The kids love Kanga and the host we had for the party was awesome! The prices are affordable especially for families with more than one kid.

I got the biggest package. Everything was laid out like they had a theme selection and they would take care of most things, that I had an "attendant" for the party, that the kids would get goodies bags, ice cream, pizza, and have preloaded cards to play games on. Yeah. Everything was so bad. And I mean so bad. The "decorations" were plates and cups. They say table cloths but they aren't matching to the theme they're bright red and attached to the tables like a fitted sheet. Oh and they have huge paintings on each party room of pirates so ya good luck fitting that in with bluey. My "attendant" was a young girl that had no information about anything. She spoke about a schedule then didn't follow it. We had to go find her idk how many times to ask for simple things. Goodie bags were great no complaints there. Ice cream was the little blue bell tubs. The pizza tho was NOT good. That's expected. The preloaded cards for kids to "play games" was not loaded properly and had to collect all the cards back from the kids (yeah try doing that for 8 kids under 4) melt downs everywhere. Then when we get them, there's literally only enough for them to play two games. Two. Look there are a lot and I mean a lot of other places I could've had a birthday at but I chose this one to try and eliminate issues. Knowing they were more expensive than all other places. Y'all failed this party. $408 was the total. $408 for our party to have to do everything and have the worst stressful time with our kids. It was so completely unorganized I would not recommend this location AT ALL. Wayyy overly priced for what you ACTUALLY get. If you're coming from online, just know their website is very deceiving.

In my past experience, only the kids' tickets need to be redeemed, not the parents', especially since adults are not playing. Today, the man at the front desk told both my husband and me that we also had to redeem tickets for ourselves. I was surprised, but when I asked why, he coldly said, "It's the policy." After I signed the waivers and was about to go in, I noticed a large sign right behind me that said ADULT IS FREE. I asked the receptionist again why we still had to redeem tickets for the adults, and he simply repeated, "It's policy." I then asked to speak with a supervisor because this felt very unfair, and he told me that he was the supervisor. When I asked to speak with someone from corporate, he then said he was the manager. At that point, I was extremely frustrated and told him I would leave a review about my experience. Only then did he call a private number, and the owner told me that different Kanga locations operate under different policies. She said she does not know what other stores do, but at this location, adults also have to redeem tickets when using a GetOut Pass. We will not come back again! the biggest issue was not even the redemptions, but how poorly the situation was handled on site and how arrogant the staff were On top of that, there was a birthday party going on, and we could consistently smell marijuana, which was another reason we did not want to stay. I believe it may have been from one of the parents who had smoked before coming in, and the smell was lingering inside. This is supposed to be a child-friendly environment, and the smell was very obvious. Even the mom next to me was talking about it, but the staff did nothing, which was extremely frustrating.

Abby and another team member responded immediately and thoroughly sanitized the area. I truly appreciate how quickly and professionally the team handled the situation. I'm grateful for how gracefully and efficiently the staff managed everything.

It was all fun until there was a PILE OF POOP in the toddler area that had been smeared around and tracked throughout. The staff was told but the poop remained for a while. A birthday party was going on so they may have been told up but it was nasty. Like diarrhea, and it was everywhere. Then, the same poop was spotted along with a young child covered from head to toe in poop, in the older kids climbing area. At that point, we were out. We had paid for 2 hours but I was good to leave right then and forfeit the money. They also cleaned it up with like baby wipes or something. That whole place needed sanitized, to be honest. The parent of this child was obviously paying no attention to have a babyish age walking around covered in diarrhea for 30+ min, but also the cleanup did not impress me. Nope nope nope.

However, we were gifted a Groupon so that's how we knew about OUAC. When we went it was a cloudy and rainy day so it wasn't crowded at all, which was nice. The place was unique because it had many different stations and activities for your kids to play. It's like a huge Montessori playground. My boys loved the train ride and riding on the dinosaurs the most. I like that the place includes both indoor and outdoor stations. The place seems rather small compared to an amusement park like Six Flags, but it's just enough. Kids can easily spend 30 minutes - 1 hour in just one location so I really like how they can enjoy their time and casually play without parents feeling overwhelmed to get everything done to maximize the amount of money spent. We didn't host a birthday party here, but there were other parties booked. I don't know how much it costs, but let me say that the decorations were beautiful! I'm not sure if it was included or if the parents decorated themselves, but if you wanted to go all out for your child, you certainly can. The staff were also ALL super sweet and friendly! The place plans for everything, like rain. They had numerous umbrellas for patrons to use within the grounds. When it started to rain, all the staff were asking if we needed umbrellas, and one even was willing to run in the rain to get us one! Seriously, I've never seen such hospitality in an establishment from everyone! I also would recommend going here on a weekend because according to their website, more stations and activities are open during that time. Even if it's more crowded, I think it is worth it. If you want to do something different for your child, then I would recommend this place!
