Much less THAT I WOULD BE TOURING A FACILITY THAT HAD OTHER PEOPLE ALSO TOURING AT THE SAME TIME. Through the website to bill there are different time appointments and no where did it say that it would be a group tour much less without a host. When I called again they said that they don't honor appointment time and that this was normal for them. I felt so uncomfortable with having another family there that I just left.
