So, my family and I have visited many children's play venues and I'm so glad to have found this place! For one, my toddler (under 3) only plays $3 for unlimited play. My older children are only $12.50. That's a steal compared to some other places who charge way more; even for the babies! It is a decent sized place. Separated into 2 sections, 1 door near the entrance and 2 additional doors throughout the facility. They have birthday rooms and rates for birthdays. Some seating for adults. The lights were very dimly lit and because I could see this being an issue, I asked the owner (Beth) is it always like this. There is the option to have some of the lights turned on for safety or smaller children; just mention it. They have many large inflatables, some smaller things around, and the arcade games (which aren't included with entry). Adults are free as long as they're not jumping. Very nice place! Hidden gem in Kingwood

Perfect for my 2 year old. She has a blast. Everything looks clean and well cared for. She had her second visit and didn't want to leave. Hours of fun for your little one

Parties are awesome! The workers make it very easy you just show up and they set up the decorations you bring while you jump. They take all your stuff down and roll it to your car. They have a host that directs the party. I have had a few parties there and the set up from the staff is always great, they make the parties very easy .

My grandson and his cousins they had a great time thank y'all Zero Gravity!

When I called Zero Gravity I spoke with Beth the owner told me that we could bring our own food.

First time at a claw place and soooooooo addicting oh my gaw…read more... Atmosphere/Ambiance - 5/5 - I see why everyone enjoys coming to these type of places. You get such euphoria when you snag a toy. Staff - 5/5 - Friendly. I mean this has to be a great spot to work at. All you to is make people smile haha. So for those who never have been, you get a bucket of tokens and then you go a claw machine and try to win whatever prize that is in that machine. In the beginning, I wasn't really winning anything, but then I figured to look for machines where the claws looked like it only needed 2-3 tokens to get a toy. Once I started to do that, I went on a little roll. Be careful, because I can see how people can drop some money here. Especially when you bring your kids and they want to do it. Overall, this was a great spot to go to, and I will be back again.

I am very dissatisfied with the service here. Even though the staff had just counted the prizes and…read moregiven me the number of tickets I won, my 5-year-old daughter accidentally dropped a 5-point token on the floor, and it rolled under the claw machine. I politely asked if they had a broom or something long so I could retrieve it myself, but from that point on, the staff started showing an unpleasant attitude. When I asked them to exchange the tickets for toys, they deliberately ignored me and insisted that I pay for each item separately instead of combining them and giving me the total number of tickets. When my child asked for help opening the toy packaging, they said they had nothing to open it with--although another staff member later helped my child open it. Their attitude ruined my family's enjoyable trip. I have been a loyal customer of this place and visit every time I come to Houston. I will never come back here again.

It is a bunch of computers with a gaming headset, keyboard, and mouse. We had to ask a bunch of questions and ultimately decided on a hour of play. Let me first state I am not a gamer so this review is based on my non-gaming perspective. We selected two computers but one was not working so we had to shift so we could be next to each other. We chose our computer and had to setup our accounts, I think that took away from our hour. My kid wanted to play Fortnite and it took a while to login and get started but we were able to use accounts that were licensed from the store or you could use your own. I decided to switch to Among Us about half way in and the chat was LOUD. I used the sound key on the keyboard but it barely changed a thing, there was no volume control on the headset so I took it off. After 2.5 rounds my time was up so I just waited for my child to finish. As we were leaving a noticed the once 25% full place was about at 75% so it can fill up quickly and we went on a Sunday afternoon. Would I go back, maybe but bring a jacket, it was freezing.

Hey, not bad for a 10 series card graphics computer set. Though would be nice as well and I wish, if you have the space and area to dedicate to have some people bring their own setups and stuff. ::Pros:: + Nice, cozy gaming environment + Computers are solid, and the fact that you have old-school arcade stuff is a bonus + Rates are comfy with bonus times on 7 dollars on an hour charge, and the further you seem to get to it, the more discounted it gets. ::Cons:: - Nothing much really, but just watch out and inform the guy in front if your computer crashes (it's a ggleap thing). He'll happily help you oit.
