I kept asking questions and she was very patient with me. She gave me suggestions when I wasn't sure about things. The day of the event, I had a few issues and she was there to keep me calm and to ensure me that every thing would be alright. A few of my guests mentioned how she went around and ask if they were comfortable with the room temperature and I felt that was sweet of her to think of the guests like that. Shun is very detailed on what is required at her premises and she makes sure you have a good understanding and I love that. She has a wonderful personality and is very professional. They were told they could bring in their own alcohol, sodas and water. However, 4 days before the wedding they were told they couldn't bring water & sodas. The guest have to pay for them their!! The bride didn't want certain decorations, but the people said they weren't moving them!! The day of the reception it was very warm in the building and especially in the VIP room upstairs. I went outside to get my bag that had my change of clothes, phone charger, meds etc... I put 4 half drank bottles of water in my bag. When I entered the building a Hispanic woman approached me and asked me what was in my bag. I started to tell her and she grabbed my bag to look inside!! How rude!! She then said I couldn't bring in my water. I asked why. She told me I had to buy the water. I told her I wasn't buying any water when I have my own. I then took my water back to my car and returned to the building. That Gestopo woman came rushing up to me to look in my bag AGAIN!! I told her that I didn't have any water! I left it in my car. She grabbed my bag and started going through it! I told her "it's my clothes, my panties, my socks, my charger & meds!" She let go and said "It's policy." I walked off and went up stairs. I told the wedding party about her. I was so mad! Around 9:00pm several of us noticed it started getting hot inside. I thought it was me, but I saw other people fanning themselves. We all came to the conclusion that the people of the place turned up the ac. They made it so uncomfortable that people were leaving. The place was rented until 1:00am!! I left after 10:30pm. It was too hot in there for me!! Did you know that this place used to be a strip club? Sure did! LOL!! Don't rent this place out.

Food service during the event was terrible they just threw down random food at the tables and did not ask guests which option they wanted. They removed food when people were not finished eating. They were refusing to offer more than one beverage choice when we agreed there would be two. They also did not cook or provide the rice alternative that was requested for gluten free guests. I had to bring my own rice. Slide show was a disaster. They were given a file with the folder of the slideshow yet proceeded to show other pictures not in the indicated folder that were distorted, rotated the wrong way and not the selected ones. We had to stop it quickly when guests pointed it out and they could not fix the issue. Very embarrassing to say the least and my daughter was very disappointed her child hood pictures and beautiful slide show was not played. Bartender was rude and messed up our slush machine. We requested non-alcoholic slushes instead of margaritas and brought our own mix. The bartender decided to dump alchohol in all the slushes and this was a 15 yr old party. (they did reimburse us for this but the kids did not get their slushes nor our guests) When we asked the bartender why this happened she would not tell us and reported that we mistreated her by asking?? Space - multiple sizes of office option, comfortable public work spaces, the presentation space is separate from the offices, the facilities are all high quality, and the deck is going in - they never stop looking to improve. Setting is outstanding - being 3rd floor, you see big sky and trees. Parking is ample and at no cost. Tenants - everyone is friendly and professional, curious about other businesses, and focused on their own.
