Kennedy introduced himself as the guy who was taking care of animals since 5 generations and he is studying to be a vet. The main mahout was a small guy and he was hilarious. He did most of the talking about all the animals. These elephants are rescue elephants which have been handed over by the zoo for various reasons, or, so I understand. There are 3 elephants Paige with longest teeth, Jeanie with a little short ones , and Krissy with none. With poaching increasing, the number of Krissy's are increasing. That will keep them safe I guess. Not sure why the previous reviews are so brief. We got to learn about them, feed them carrots, even phones if u r willing to give away ( ha ha- Paige really seemed to want them), how to keep their foot and nails in shape, bathing them so on and so forth. This was the first time I had heard a live trumpet and it was adorable. In the end we posed for pics. They are tamed and trained no doubt, but seemed to be enjoying our company and well treated by their owners. They have plenty of parking. Tickets are purchased online, most often they are open only one weekend a month. Restrooms are available. Food not allowed, but a bottle of water is ok. Got to meet Abu the camel, his partner, a zebra and a billy goat and his family too. I wanted to hold one and did not know how to- one of the helper guys I approached said just pick them up and hold - really ! Then some other fellow visitor helped.

The restroom reeked, you could smell them from the party table, they were blocked off with danger tape in the women's, pee absolutely all over the toilets and floor. One of the stalls were clogged, the other was covered in pee. Trash everywhere. This is a child's environment this should not be allowed. For two. The mouse was absolutely horrible, he walked sluggishly out of the room, I have entire video of performance. He was so bad he didn't even interact with the birthday girl. There was so many kids that wasn't a part of my party in the box my daughter just walked off after being ignored the whole time by "Mr Chuck e Cheese" this whole performance was trashy and un called for. She didn't even want to open her gifts after all this just wanted to jump. For three. All her tickets she won 7k she wanted a my little pony and they bring it out and it has pen marks on it. I have pictures of this also. I asked the lady she said it was the last one I said okay we don't want it. So she snatched it, went to the back "tried to wipe it off." Didn't come off so I said whatever I'll contact someone. Let my daughter choose what else she wanted. Packed up and we left. This was the worse experience I have dealt with by far my niece had her birthday in Austin at Chuck E. Cheese and it was a whole vibe this was pathetic. We spent $400 for poor service people playing on their phone, smelling sewer, smelling marijuana. I will be contacting who I need to to handle this. Please reply and I'll be so glad to send over all the evidence pictures, videos and everything else you need. I want a refund for having to suffer thru this misery. We've spent a lot of time here this summer and have always enjoyed bringing our kids, but the atmosphere has noticeably declined to the point where it no longer feels welcoming or family-friendly. My daughter is 5 years old, and at one point she was simply standing next to me while I was with my younger child in the 3-and-under area. We were immediately told we needed to separate. I'm sorry, but I'm not comfortable forcing my children to split up when I'm actively supervising both of them. The interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and completely dismissive of basic parental judgment. The staff also suddenly became extremely strict about outside coffee, stating it wasn't allowed unless it came from the neighboring business. At the same time, I could clearly see multiple other guests with drinks from elsewhere that were not addressed at all. The inconsistency was glaring and made the enforcement feel arbitrary and unfair, as though certain families were being targeted while others were ignored. Overall, the staff came across as more interested in policing minor technicalities than actually creating a positive, welcoming environment for families. A children's play space should feel relaxed and accommodating, not like a place where parents are constantly monitored, corrected, or singled out over harmless situations. It's especially disappointing given how much we've enjoyed this place in the past, but after today's experience, the environment has become so unpleasant that we won't be returning.

The place was unique because it had many different stations and activities for your kids to play. It's like a huge Montessori playground. My boys loved the train ride and riding on the dinosaurs the most. I like that the place includes both indoor and outdoor stations. The place seems rather small compared to an amusement park like Six Flags, but it's just enough. Kids can easily spend 30 minutes - 1 hour in just one location so I really like how they can enjoy their time and casually play without parents feeling overwhelmed to get everything done to maximize the amount of money spent. We didn't host a birthday party here, but there were other parties booked. I don't know how much it costs, but let me say that the decorations were beautiful! I'm not sure if it was included or if the parents decorated themselves, but if you wanted to go all out for your child, you certainly can. The staff were also ALL super sweet and friendly! The place plans for everything, like rain. They had numerous umbrellas for patrons to use within the grounds. When it started to rain, all the staff were asking if we needed umbrellas, and one even was willing to run in the rain to get us one! Seriously, I've never seen such hospitality in an establishment from everyone! I also would recommend going here on a weekend because according to their website, more stations and activities are open during that time. Even if it's more crowded, I think it is worth it.
