Back of the one hour free jump pass
LeFaye P.

I've been to this place twice -- the first time was fine. I used a free jump pass for my two kids and we had a good time. But the second visit? It was straight-up chaos. They confiscated both of my jump passes, claiming it was "one jumper per card, for one hour," even though the card itself says absolutely nothing about that. If you're going to enforce a rule like that, it should be CLEAR -- not something you make up at the counter with an attitude. Management (Cole) tried to spin it using their own "interpretation," but unfortunately for them, I know how to read -- and nowhere did the card back them up. Despite the confusion (which they caused), I still had to pay out of pocket. And here's the kicker: for one toddler and one regular child, the price rang up to $48 -- even though it should have been $45. Apparently, they sneak in some extra fee just for daring to use their "free" card. Long story short: Misleading promotions, poor customer service, and surprise charges. If you go, read everything twice, prepare to argue, and expect to pay more than you were told. Disappointing.

Fantastic environment with fun for all ages! My kids have been multiple times and have enjoyed the numerous activities that are included. Highly recommended!

Good time except for the spinning pole being down. Pretty clean and affordable. Pizza wasn't bad, fun staff.

Regular admission is a little pricey, but a fun time, nonetheless.

We attended this place for a classmates birthday party and paid for socks. We ended up being charged for the entire amount of the birthday party even though it was not our child's party. We were charged $350 and while the establishment provided us a refund of partial refund of ~$324, we are STILL awaiting a refund of $25. Before you ask, this was not the cost of the socks as we paid that on a separate charge which we did not dispute. Unfortunately due to false promises by establishment we are now outside of the window of being able to charge back. We continued to have emails promising a refund with no action. (see emails below) I would never attend this place and DO NOT recommend this place for anyone due to this. This is complete craziness that they would even allow for this to occur.

The little snack room to the side is a nice place for kids to get together and take a break and eat something. It's nice to have a playdate there because your kids are enclosed and gated in and can basically entertain themselves and you can still talk to another adult without losing sight of your kid. Definitely send your kid in socks because it can smell a little like feet as is any gym. Also bring a physical credit card to pay because they do not take tap pay as I learned after I unloaded my child and all his things and only brought my phone in. Parking is easy and a plenty. It's in the back row of buildings in case you miss it the first go around.

It's definitely dated and older, but my kids still have a lot of fun. I like it that it's so open…read moreso it's easy to keep track of your kids. I hear it's new management, and I can see the difference. There's plenty of staff now to help watch the play spaces and make sure everyone is safe. Before, there would be only 1 or 2 staff members for the whole gym. The staff member checking us in was very friendly and helpful. Only recommendation I would have is to really give the place a deep clean. It'll make the place sparkling again.

I always question these trampoline places because they age range of children jumping together scares me to death. It wasn't like that here. I would say the median age was about 8. I felt totally safe to let my two year old go at it without worrying about a bigger kids blast into him. I also like that the place is wide open and you can see pretty much everything from where to choose to stand. They have a dodgeball area of the older kids and a separate one for the littles. Another win! Besides trampolines, they have swings, little obstacle courses, bouncy games and all kids of fun! I noticed they have drinks for sale, but I really didn't pay attention if they had food or not. We had pizza because we were at a party - in a party room. The employees took care of everything: Passing out pizza, cutting the cake, gathering the kids for a group photo. I felt like it was very well organized. We had a great time here, too bad we don't live closer or else I would absolutely frequent this place! My kid LOVED it! PS - I think you have to purchase their grip socks. But double check. Happy jumping!
