I wish I could have enjoyed the air hockey, and the classic game of Mr. Pac Man. The service was really great! Both gentlemen checking in on the event, and offer services to anything that may have been needed. And updated us on time schedule, and offered just a tad bit more, (due to no other events, after ours), which was really nice, for us to clean up, and leave the spot better than we found it. I didn't have the opportunity to try any of the food, however I've been informed that the food is great. My son really wanted to try their pizza; I promise next visit we'll order a half cheese, and pepperoni. (Especially since we mention it after we left.) We'll defiantly be returning here, whenever we're in town.

This arcade was terrific, from the game selection to the atmosphere. There was an array of video games to play like their 10 foot tall classic Pac-Man game, an old school marvel vs capcom fighting game, and a dance dance revolution knockoff that was extremely fun. There is food within the gas station next door, but you can order there and bring it to a booth inside of the arcade. The two are connected so a visit around lunch or dinner time is perfect. My fiancé and I had the salt and pepper wings, and the salt and pepper chicken strips, which were both delicious. I'd recommend both. The cost for a combo is very reasonable. The games use tokens, so be sure to bring cash and most importantly there are games for all ages! Be sure to give this place a try, especially this summer for some air conditioned fun.

I live in Austin, so honestly I was not expecting much when it came to Beaumont, Texas having a decent jump park. To my surprise, it's great! HUGE floor plan, with a party area, arcade games, snack bar and different jumping areas. The huge trampoline jump part is separated by different age groups...but i'll be honest, the signs didn't keep my little sisters from going to whatever part they wanted - they can't read! There's a designated toddler area also. The place is extremely clean, thankfully, and the staff was nice. The only weird thing to me is the "no denim" part. Out of all the parks I've been to, this is the only one that refuses to allow denim materials to be worn. I asked, out of curiosity/shock and it turns out that the denim material wears away at the trampolines. Makes sense. tl;dr Clean, large jump park. Don't wear denim.

Crossroads Bowling Center is a somewhat time warp. It looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1990s. One of my better friends looked at the graphics that come up when someone hits a strike, spare, or gets one pin down, etc., and laughed "These are completely unchanged since the 1990s!" Not that it needs to be updated to the 2020s, and what would that look like?, but it is something to point out. Food and drink are not allowed near the actual bowling area, but this is not enforced. A few run-down rooms and bar in the back. Lanes appear to be well maintained. The big problem came when a few people rolled the ball down . . . and the ball didn't come back. We had six bowlers in our group, and ended up with two balls left. Those who brought their own balls found that they were stuck behind the pins, and the Reset button didn't work. It took several minutes before anyone working there noticed, and they did get it fixed, but we did not see that time added to our two hours to make up for the time when we couldn't play. So you could have a good time at Crossroads, but bowler beware.

The restroom reeked, you could smell them from the party table, they were blocked off with danger tape in the women's, pee absolutely all over the toilets and floor. One of the stalls were clogged, the other was covered in pee. Trash everywhere. This is a child's environment this should not be allowed. For two. The mouse was absolutely horrible, he walked sluggishly out of the room, I have entire video of performance. He was so bad he didn't even interact with the birthday girl. There was so many kids that wasn't a part of my party in the box my daughter just walked off after being ignored the whole time by "Mr Chuck e Cheese" this whole performance was trashy and un called for. She didn't even want to open her gifts after all this just wanted to jump. For three. All her tickets she won 7k she wanted a my little pony and they bring it out and it has pen marks on it. I have pictures of this also. I asked the lady she said it was the last one I said okay we don't want it. So she snatched it, went to the back "tried to wipe it off." Didn't come off so I said whatever I'll contact someone. Let my daughter choose what else she wanted. Packed up and we left. This was the worse experience I have dealt with by far my niece had her birthday in Austin at Chuck E. Cheese and it was a whole vibe this was pathetic. We spent $400 for poor service people playing on their phone, smelling sewer, smelling marijuana. I will be contacting who I need to to handle this. Please reply and I'll be so glad to send over all the evidence pictures, videos and everything else you need. I want a refund for having to suffer thru this misery. If the mouse would have actually made a performance instead of breaking my daughter's heart. Maybe I would have let the rest go but this was an all around worse experience ever.
