A few weeks ago, we came to this location, and I saw one of my sons on the Sky Rider. He looked really uncomfortable. The harness was too loose, and it was riding up and hurting his neck. I talked to one of the managers, and she seemed concerned enough to take care of the issue. Well, we came back to the location today... My husband saw the following: "There was a situation at the Sky Rider when a smaller child was completing his run, and the receiving employee was unable to corral him. That child then went backward on the track while a larger kid came barreling towards him. They collided; luckily, no injuries occurred but the injury potential was alarming." Accidents happen. I get it. But there was no way we felt safe letting our kids on it again. That was the biggest draw with this location. (The spring location has the Sky Rider too, but it's a much shorter track. The kids don't love it as much.) Then, when we went to get the boys' free snacks, we were told those were going away. It's the economy, and I get that we're all trying to save money. But couldn't someone have sent out an email just to let parents know so they can bring their own snacks? We don't anticipate coming to this location again unless we just happen to be in the area.

From the start, everyone is required to remove their shoes before entering the play space. There are plenty of seating areas for the adults to supervise their children at each section of the playspace. It is sectioned off based on age, so you don't have toddlers running over infants. The party room was quiet and spacious, and the attendant was very polite and attentive to the host family's requests. One practice that this place has for birthdays is to call the group to the dance floor for a dance party before transitioning into the party room. I think it's really thoughtful as the kids aren't abruptly pulled from playing straight into the party room, providing an organic transition. Throughout our time here, I saw workers vacuuming the floors and cleaning the common areas. There is a coffee counter in the back with drinks for purchase as well as concessions for sale in the front. The bathrooms were immaculate. Since everyone is wearing socks, they provide foot coverings at the bathroom entrance. Lastly, a very unexpected bonus was the Lactation Room that my bride discovered that is quietly tucked in the back, fully furnished with a recliner, soft lighting, changing table, sink, bottle warmer, outlets, and even a small bench for additional children. I would 10/10 recommend this place for a playdate or hosting a birthday party.

Parking is ample so no issues there, and it's in the heart of Katy Asia Town so tons of good food options either walking distance or just a short drive away. We've spent a lot of time here this summer and have always enjoyed bringing our kids, but the atmosphere has noticeably declined to the point where it no longer feels welcoming or family-friendly. My daughter is 5 years old, and at one point she was simply standing next to me while I was with my younger child in the 3-and-under area. We were immediately told we needed to separate. I'm sorry, but I'm not comfortable forcing my children to split up when I'm actively supervising both of them. The interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and completely dismissive of basic parental judgment. The staff also suddenly became extremely strict about outside coffee, stating it wasn't allowed unless it came from the neighboring business. At the same time, I could clearly see multiple other guests with drinks from elsewhere that were not addressed at all. The inconsistency was glaring and made the enforcement feel arbitrary and unfair, as though certain families were being targeted while others were ignored. Overall, the staff came across as more interested in policing minor technicalities than actually creating a positive, welcoming environment for families. A children's play space should feel relaxed and accommodating, not like a place where parents are constantly monitored, corrected, or singled out over harmless situations. It's especially disappointing given how much we've enjoyed this place in the past, but after today's experience, the environment has become so unpleasant that we won't be returning.

As a mom of an almost 15-month-old, I did not find this place toddler-friendly or safe. While the…read moreball pit is massive, getting to the designated toddler area required going through a fairly deep ball pit, which was difficult to maneuver (even as an adult). The slides were all extremely steep, including a glass piano slide that I found unsafe and uncomfortable. Sliding down the glass panels was painful, and the seams between each panel made the ride bumpy. The steepness of every slide caused my toddler to hit his head, no matter which one he tried. One slide on the big kids' side had a large hump that created a negative impact on the landing. Even though we didn't let our son go on it alone, another kid pushed him down. After going after my son, I realized how unsafe it was--the dip in the hump caused a sudden jolt, making it hard to control speed or maintain posture. I have several bruises from getting up the steepness of the rock climb, and up the slides even with gripper socks. My tailbone is bruised from the glass piano slide. I'm extremely disappointed with this place. We were there for a toddler's birthday party, but I wouldn't recommend this place. It didn't feel safe, and everything from the obstacle course to the main play area was inconvenient and poorly designed for toddlers.

It was located about 45 minutes from our house, but I figured it was worth checking out since my son is getting a little bored with the ones closer to us. I'm so glad I decided to come here because I don't think he stopped for nearly three straight hours. He must have burned about 2,000 calories with how hard he went. This is certainly not the biggest indoor playground, but there is a nice variety of activities: tunnels/slides, a large bouncing area and a huge ball pit with slides. A nice thing for parents is that you can very easily keep track of your kiddo here, with the way that it's laid out. And the most impressive thing to me is that I assumed they had just opened their doors during my visit in early Jan 2024. As it turns out, I see that they opened back in May 2023! I was shocked to find this out because the place was absolutely spotless. My assumption was that they had been open less than a month. It still even had the new building smell. If your kid(s) like indoor playgrounds, this is definitely a good one, especially for kids in the 2-7 year range.

In the past, we've used this card between three people and it's ample play. There is usually a 10-15 second wait time. This time, between three kids, the wait time wouldn't work even after a minute of waiting. This wasted around 10 minutes of our play time of the 60 minutes just trying to get it to work. I went up to the front desk, where there was one attendant. She was friendly but slow and it seemed like another ten minutes until it was my turn. I told her my problem and asked her for another card because this one was obviously not working. She told me I should switch to 60 points because that's the equivalent of one hour. I asked for a replacement card but she just told me to switch for 60 points. Fine, whatever will get it to work. Our kids are antsy. She disappeared for another 10-15 minutes, and I waited while there was no attendant in the front to a long line. Eventually she got the manager to help her who then started explaining things to me as if it was user error. Then he told me I had 50 points. I told him I thought it was 60 points. No, he said, because there was 10 minutes used on the 60 minute card. At that point, I was so over the wait and the obvious lack of efficiency and actual problem solving from the staff and three antsy kids that had been waiting to play that I just accepted it. 50 points should last 50 minutes right? The three kids used up the points in around 30 minutes, not 60. I saw within 5 minutes, another mother struggling with her play card with timed unlimited play and asked me how to resolve it. This was obviously a systemic issue, as I saw the attendants then testing cards later. They did not address that we had essentially been gypped of playing time. I wanted to purchase more playing time and pizza when we first arrived, because we were so excited, but after seeing the lack of timeliness and care to even provide a meaningful time, I didn't want to bother. And why charge $2 for wristbands for the playing cards? The place is spacious and clean and otherwise seems okay. This was definitely not the standard of other Chuck E. Cheese's we've been to and not worth the hassle.

To eat, we ordered a large pepperoni pizza, unicorn churros, lemon pepper wings, and cheesy bread. Pizza is delicious as always, can't go wrong with a classic pepperoni. Came out hot and fresh! There is a pool for the summer, but it is strangely designed. One half is a kiddie pool about 1-1/2 feet deep and the a rope to a drop off of 8 ft. The deeper end has two slides for all ages; even the parents can have fun. Overall it is nice and get there early for the tables!!!

There are slides, and the swimming area is well watched by lifeguards. Once an hour there is a security break, like for 10 to 15 minutes, give the kids a chance to hydrate and the lifeguards to take break. When you're not in the pool there is a wonderful little splash pad adjacent to the pool area. As far as bringing food and drink, the sign on the door is kind of misleading. It says no food or drink allowed in the pool area, which I think a lot of people mistake as you're not allowed to bring any food or drink into The splash pad / pool at all, but that's not true. You can bring food and drink as long as you keep it away from the pool area. No glasses allowed and obviously no alcohol is allowed. you do have to be a member of the stonegate HOA and your dues do have to be current to get into the pool. I really enjoy it and my grandkids really enjoy it. It's never too crowded and the kids always have a great time. I would definitely recommend it. Oh yes it is all concrete, but you're not supposed to be running around in the area there are signs everywhere that says no running, so if you obey that simple rule, the concrete shouldn't be an issue other than it being very hot on your feet. This splash pad hours vary as far as I can tell, I've yet to see a sign that really gives you a clear idea of when it opens. And if there is a thunderstorm, the pool gets closed. So, be prepared for that one. Even if it's a short thunderstorm they close the pool. I don't know if they reopened after the storm passes, they might I just don't know. There is a bathroom with showers and changing areas, there is no food available so definitely bring water and a snack.
