Here today! Altitude Trampoline is a place where your little buddy can jump their little hearts out, in place of your sofa or mattress. Great location for fun times. Despite it being busy it felt like there was more than enough with each other room for everyone. I think there's fun to be had here for old and young. Dodgeball, foam pits for young children and older is very helpful to avoid run-ins. There is a basketball hoop and a rotating padded arm that you need to jump or duck. Lots of fun with the trampolines. Lots of parking. Very clean with hand sanitizing bottles at each table. This location isn't affiliated to the Katy & Sugar land location so it was disappointing that I had to pay here since we're members at the other locations where we can jump am unlimited amount for a hour at a time. read more

It was my daughters birthday and she wanted to have a party at Altitude Trampoline Park! We paid for a private room to have a little privacy. The private room included a party host , 2 large pizzas, paper plates , water, balloons, capri suns , and her name in big letters over the room. The table was set up with a table cloth, balloons, and a banner. All we had to bring was desserts. He served the pizza and desserts to us. My daughter also got to spend the wheel to win a prize. Took my kids there on school spirit night and my oldest son didn't really want to participate until he say Jahmire having a fun with the little one directing the dodge ball game. My son got on a team and enjoyed the fun. Also Jahmire has great customer service skill and he is really good with all the kids. This guy personally really fits his job. I can tell that he has a special gift, a lot of patience and he knows how to have fun. My experience was awesome Thank you Jahmire for giving my family a fun filled night. I recently visited Altitude Trampoline Park and had an absolutely fantastic experience, all thanks to Parker Burdine! From the moment we walked in, Parker's enthusiasm and friendly demeanor instantly let me know what kind of establishment altitude is. I went with about 2 of my friends. we were a bit hesitant at first, unsure of what to expect, but Parker quickly put us at ease. He greeted us with a big smile and took the time to explain all the park's features and safety guidelines, ensuring we felt comfortable and ready to have fun. As I have a deep hatred for trampoline parks since i broke my wrist when i was ten at a park. What truly stood out was Parker's genuine passion for his job. He didn't just supervise from a distance; he actively engaged with everyone, offering tips on how to master the trampolines and even joining in on some of the games. His energy was contagious, and it made our visit so much more enjoyable. At one point, I noticed a young child who seemed a bit scared to join in. Parker noticed too and took the time to talk to the child, encouraging him and even holding his hand as he took his first jump. The child's face lit up with joy, and it was clear that Parker's kindness made a huge difference. Parker Burdine's exceptional customer service and genuine care for the visitors made our trip to Altitude Trampoline Park unforgettable. All of the staff here are super helpful and welcoming. I realized I lost my keys after my kiddos were finished jumping and several of the staff members helped look for them. They even said they would continue looking for them after they are closed and cleaning for the day. I was able to leave my contact info in case someone finds them. There's a lot to like about Altitude. There are a lot of attractions for trampolines and foam pits. They've got a balance beam and lumberjack log. They've got two dodgeball courts (but arguably not enough balls). They've got two slam dunk courts and a space to do wall runs. There's a climbing wall, high dive, and trapeze bar. And, of course, plenty of normal trampoline space. What I don't like is the new policy around less than two year olds. Previously I could take my three kids and only have to pay for three of us since the 20 month old didn't really jump (I paid to basically jump with the baby). Now, under new policy, everyone pays because according to rules, only one person is allowed per trampoline and a 2 year old still takes up on trampoline. This logic would be fine if Altitude even bothered enforcing the rules they had posted, but really its a farce that goes on top of the audacity for charging $15 an hour to bounce on a trampoline. Guess we'll be finding other activities like roller skating that seem to cover their overhead just fine with "all day" fees. read more

My son and his cousin has a blast here! So much so that he even wants to have his birthday party at this location and it's 6 months away! Great way for kids to burn energy and have fun. Plenty of staff supervising so I wasn't too worried about safety. Lots of different stations... dodgeball, climbing wall, foam pit, etc. They even traded in a pair of jumper socks from a competitor's establishment for free! Came here on a monday and it was pretty empty. The kiddos had lots of fun bouncing around. There isn't a lot to do here but it's definitely more fun when it's empty so you can enjoy it and not be confined to a small area. Be warned that they're going to make you buy their socks. I bring my kids here about once a month, and the only downside is when it's busy, it takes awhile to check in and get going. other than that no issues. Based on my visits here, all of the people who work here look like they enjoy working there, and all of the people I've dealt with have been nothing but great. The Only reason I'm giving them a one is because when we were leaving there was a little boy running around with only a T-shirt on that was butt naked. The staff was told about this little boy and they did not know what to do until we told him to pick the little boy up and cover him up and find his mama. This used to be such a great place. I used to bring my kid here on Sundays and he could run around for hours with their Sunday Funday (20 bucks for unlimited time) until they got rid of it. Now, the price doesn't seem worth it. The other problem is that they've gotten so popular for birthday parties that the regular folks like us (who are still paying customers) have a hard time finding a place to sit. Also, the parties get exclusive access to the dodgeball court during parts of the party so if there are a bunch of parties, my kid, who loves the dodgeball area, is out of luck in the limited time we have (since the funday special is gone). I suppose if you use them for a party, it's great but if you're not part of a party it's a bust compared to what they used to be. read more

My daughter went there last Friday 01/24/20 she was jumping for about 10 minutes when she fell and all she was told by employees was to get out of the way she explained she could not walk and needed help they refused to help her at anyway luckily the people she was with helped her off the trampolines and back home I then took her to the er she had an X-ray and mri she does have a broken ankle the biggest complaint I have was the way she was treated she received no assistance from any employee there I I've called multiple times requesting a manager no call back yet the employees were extremely rude to my daughterr do not waste your time with this place read more

Great place! Place is clean and workers are professional. Beware of parking! I spent almost 25 minutes looking for a spot only to have to park at the Valero and subsequently get towed. Be careful - the shops in that center have people watching for who parks in the wrong spot and then they call the towing company which is right across from Walgreens (ATK Towing). $188.80 to get the car out. I even tried following people to their car and that didn't work out. 5 stars for Altitude; 0 stars for the parking situation. read more

Our two boys (2 & 4) love this place. I would suggest going when they first open, as it isn't too crowded. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the parking is horrible during the week. They share a parking lot with the state drivers license center, and it is overflowing with people, and lots of trash on the ground. My son was hurt when another customer misused play equipment repeatedly and the attendant on duty did nothing to intervene. No one offered to call for medical assistance, and the assistant manager refused to give us a copy of their written incident report. When you advertise a toddler time you should inform all of your staff if there is a change in that due to school district holiday. When a group of people plan a play date and are assured there is toddler time through confirmation of calling the establishment that assured confirmation should be met.
