Super fun bowling alley with a fun vibe. Has bowling alleys obviously but also an arcade section, laser tag, and a zip line type obstacle course. Manager was so friendly. Some wanna be pro-bowlers can be a little bit pretentious but other than that people are respectful of their lane. Food is good and comes out fresh. Will return! read more

My cousins and I came here to bowl on a Sunday night around 9pm and it was so much fun! It wasn't packed and we were able to play right away! We ordered food and it was surprisingly good lol and their drinks are so yummy. If I could recommend you a drink from here it'd be "The fin". They have a promotion online but don't go there for it. We went and they're under new management who isn't honoring any of them. They offer a deal for $100 which is pizza, soda and an hour of bowling. We didn't do that cause we were trying to stay within our budget so went to get one pizza and soda which was also crazy expensive. Asked to speak to management regarding our concerns and was ignored by the person working who never got them for us. We didn't even get to play 2 games during our hour and the pizza is disgusting. Went to this place to have fun with my friends, ended up getting mean mugged the whole time by older men because we weren't following "bowling etiquette". Manager went up to tell us that they had complained about how we were playing. They were doing a tournament, we were never asked or warned that if we were to sit next to them that we had to play a certain way. We couldn't keep playing in the fear of these older men getting more mad at us. We ended up leaving because we felt all the men just judging us and complaining. Worse experience ever! DO NOT COME HERE!! I came here with a couple of friends to bowl and have fun. They had a nice little special going on for Tuesdays and Thursdays, and it was our first time here. We were excited. We played and had fun for a while, until a group of older men sat down next to us. We played more, and an older lady came to tell us that we need to learn bowling etiquette. Mind you. We're all young adults just having fun. Turns out the men next to us are in a tournament and they were complaining about us not having "etiquette". We were mostly women and we no longer played in fear of these men continuing to complain for us being inferior to them to not know "etiquette" At a "family friendly" bowling alley like this place. I went to a very kind employee, Jorge, to see if there was anything we can do. We obviously could not move to a different lane thanks to a tournament at a family entertainment facility. So much for "family friendly". We did not ask to be sat next to these men, and we were minding our business. We will NOT return to this location, and we will make sure to let everyone know this place is not worth it when the tournament men are present. read more

This bowling alley is so much fun and plus the staff is super friendly. In honor of celebrating my birthday, my friend and I decided to spend it in Baytown. Since Jamaican Me Hungry was closed for some odd reason, we went ahead and grabbed a bite to eat here instead. I ordered some cheese fries and my friend got a pepperoni pizza, also some cheese sticks. Everything was delicious and not overly priced. We both ordered water for our beverage of choice with free refills. After eating, we decided to start bowling. For two people with shoes for each and unlimited bowling, our price came out to be $18, which isn't a bad deal. That's pretty darn good! The bowling lanes were well buttered up and they had enough 10lb balls to accommodate my friend and I. We did run into some issues with the pin holder, but with some help from the neighbor bowler; he reset our pins for us and he even notified the front staff whenever our ball got stuck. That was really nice of him. We bowled four games until we got tired. It was super duper fun! I missed bowling and being on my high school bowling team for 3 years has really shined some light on me wanting to practice more. Also, the ladies restroom was very clean and didn't smell bad either. The soap dispenser and the paper towel was fully stocked. The trash can wasn't overfilling. Nice little fragrant scent. Additionally, the bowling alley doesn't allow smoking on the inside that's including vaping. No old smell of old carpet either. I like this bowling alley and if I am ever in the area, I'll come back to check it out. read more

Staff was great. Seemed like they were having problems with every lane. Our first lane kept getting stuck. Probably lost 10 minutes with the lane just being messed up. They put a couple minutes for us extra when they moved us. The new lane worked better but seemed all the lanes were having sensors problems. Counting things as strikes when pins were still up. And saying none were knocked down when they were. The service at the food/bar was a bit backed up because they only had one worker, but were kind when we got to order. The arcade side had a couple claw machines down and a couple games. A lot were missing the top of the joy stick. Only getting the four star rating because it was 2 to bowl on Tuesday and the staff tried to deal with the problems as quickly as possible. read more

We have been here a few times and it's been a charm each visit. Today we celebrated our daughter's birthday party here. It is a great deal compared to your national pizza chain parties where they nickel and dime you and rush your party. Each party by default includes bowling for 10, shoes included with 2 hours of along with 2 Large pizzas and 4 pitchers of soda if you choose. Oh did I mention they also give your child a souvenir bowling pin and 5.00 gift cards to each kid in the party to play in their game room. This is second to none! The quality of the pizza is great. All of this was had for $150.00 and change! The staff was very helpful and the hostess didn't smother us. On any other day it gets busy at night usually. Adults and kids alike can have a blast here. The snack bar prices are very reasonable and there is a wide selection to choose from and there is even an adult snack bar called the bar that resides here as well. A friend and I went to practice bowl today. We are both league bowlers at this house and the Max Bowl in Humble (Wilson Rd). We approached the front counter and we were asked if we were league bowlers. We both said, "yes" and we received our lane assignments. After bowling 5 games each, we went to the counter to pay. The young lady stated that the manager, JANIE FOREMAN, had advised her that we were not to be allowed the "league bowler" discount. The young lady was apologetic and polite and told us that we could speak to JANIE FOREMAN if we wanted to, so we said, "yes, please call her". When the young lady returned, she stated that JANIE FOREMAN was too busy to speak to us. We paid the full rate and left the building. We take advantage of the 2$ Tuesday's and we always have a blast. We also bring our youth group about once every other month. It's a process to get 20 kids paid for and set up on the right lanes but we're always met with patience and help. I love what this place looks like now. It could have been fun but two things happened... decided to play another round of bowling and the lane broke down - pins were stuck... instead of refunding the amount for the game, we received a voucher. That should have been our choice - your stuff broke! We wanted to play. Refund should have been given. And my phone was stolen. That was verified by staff members who witnessed the theft. Reported it Monday and it's taking the manager time to get back to me. I had to call again today to check on the video surveillance. Food (got the wings) was ok... that can be improved on especially for the price. I would still go back but despite that but only after security is increased and management is a little more fine tuned and customer service oriented. I'll wait for those reviews! I love what they've done with the place! Before the remodel, it was kind of grungy and really all that they had was bowling. We hardly came here because every time we visited, there were bowling leagues and it was packed to the brim. Now they've got a Skywalk, laser tag, and a real arcade with nice prizes! The arcade is a blast and the prices of the games are very affordable. They've got a zombie game, a bunch of ball throwing games, Skee-ball, basketball game, air hockey, a hammer game, etc. They're all priced at 1$ to 2$ a piece. My favorite is galaga! You can play with a friend for 2$. If you spend 50$ for arcade currency, you get 65$ to play with! Very nice. The skywalk is fun and the kids can walk around above the arcade. It was a bit scary for the kiddos we had with us but older kids would love it. Try the laser tag as a family! It's a real blast. 3$ on Wednesday's and 3$ bowling too. 2$ bowling and laser tag on Tuesdays! The pizza is decent. About CICI's quality or Little Caesars. Not enough cheese and the crust isn't fluffy but definitely edible for a family. The wings were good and the spicy version is the best. Too spicy for kids though. My only complaint is that they don't have high chairs. For a family place, this is a must have. I hated having to hold an infant all day while the bigger kids played. Please get some high chairs! I had the worst experience with the service! My wife and I ordered food and after waiting 30+ min we asked if our food was almost ready and they looked into it and said they had thrown our ticket away. My wife wanted to cancel her order but I was still starving so I asked to upgrade my burger at which they did for the usual price. After waiting another 10+ min, me and my wife decided we were upset and didn't want to eat there anymore. I tried to cancel my order and instead of canceling it and giving my money back they made me wait while they packaged it up and gave me the food. By the time they gave me the food I didn't want it but took it since they had half the staff there watching me. I will never spend a dime there again and will be giving all my business to AMC. We just started going to Max Bowl East this past Thursday. This summer we are participating in the www.kidsbowlfree.com program - Max Bowl East in Baytown and Max Bowl North in Humble are the only Houston-area lanes in this program. We had a blast! Even though a local school was having an event there, the staff accommodated our group of homeschooling families, giving us 3 lanes. The place is super clean, smoke-free, very nice staff. It was a little noisy - the school group had requested pop music/videos and black lights (normally something they only do at night). I expect when we go next week, it will be a lot quieter. We can't wait to go back - hope to really improve my game by the end of the summer :) read more

Great fun! I bought the Yelp coupon for this place and funny enough I got there and showed it to the guy and he didn't know anything about it, instead of just dismissing me he was super nice called the owner and made sure that I got to use my coupon. We had a blast at the cosmic bowling which with our coupon which was $20 for $40 we only paid $16 for 4 of us otherwise it would have been $56. The bowling alley didn't allow smoking which was a huge plus and it was clean and the staff was super friendly. The drinks were pricey but that could have been due to us ordering doubles. The only other bummer was that they turn on the lights 15 mins before it is over and we still wanted to keep bowling. OVERALL it was a great time and we will return for sure, great time for any family or date night. The pizza was not so good but it is a bowling alley after all and the pizza will remind you of junior high in the cafeteria the way the crust is so you don't mind it because you end up remembering the good ol's days in the school cafeterias unless....you didn't have good ol days in the school cafeteria.
