Bounce N Play takes sanitation seriously, which is a big plus for parents looking for a clean and safe environment for their children. My review highlights the staff regularly cleans and disinfects the play areas, to ensure a hygienic experience. The staff often wipes down high-touch surfaces, and the general cleanliness of the facility is well-maintained. Definitely recommend and will be coming back. Thank you Bounce N Play

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Good place to let the kids run around and burn off some energy indoors when it's hot out.

My only complaint is it felt very stuffy and not well air-conditioned or ventilated. After 2 hours of play on a hot Houston morning, the kids were flushed and everyone was dripping in sweat! "Socks only" play in the main play zone, which hosts a big structure, 2 stories, basically a kids' obstacle course. So many things to jump on, climb, and slide down, made mostly of foam and inflatable material for cushioning. Adults have plenty of seating right in front of the play zone, where they could enjoy a coffee or concessions and enjoy a mom's meetup. They have a few hot & iced coffees available to order, along with some grab & go bottled drinks. There are also a couple of private rooms for hosting parties. Came here for a friend's birthday party, and the kids (ages 2 to 5) had a blast.... They spent a pretty penny ($700 for the middle tier "Premier" package) but it included: - Admission for 15 kiddos - A face painter hired for an hour - Dance party & photos with the monkey mascot - Meal (chicken nuggets & pizza) plus snacks - Room decorations & cake cutting - Gift Bags for guests Food is pretty decent. Cute spot for fun & safe play. ...Just wish they kept the temperature a bit cooler, with so much activity.

Abby and another team member responded immediately and thoroughly sanitized the area. I truly appreciate how quickly and professionally the team handled the situation. It was all fun until there was a PILE OF POOP in the toddler area that had been smeared around and tracked throughout. The staff was told but the poop remained for a while. A birthday party was going on so they may have been told up but it was nasty. Like diarrhea, and it was everywhere. Then, the same poop was spotted along with a young child covered from head to toe in poop, in the older kids climbing area. At that point, we were out. We had paid for 2 hours but I was good to leave right then and forfeit the money. They also cleaned it up with like baby wipes or something. That whole place needed sanitized, to be honest. The parent of this child was obviously paying no attention to have a babyish age walking around covered in diarrhea for 30+ min, but also the cleanup did not impress me. Nope nope nope.

We've only been here one so far, but we really liked it…read more Specifically, we came because we were in the woodlands area for my daughter's birthday and so we thought it would be fun for her to play somewhere while there. I usually buy The Woodlands Children Museum membership with her birthday money, but we wanted to try someplace new. They do not have a membership, but they do have a punch card, which I thought I would consider purchasing for her birthday gift if she liked the place. My favorite thing about here is that they have age limits and they don't charge if you're over the age limit or younger than the age limit. This was perfect because although I had my older daughter with me, she sat in the corner on her phone the entire time so I would have been more annoyed if I had to pay for her. My son, who also aged out, came in later and played for a couple of minutes with his younger sister, but was ready to leave and get snacks quickly. So I am happy that I would not have to pay for the children that don't actually enjoy being there and have to come with their siblings haha. I wish the woodland's children museum, including others, would adopt that philosophy. Having said that, the videos that I saw online made it seem like it was a larger place than it is. It's probably around less than half the size of the woodlands children museum. They mostly just had everyday toys over there and tiny little rooms that I couldn't really maneuver with my stroller. I was surprised to see that they got busy pretty quick. I would expect a location to be larger if they had more patrons coming. I will have to say, I wish they had a couch or nice seating for the adults who were all pretty much just standing around or following their children. My daughter was able to do the slime for her birthday and I purchased another slime for my older daughter to do which was the only thing that she actually liked ( the older one I mean... the younger one had fun with everything). I will have to say, the girl who was working there, I wanna say that her name was Callie or something (sorry I forgot), was very helpful and made the slime fun for my daughter. She let my daughters choose the different colors and the sprinkles that went in. As long as my children enjoy it, that's literally all I care about. So even though I thought it was pretty small, and wish they had better seating, I will be coming back.

It appeared there was only one person working, and she could have used a little help. Nevertheless, she did a good job, and was helpful and friendly. It would be nice if there was just a little more room. But that didn't stop the kids from having a good time. The different areas were all a big hit, such as the food truck, the office, the vet area to name a few. The kids moved from one area to another with no issues and enjoyed them all.

They shut the lights off and turn on leds and black lights. I actually came here with my kids twice on a Groupon deal where you get an hour and a half of time in the park for 6 guest for about $85. It's a great deal if you only plan on coming twice a year... they have a monthly membership at $15 per membership. You get as many visits as you want and each membership comes with a buddy pass. I have three kids so that's six kids every visit for $65 dollars a month! Totally worth it. I have already been with them about 8 times in three weeks. The memberships come with discounts at the concession Thursdays you get one free large pizza and half off icees. I've been meaning to leave a review since we have joined, but tonight one of the staff members really went above and beyond. I brought my 3 kids, 2 friends and my toddler. The kids were in the basketball area and one of my boys had recently scraped his leg pretty badly on his bike a couple of days ago. Kendrick was working that area and was watching the boys. They were rough with each other and hurt my son's leg again. Kendrick saw he was crying and holding his leg and took care of my boy without me even noticing. He provided first aide with peroxide and a new bandage for his leg. The. He gave him a free icee to cheer him up. That type of service deserved this review. It was lo g overdue.
