Really disappointing birthday party. Our attendant didn't communicate anything clearly with us. We had no idea when anything was supposed to be happening. She spoke so softly that I couldn't ever hear what she was trying to say. She kicked us out EARLY from our table. She suggested we leave 10-15 minutes early so she could clean. Then a family member asked if we could just finish opening gifts first and she started clearing the table putting all our belongings on seats. She didn't help with drinks or clearing the table while the party was happening. Then she wouldn't take anyone's dipping dots order. She wanted me to pick ONE flavor for the whole table. Which left many kids in tears. We ordered one extra pizza and she added drinks (that we already had) as a new order so one more one topping pizza added $50 bucks to the party. Went to the restroom at the same time a worker did and she did not wash her hands . Spoke to the manager about it and she claimed that she washed her hands in the kitchen . I've never seen a kid leave Chucky Cheese without a huge smile on his/her face. So if I was a kid, I'd probably give Chuck E Cheese 5 stars, although my wife says I sometimes act like one. We went here for my niece's 2nd birthday party. When we arrived, the staff had our two tables ready to go. As we waited for our party to show, the employees came around and began to set up some a spot for the gifts and cake. Once they saw that everyone attending the party was present, they began to take our orders. Their menu consists of pizza, salad and not much variety beyond that. The employees were very helpful and even assisted us in calculating the amount of pizzas we needed for our group. As for the taste of the pizza, it was okay. A bit greasy. I didn't try the salads. After eating is when the fun really starts. The kids begin to run around like crazy maniacs trying to spend their tokens as fast as they can and collect hundreds of those darn tickets. Then they go find their parents or uncles so they can give them more tokens. This is a good time to take some Aleve. After a couple of hours of playing games, the kids will come to you with thousands of those little tickets. They will force you to the line where they can use the tickets to get prizes. Be prepared to stand in this line for a minimum of 20 minutes. My son will pick like 25 small prizes even though he has a gazillion tickets. This makes the process last even longer. My biggest complaint is not about Chuck e cheese but some of the rude and ghetto people that come here. read more

Way over crowded and almost certain that the occupancy level is breached every weekend, this creates a dangerous environment for everyone inside. Best time to visit this place is on a week day in the afternoon. Free WiFi is advertised but I have yet to see that connection happen, may be due to the amount of people inside all on the network. This is my kids' favorite chuck e cheese location. We have been to several and they always tell me the humble location has more of their favorite games. Our most recent trip here was yesterday and I used several coupons and got a great deal on tokens and food. That's one of the great things about check e cheese, there are always coupons available either from emails or online. I must say that I noticed the salad bar wasn't very fresh-looking. I always get the salad bar and I always find it satisfying and fresh, but yesterday the lettuce was mostly all turning brown. I'll go back for sure, since my kids enjoy going, but I may think twice about the salad bar. UPDATE! My kid love this place. I love their coupons, it is a nice cheap quality place were i can take my children and they have lots of fun. All their machines are one token and when I buy them 200 tokens that have fun for two hours. I sit at a table with a friend or my husband give them two coins at a time and every two to three minutes the children come for more coins, they check in I know that they are okay.I get to relax while they are having fun. read more

Nasty carpets and no way of making parents keep an eye on their child, so the whole thing is very stressful, watching very young children run into unrelated adults. Games are always malfunctioning and often don't spit tickets out so you have to wait around and go searching for anyone who works there. If it weren't for the kids, I would have thought it was a neck tattoo convention or ex-con reunion. Some of the adults should have been arrested for indecency walking around with their pants around their knees. They were pushing kids out of their way and stealing tokens right out of their cups. Let me begin by saying it is spring break week so it's the perfect week for any business that revolves around children to make money. Chuck e cheese came up with a great idea on how to get people by having the buffet. 2 and under free 3-10 3.99 adults 5.99 plus you buy your drink. But here's the problem...for buffet you need to keep the pizza coming. They put out one pizza at a time and it's macaroni and cheese pizza :-( really of all types of pizza you can make you serving that. So people are standing around with their plates waiting waiting and more waiting and when the real thing comes out it only has eight slices so that's not going to go very far. The line was ridiculous with two cashiers management is walking around but it's so much to be done and not enough crew obviously. The guy serving the pizza looks like a farmer in overalls and a black shirt. Unprofessional and not really clean looking to me. I spent $50 for the kids to eat and play for a while during spring break but it could have been 10 times better. The place is packed but you have about 20 tables with reserved signs on them and not because they are having parties at this time but no one is allowed to sit there soooooo many issues. We were told that to add chicken to the pizza, though listed as an ingredient we could add, was an extra $2.50 and to add the salad bar, we had to pay full price because the lower "add a salad bar" price wasn't valid if we used the online coupon.
