Tons of family fun! Had a really great time doing all the things! The only down side are there are some hidden fees. When we went, we bought a deal that said there was free bowling - after paying, we found out that you had to rent the shoes. So it's not really free... I do love that they have a monthly membership that you can purchase, but I don't like that a customer had to tell us about it. I met my son and 4 of my grandchildren here to play laser tag. From the moment we walked in until we left, the staff was amazing! Incredibly nice, helpful, and just fantastic! The place is clean, and we had so much fun playing laser tag. Nick and Dashara were manning the laser tag area. They were great!!! Very impressed. A good friend of mine wanted to celebrate his birthday here. We had a group of 8. It was a good time. Normally, I can drink 1 margarita and get a nice buzz, as I don't drink that often. I had 3 margaritas and barely had a buzz, so these were the weakest drinks I've had since that comedy club in Atlantic City back in 1999. Yeah, I still remember that and will likely remember this for another twenty years, if I live that long. But they were $5 on Wednesdays, so I guess you get what you pay for. The staff were friendly and helpful. They played great music and in the bar lounge had great juke box music. Decent bar and also free pool tables on Wednesdays. The putt putt is only 9 holes, but brightly lit and a lot of fun. Good sized roller rink and 6 lanes of bowling. Tons of seating and a few party rooms that were not well decorated and only had harsh seats and tables, no couches or such, which would really make party rooms nice. Left a tab open, which meant leaving my card at the bar, meaning when I went to pay for other events, I couldn't use that card without walking back to the bar, closing my tab, then walking back to the front desk. And when ordering food, the same thing. My credit card was at the bar. I was told I could order food from the bar, but while my friends ordered food at the food bar and I ordered at the bar, their food was ready and they had eaten by the time mine arrived, luke warm. So that was a no win. So bring cash or more than one credit card or be prepared to do a lot of walking. I'm glad we went on Wed, when things are half priced. I had a great time and in all spent just over $30 for 4 hours. I would not have been happy paying $50. Some games are also half priced, but the food it not, which is a shame as I thought much of it was of poor value. Decent food, but high prices. We had a good time and I'm glad I went. Had the margs been a little less sweet and a bit more tequila, and perhaps a system where you leave your card and can rack up expenses on one of their cards and pay at the end, that would have gained more stars from me. read more

Finally got out to AR's. Visited early on a Friday night. Got to point out that parking is plentiful as the property used to be a Kroger. One thing to note is to do the annual waiver release for you and the kids Before you walk to the ticket booth. This saves everybody time and is courteous to others behind you as many did not do this holding up the line. You can simply scan the QR code and be done with it in less than a minute. Your information will be saved and you can walk right up and purchase a package. Thought the packages were a bit steep for what they were offering. Unlimited is timed for 2 hrs so it really isn't unlimited. After dropping more than $80 didn't feel it was worth it although the bumper cars are fun. A bistro is onsite and was offering dinner in a separate area. Menu looked good and might try in the future. Concession prices are reasonable. Our silver package included 2 hrs of activities and a $10 credit for the arcade. We did the laser tag, bumper cars and glow in dark putt putt. It was a pleasant evening for us and enjoyed. Hope they adjust the pricing. The one area we didn't visit was the bar and lounge area for adults, but from what I could see is that the drink pricing looked reasonable. It did have a bar and pool tables. Outside was patio seating with a fire feature and patio heaters. Oh and you can also order the bistro food at the bar. May visit in the future but due to pricing not as frequent. read more

I always wondered why the parking lot is always do empty...extremely over priced! Everything is basically a la carte. Instead of the small children package being based on age it's based on height or 36 inches or shorter. This place is a rip off in comparison to centers like it in Pasadena/Houston. Service here is definitely hit or miss. The games are very mediocre. Most of them are chance and a few are "skill". Bar tender in the most recent visit was extremely short tempered. My husband and I went during their Grand opening week. It works just like any other entertainment hub. You sign a waiver and then buy a pass for whatever activities you want to do. The waiver is available online so if you're going during a busy time I recommend doing it ahead of time. Food - The menu is pretty extensive and very reasonably priced. My favorite was the pizza. The dough was light and airy and the sauce was hearty and seasoned well. It was more than enough to feed me and my husband. You can either order at the counter and seat yourself or there is a full service option. Bar - The bar was perfectly located. It was away from the kids jungle gym and was close to the food and skating rink. They had pools tables and an outdoor area which will be super nice once it's warmer out. They serve beer, spike seltzer, wine and cocktails. The severs are quick and helpful if you have any questions. Joel helped us and took the time to explain the different activities and where they were located. Activities - They have everything you'd want in a entertainment center. Skating, mini golf, bumper cars, laser tag, arcade games. They had bowling and a jungle gym which weren't quite ready but there was plenty of other things to keep us entertained for hours. The place is huge and there are large signs so you can easily find each activity. My favorite was the mini gold and laser tag because they had a glow in the dark theme which I thought was pretty unique. Covid Precautions - This place is HUGE. Everything is spaced out, there is hand sanitizer stations throughout the center and you could see the staff constantly cleaning surfaces. They require everyone to wear a mask and while I was there I didn't see anyone without a mask. Overall we had a great time. It's a place for all ages so we'll definitely be back with friends and family. read more

We just spent the last 3.5 hours here (my husband, 6-year-old, and my dad), and it was awesome: bumper cars, laser tag, glow-in-the-dark putt-putt, a skating rink, a variety of arcade games, including the one that feels like you're on a roller coaster and a virtual reality one that is insanely fun. I'm big on good customer service and was pleased with the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. You may not be able to see smiles under masks, but they were definitely smiling with their eyes :) This is probably random, but the thing I was most impressed with was the food in the sit down restaurant. We ordered a smorgasbord: chicken and waffles (no syrup needed they're so good!), salmon in a creamy sauce that came with rice and broccoli, bacon cheeseburger with perfectly seasoned fries, sesame crusted ahi tuna on top of seaweed salad, and a pasta (can't recall the name) that was seriously next level. I would come here for the food alone, which was totally unexpected. They have an outside lounge with a fire pit that looks really nice, and they said the bowling alley's opening soon. Holy SCAM Batman. We came in for one of their advertised deals-- turns out, that deal isn't accessible for everyone and they don't bother to mention that on the advertisement. Come here if you want to be scammed out of your money-- the machines take it and don't give you the plays and then management argues with you about how much credits they can refund you. All of the machines are scams. It says you win 1000 tickets, and then you only get 40. The bumper cars are in a little corral the size of a living room, crammed together with no room to move. I find it hard to believe they charge people for this, truly. And the playground-- they charge for that, too. Pretty much $400 for 45 minutes of activities for 2 adults and 3 kids. Hard to believe we did this-- better off going to Main Event or Dave and Busters where $400 gets you a few hours of play. And the rewards shop that you trade tickets in? It's the same stuff you get out of claw machines. Just a bit insulting, truly. No worries-- something like this will go downhill and fail. Nobody likes being taken a fool around here. read more

So was thinking of coming here and bringing my kids here. Glad that I didn't because after seeing some of these bad reviews and their excuse. I even asked them a question concerning the social distance and everything. They never responded... So I sent them a pm via Facebook messenger and still nothing but showed they saw the message. They don't follow the social distance rules of 6ft and the pictures via Facebook and Google prove that. I promise you by not following the guidelines there have been news COVID cases. Stopped by this place today (a Saturday) for the sake of locality and it didn't disappoint. It kept my kids happily engaged for hours and it ended up being better than I anticipated (as I read several not so good reviews). There are lots of different attractions (mini golf, laser tag, pool, bowling, skating, obstacle course, arcade games, birthday party space rentals etc.). There's also a decent food bistro and a bar (we had pizza, fries and funnel cakes and everything was your typical entertainment center food so no complaints). Overall, prices seemed fair as you can purchase single attractions for less than $8-$13/ea. or group several attractions together for about $30 and have unlimited use for 5 hours. Customer service and the music was great which made our experience that much more enjoyable! Will return! read more

We had a great time for my daughters 10th birthday party. Our host was great and did a wonderful job keeping up with our crazy family and all of our requests. I especially would like to thank the Bistro manager Shelly Percle. She is FABULOUS. She checked on our party to make sure the food was good (which it was! So me and a couple of friends decided to go to this place around nine on a Monday (half off day). And when we got there they wouldn't let us in without an adult over the age of 18. But lemme also say that we had just gone last Monday with out any adults. Around the same time (actually past 9) and they let us in without a problem. We've gone there multiple times. As often as 2 times a week in July without any issues at all. (All of those nights were around 9 or past) the workers were rude to us about the situation when we just were trying to figure the situation out. I feel like this is ridiculous because they noted we needed to sign a waiver (me and this other girl already have) but the two girls we were with hadn't. When the only things in that place at laser tag, mini golf, arcade, and roller skating. Me and my friends don't even have to sign a waiver to go roller skating without and adult and we don't have to sign one at main event to play laser tag. Great place to take kids, my kid and I had a blast trying to skate and with bumper carts. I would not recommend eating the food, it's a very expensive Ex-Lax. We each had burgers and it took a while to get our food, there was a handful of other people there so I can't imagine how long it would take when it's packed with other patrons. Would definitely go back but on a full tummy or eat off site when we leave. We did enjoy the arcade games but not all of them give you "tickets" my kid was disappointed we didn't get a toy from the ticket reward area. The arcade games also don't specify which ones will reward you with tickets, you won't know until after you have used your card to play the game. We played five different games and only one gave us tickets, we got a total of 9 tickets after two games on the same machine. I don't think there was anything we could have gotten for 9 tickets. You also have to keep your card because that's where all the "tickets" get loaded, as there are no physical tickets. It's closer than chuckecheese but I may end making the drive just to be able to eat and play all in one venue an not have to worry about the food making us sick when we get home. read more
