They don't know how to communicate correctly or properly and have NO patience for children! They quick to point fingers at the kids and family verses the staff and taken accountability! They are also good at labeling a child as having behavior issues (this is toward an 2yrs old) and not willing to work with the child or family! Now don't get me wrong NOT all of the staff is like that but majority are. They have attitudes, they don't make you feel welcome and feel they do no wrong. They have their favorites! With that being said, they have released my grandson from their care stating that he has behavior issue, with I denied completely! Am I mad, no just disappointed! Now is he perfect no his not but behavior issues he don't have! They say they tried to work with him but in all honesty they haven't! They have transitioned the 2 yr olds from one location to another in less than 6 months twice! They have changed and added new staff and make drastic changes but want 2yr olds to adapt immediately! This is not my grandson first daycare but due to moving we had to change, however we never had any issues like this from the other school. Don't get me wrong he is not perfect at all far from it. It's just not fair at all to him or his mother/family. At this point if anyone has an issue with this review and if anyone calls or response it needs to be the OWNER and no one from the school and that includes Director/Assists Director etc, because they are all one sided and believe it's their way or no way! They also stated this decision was from the owner! However we all know NO ONE is going to call regarding! Just be careful when enrolling your child!
