 3. The staff always cleans this place. 2. Honestly, as a parent you get to engage with your little ones. Which is absolutely amazing! It's like being a kid again, except your doing it with your little one. As a parent, I enjoy being able to engage with my toddler. Kidtastic is Fantastic! Our three-year-old LOVES Kidtastic, and we love taking her there because it's not so big that she is run over by the older kids, but it is just big enough that she never gets bored. Her favorite activity is going down the slides, which are easily reached by kids of all ages from multiple paths, and which are easily visible for parents. This is also a great place to take out of town guests with kids because it not only has a lot of climbing space/structures for older kids, but it also has a huge play area for children under three years old that has slides, learning activities, and second-story ball pit that little kids can safely play in with their parents. Socks are required at all times for kids and adults, and the only negative I noticed during our last visit was the number of kids trying to walk up the slides instead of sliding down them. Our daughter got very upset several times when there was a kid climbing up on the slide she was sliding down (especially in the blue covered tube slide to the far left of the facility!), so hopefully the staff is aware of this issue and will do a better job monitoring the slides in the future so this does not continue to happen (not climbing up slides is a rule posted throughout the facility so I think that the staff should do a better job enforcing it). Overall we love Kidtastic and will continue to visit throughout the summer, so hopefully I will be able to provide an updated review about the slide rules in a few weeks. Cheers! read more

It's very expensive. And my kids already had grippy socks and they forced us to buy "their socks" just to suck a few more dollars out of you. And on top of that they won't let the parents go help their kids on the stuff the kids need help on unless you once again go buy their grippy socks. I've been to a lot of these places and came prepared but it really ruined our time. And they just repeat "sorry" "it's policy" So plan to spend 50$ plus if you come here and to buy socks for everyone even if you have your own. read more

This used to be one of my favorite places to take my kids. But we went back today for the first time since Covid, and I'm disappointed I spent $40 there. From the moment we stepped in the door there was such an intense smell it made my stomach hurt. It smelled like some one sprayed cans of Lysol trying to cover a dirty diaper scent. It was nauseating. I was trying to think of a way to back out, but I knew my kids would be crushed. So we stayed. The last time we went the prices were 10.99 unless it was a weekend. Today I paid 15.99 for each child. That is a very significant price hike. It was a good thing we already owned their socks and didn't have to pay for those too. They used to have multiple staff members working and at least one would patrol the larger play area making sure the balls stayed in the correct spot and no one was climbing up the slide. Today they had 2 people sitting at the front waiting for parents to come check in. So when people weren't coming in the door they just sat there playing on their phones. Until the owner came in and they weren't on their phones as much. But I think for the price I paid one employee should have been constantly walking around patrolling and cleaning. Since their opening day I've had an issue with being forced to buy their food and not being able to return to play later in the day after nap time. But it was run so well run that I was able to look past that. I have told my kids that we will not return to Kidtastic, and will look for a new indoor place to play. read more

this is the third time we been here. First two times were great. Not this time! Got here within 30 minutes of opening. The smell of dirty diapers was unbelievable. Went into the ladies room. The trashcan was 3/4 of the way full. This tells me the crew that closed the night before did not take out the trash. I mentioned the trash cans to the one and only employee here. He said I've called a plumber. I said take out the trash. He still has not taken the trash out. Staff pick and choose when to enforce this rule. They forced me to buy their socks but then I saw other people wearing personal socks. It was my first time here. We love this place! We lived down the street from it and even had our sons birthday party there. If you're looking for a clean, fun, safe place to take your children; this is it!!! It's reasonably priced, if not cheaper than other places. They are a peanut free place, so to all parents how's kiddos have allergies you don't have to worry! First of, they have cameras! Thankfully there's cameras in the play areas so you can see where your kiddo is at all times. Everyone is required to wear their sock, but if you bring yours back each visit, you don't have to worry about paying for new ones each time. Second, the bathrooms stay extremely clean and they even have a mommy room where you can breast feed or sit if your little one just needs a minute. There is a toddler section for kids 3 and under. It's great for those with smaller children and not having to worry about getting hurt with the older ones. The staff is super attentive and are always making sure the older kids stay on the other side. They are closed every Monday (I believe) for a deep clean! Even though they're constantly cleaning, they still take the time to do a full deep clean. Pricing for the parties are reasonable as well and they are partnered with a local pizza place, so they're giving back to the city. They also have a lot of events and days where admission is cheaper. So they do close when they have private parties, but they let you know well in advance. They are constantly posting on social media. So to the lady that was mad about them being closed for a private event, why wouldn't you look and keep up with times instead of being mad at the staff. You sound ridiculous read more

Great space for kids to run around and explore, but I wish the toddler area was monitored better in terms of allowing toddlers ONLY. Moms are allowing their smaller 4-5 year olds to run around the area because they "appear" to look smaller/younger. This gives some of us heart attacks when your 17 month old is being trampled. You must buy Kidtastic socks (children AND parents who plan to go inside the play areas), which I believe is a good way to keep things clean and consistent! Rooms available for birthdays. I highly recommend coming on a Wednesday or Thursday. The line to get in on Toddler Tuesday is very long, even before opening. read more

This was our 1st time checking out Kidtastic park. I am on a moms group off Facebook and I think the female owner posted about it opening soon a few months ago. This place is pretty new so it is very clean. The socks cost $2.50 each and must be purchased for anyone to be in the play area. The cool thing is I will not be charged to buy socks if I bring them back.The socks are on the thin side and not as good quality as bounce bounce. Cosmic Air has the best bounce socks in my opinion. To be completely honest the toddler area was a little small and crammed. I am a mommy of 4 and the ages of my kids are 6 months to 7 years old. The balls in the middle area are too hard and I actually got hit by one. My 7 year old twins enjoyed this place. I think my 2 year old had fun climbing up to slide down the big 4 person slide. Oh, they have cameras showing everything in the play areas on a big tv in the seating area which I thought was pretty cool. I wish they had a better selection for food at the concession stand. Pizza is ordered from somewhere every 45 mins I think from the little sign they had by the register. ($15) They do not have nachos,chicken strips or popcorn. I like having these items for my kiddos to munch on. We will be back to play on another raining day. read more

I had my son this weekend and though I would bring him here. Got here at 3:05pm and there was a sign that said no walk ins private event, I guess they had a private event so we were going to leave but then one of the staff came out take the private event sign off then switched the signed saying " we will be open at 4:00pm. So I thought we had just got food and we can wait and eat it in the car until 4:00pm. My son was getting so excited as he was watching the time and counting til 4. Finally at 4 they opened and put a sign up that says open play 4:00-6:00pm. So we got inside and one of the staff asked if we had a reservation then I said no. She then says because of COVID they are only taking reservations for playtime and they are all booked today. Now don't get me wrong I respect the fact they are taking precautions for COVID but why are there no signs that states ANYTHING about calling and or go online to make reservations. If there was a sign outside informing "walk-ins" customers to go online or call to reserve play time or something that says due to Covid please check out reservations procedures then I couldn't have sat in the parking lot for AN HOUR. I am pretty livid and my son was very sad and because we wasted 1 freaking hour just sitting and waiting. read more

We've gone to this place a few times with our grandson first two times were amazing and I really wanted to give a five star. However we went today with her grandson again and usually we've seen an older gentleman and we believe he might be the owner or the manager and he was there the first two times it was Run differently than today today we noticed five or six young adults at the entrance checking in but the kids today seem to be rowdier there in the last couple times we went and we noticed there was adults walking with shoes on the mats in the play area and we were really taken back of how many kids and adults did not wear the socks it seemed the first two times we went. It was run a lot better and more strict as far as employees watching the kids going up the slide backwards or going walking up versus just coming down. We're hoping the next time we go that maybe it will be run or the older gentleman will be there as far as overall place to take your kids 10 and under or your grandkids. We would definitely recommend our grandson loves it and there's only one entrance exit to the play area so it's easy to keep track of your child and it was very clean. read more

Their admission for them is $14.99/each and then they make you buy their socks (which you can bring back but it was our first time). Other places are cheaper and easier to find your kids. I don't even know where to begin with how much I love Kidtastic along with how much my babies love this place. We come about once a week. My son is on the Autism spectrum and has a hard time following rules. I have to remind him constantly of things he can't do - one day he somehow unzipped the merry go round toys and I told the owner. He just smiled and said "no worries" and fixed it. This last time my daughter had an accident on the floor by the table we were sitting at. I had to grab the same owner and he assured me it was ok. He sanitized the area and helped us get set back up. This place is amazing. They do kid birthdays here and it's just a great place to go to let the kids run out some energy. Great place for kids and grown ups! The play area has a wide selection of things to do and kids could literally spend hours there! I love that they focus on children 12 and under, you don't really have to worry about your little ones getting trampled on or shoved out of the way! Beware- you might have a hard time getting them to leave! They allow for parents/ adults to accompany their children into the structures and the employees are stationed throughout the playground for safety and sanitary reasons. If you do not want to join in on the fun, there is a tv screen where you can monitor your kids via camera. The concessions have a good variety of healthy snacks and drink options. They are all reasonably priced too. All in all, the staff is friendly, the layout is functional and this place is squeaky clean!! The check in process is quick and painless. Over priced now. They went up on their prices, it's a much smaller place than another place I go to bring my daughter and their cheaper.
