So, my family and I have visited many children's play venues and I'm so glad to have found this place! For one, my toddler (under 3) only plays $3 for unlimited play. My older children are only $12.50. That's a steal compared to some other places who charge way more; even for the babies! It is a decent sized place. Separated into 2 sections, 1 door near the entrance and 2 additional doors throughout the facility. They have birthday rooms and rates for birthdays. Some seating for adults. The lights were very dimly lit and because I could see this being an issue, I asked the owner (Beth) is it always like this. There is the option to have some of the lights turned on for safety or smaller children; just mention it. They have many large inflatables, some smaller things around, and the arcade games (which aren't included with entry). Adults are free as long as they're not jumping. Very nice place! Had my son's 9th birthday party there. It was wonderful and so easy! We had gone to a party for his soccer team previously and that's where he picked to have his party. I picked a two hour window on a Saturday for the party. I dropped off the cakes, food, and decorations and they took care of all of that while we were with the kids playing. We had one jump room for 30 minutes then moved to another jump room for 30 minutes then to the party room that we picked (they have 2). They had decorated the room with the theme I had dropped off. It looked great. They had me check it once they had decorated the room and it looked great. We had a host that guided us around and served the pizza, cake and ice cream. They even had candles which was great because I forgot to bring some. They cleaned up the room and packed up the remaining items and gifts and rolled it out to my car. 10/10 read more

Let me say how easy this place made it for me to plan my daughter 5th birthday. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. I paid for unlimited kids party. I literally just bought decorations dropped them off the day before, and had food delivered. The day of everything was ready for me. Just checked in and everything was a breeze! Parties are awesome! The workers make it very easy you just show up and they set up the decorations you bring while you jump. They take all your stuff down and roll it to your car. They have a host that directs the party. I have had a few parties there and the set up from the staff is always great, they make the parties very easy . read more

As a previous customer for open Jump and multiple birthday parties, I will never recommend this company again. I showed up after calling the day before to confirm hours and if I could or could not bring food and then showed up at 11:55 am with some friends post lunch for a play date. Business hours show 11:00 for when they open and I had called ahead the day before to confirm for todays get together. Apparently they have some daycare thing during the summer that is random so they were not opening until 2:30 pm. Instead of delivering that message nicely, the manager was rude to my friend and then to me. To the point I even said hey we are leaving, no need for attitude. Everyone has bad days but this wasn't the first time something happened here with attitude so we are no longer going to give this place our business. read more

I think it's really unprofessional & it's a waste of everyone's time to say your open from Monday-Friday to the public but they were closed on a Friday due to a party. It clearly states parties are Saturday & Sunday. I just moved to area & I would of been a regular customer! Definitely lost all interest in this place! Update your website & Hour do better! I highly recommend this place for a birthday party! I was looking to reserve a fun place to have my grandsons 7th birthday party and different jumping places that I called we could not bring our own food these places usually don't have good food. When I called Zero Gravity I spoke with Beth the owner told me that we could bring our own food. I reserved a spot for Sunday because Saturday was fully booked. When we arrived Sunday the service the staff provided was excellent they were attentive young students that gave awesome service! Surprising in this day to receive service like this from young people. The staff treated my family, friends, and our (rowdy) kids with respect and patience from start to finish! The staff helped set up, decorate, and told me not to worry about picking up afterward because they would take care of it. The awesome staff helped me take our presents and other stuff that we brought to our truck. I was pleasantly surprised of how organized everything was scheduled and smoothly ran by the staff.
