We have been to Cheeky monkey multiple times. I have two boys under the age of 4 that love this place and ask to go back frequently.

Love an indoor play place! we usually hit up the children's museum when we are in the woodlands but gave this one a shot this past week. Clean big and super organized. The staff was friendly and the play area was the right balance of climbing structure and small play toys. I love any place that lets my kids run wild while I can enjoy an iced coffee. The dip n dots were the only way we were able bribe them back to the car for nap time. 10/10 will be coming back!!!

4 Stars, Why? I love the fact The Woodlands/Conroe area are starting to have more and more indoor play areas for toddlers! Pros: Location: This spot is in prime location. Next to Urban Air, Dave & Busters, Chuys and many other great shops/eatery. You can easily exit I-45, take your children to this play spot and get back on I-45. Cleanliness: Every spot in this facility was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed since most toddler play areas are usually filled with toys all over the place. Check in: The check in process is extremely quick and the customer service was top notch!! Food: They have a cafe that serves several items (not just bags of chips/sodas) at a very reasonable price. Layout: There is a clear distinction between young toddlers (1-3) and the older toddlers (4-8). That makes is very easy for parents and kids to know what area they belong to! Age limit: My favorite part about Cheeky Monkeys is the fact there is an age limit!!!!! I don't have to worry about a 12 year old trying to play in the young toddler ball pit. Cons Temperature: They need to rethink the automatic front doors. Since the check in area is right in front of the front door sensors, the doors open and stay open wayyyyy to much. It would be wise to reverse to manual front doors and keep the heat out as much as possible. We will be back and I will update my review if anything changes. If you're in the area looking for something fun to do with your kids, check this place out .

Cost

Hella expensive but less stressful amenities then competitors. Cost: This place is $15 for the first hour. And then you can pay. I think an additional nine dollars for the second hour. If you go on the other side of the road also in shenandoah, you will find for fifteen dollars, we rock this spectrum to compare. This place is very, very expensive, but also is very new. And looks like it's got some good quality. Items in it. Ages: I think most ages if there are 12. And under would do fine here, but really? This place excels, mostly for toddlers. And those I would say under a years old. Atmosphere: It's a very clean place. However it is also exceptionally new. Staff: My husband and I had very different experiences. He said the staff was fine. I kind of felt the staff was a bit clueless but again VERY new so w have to give a little grace here.

Hidden away in the back of The Vintage is this cute indoor play park!…read more Unfortunately, I think everyone has found out about this little secret because it was packed when we went on a Saturday. But honestly, it wasn't too bad and I can totally see why people love it. I really love that they have a playhouse, kitchen and grocery store area, almost like what you'd find at a children's museum, which is so far from our area. There's a lot packed into this place, from the fun, vibrant colors to slides, obstacle courses, tunnels and plenty of things to keep the littles busy. Definitely a great option when you need somewhere for the kids to burn some energy, especially when the weather isn't cooperating!

We've spent a lot of time here this summer and have always enjoyed bringing our kids, but the atmosphere has noticeably declined to the point where it no longer feels welcoming or family-friendly. My daughter is 5 years old, and at one point she was simply standing next to me while I was with my younger child in the 3-and-under area. We were immediately told we needed to separate. I'm sorry, but I'm not comfortable forcing my children to split up when I'm actively supervising both of them. The interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and completely dismissive of basic parental judgment. The staff also suddenly became extremely strict about outside coffee, stating it wasn't allowed unless it came from the neighboring business. At the same time, I could clearly see multiple other guests with drinks from elsewhere that were not addressed at all. The inconsistency was glaring and made the enforcement feel arbitrary and unfair, as though certain families were being targeted while others were ignored. Overall, the staff came across as more interested in policing minor technicalities than actually creating a positive, welcoming environment for families. A children's play space should feel relaxed and accommodating, not like a place where parents are constantly monitored, corrected, or singled out over harmless situations. It's especially disappointing given how much we've enjoyed this place in the past, but after today's experience, the environment has become so unpleasant that we won't be returning.

We've only been here one so far, but we really liked it…read more Specifically, we came because we were in the woodlands area for my daughter's birthday and so we thought it would be fun for her to play somewhere while there. I usually buy The Woodlands Children Museum membership with her birthday money, but we wanted to try someplace new. They do not have a membership, but they do have a punch card, which I thought I would consider purchasing for her birthday gift if she liked the place. My favorite thing about here is that they have age limits and they don't charge if you're over the age limit or younger than the age limit. This was perfect because although I had my older daughter with me, she sat in the corner on her phone the entire time so I would have been more annoyed if I had to pay for her. My son, who also aged out, came in later and played for a couple of minutes with his younger sister, but was ready to leave and get snacks quickly. So I am happy that I would not have to pay for the children that don't actually enjoy being there and have to come with their siblings haha. I wish the woodland's children museum, including others, would adopt that philosophy. Having said that, the videos that I saw online made it seem like it was a larger place than it is. It's probably around less than half the size of the woodlands children museum. They mostly just had everyday toys over there and tiny little rooms that I couldn't really maneuver with my stroller. I was surprised to see that they got busy pretty quick. I would expect a location to be larger if they had more patrons coming. I will have to say, I wish they had a couch or nice seating for the adults who were all pretty much just standing around or following their children. My daughter was able to do the slime for her birthday and I purchased another slime for my older daughter to do which was the only thing that she actually liked ( the older one I mean... the younger one had fun with everything). I will have to say, the girl who was working there, I wanna say that her name was Callie or something (sorry I forgot), was very helpful and made the slime fun for my daughter. She let my daughters choose the different colors and the sprinkles that went in. As long as my children enjoy it, that's literally all I care about. So even though I thought it was pretty small, and wish they had better seating, I will be coming back.

My granddaughter, who is almost 8 now, STILL talks about this place and wants to go back…read more We've been going here since it first opened back in 2019 ( I think?). The different play areas are so immersive and fun! I even found myself on the floor playing with the Magna-Tiles or playing at the Ice cream truck. My granddaughter's favorite areas were the little house room and the vet/grooming station. She even still refers to This Play Street Museum as "The Puppy Play Place".

Lovely and clean! The colors of the place its self is super inviting it was clean and had no smell…read moreevery toy seemed new. Lots of people cleaning up as you go! We came for a birthday party and it seemed seamless and the workers seem happy to be there. They also had a cafe I didn't try any of the food but it was real good not just snacks. They also have a mother's room which I appreciated since I breastfeed it was very relaxed in there and had everything you need . Restrooms were clean and made for easy access for kids ! Also they had offices for those who have memberships ans need to work

I'm very happy with Kumo's Wanderland. The environment is safe and well thought out for the kids…read more The food and coffee are delicious. The socks they sell are actually cute. Also, the birthday parties and service with that is executed well. When we were there, I was happy to see staff politely asking the big kids to get out of the baby area. With how busy it is, I think things are still running pretty well. I think most of the complaints on here are targeted incorrectly at the business. Parents should still be parenting in this space, but I see a lot of parents letting kids roam free and doing unsafe things. It's not the staff's job to parent! The only thing I think could be added are seats for little kiddos in the bathroom, as I've been to another play space with it hanging in the stalls.
