I reserved for my daughters 3rd birthday. Everything was wonderful. My host was very attentive and helpful. She helped me set up and constantly was checking to make sure things were great. They had 6 moonwalks and a few arcade games. The kids ran around and had so much fun. I would book with them again. read more

My son absolutely loves this place. Anywhere that gets my son off the couch and his nose out of electronic devices will receive my praise. To be fair, we're both very active folks. This place is right up our alley. I just wish that adults could participate, too. It looks really fun. I have not had the experience with regard to hours of operation like some of the other reviewers have noted. We even had my son's birthday party here one year and that event went off without a hitch. I find the pricing to be very fair. I do wish that some of the arcade games were removed to add at least one more inflatable. I do like the ample amount of seating available for the adults to relax while letting their kids play. I found the employees to be very friendly. I am told your business is unwilling to accommodate circumstances beyond a customer's control, and more importantly, your business won't produce any record of contract with the customers. I have recently been made aware of a situation where a friend of mine had intended on having a bday party held there but due to her son breaking his elbow and being unable to participate in anything extra curricular-- they needed to cancel. They refused to give them back the deposit even after saying this was their. Busiest month--- AND THEN The BUSINESS OWNER has been so very unprofessional with the customer via TEXTS (yes really) threatening the customer to take down her negative review on her FB page or else?!? I can't even go into all the RIDICULOUS comments the BUSINESS OWNER sent to this customer-- it's so ridiculous. We will NEVER use Bounce USA and will advise any and everyone we know NOT to use them. We were considering using them for. A Field trip but will no longer even consider. Such a shame that the business owner has no better business management skills! Horrible experience from the beginning. Be aware when they book your party and they tell you it's a 2 hour party that means you get to bounce for 1.5 hours and then go to the party room. They rotate the parties through the room throughout the day so you really don't have the party room for 2 hours. The venue itself was dirty and in need of lots of general repairs. Then... my child got kicked in the mouth by a kid from another party no employee even bothered to ask if he was ok and it was obvious he had been hurt because he bled so bad. The restrooms were nasty. The toilets were dirty, there was a urine smell and urine on the floor. There is no place to change an infant except for a wood rickity changing table in the hallway that was as dirty as the restrooms. We were rushed out of the party room even though we were the last party of the day. My son didn't even get to open his presents in front of our guest. All together it cost close to $300.00 just for Bounce USA not to mention the money spent on decorations and party favors which they put up for you but you don't get any input on how you wanted them to be. Management never came to speak with us after we voiced our concerns to our party hostess. There was no apology or an offer to discount our rate. We were not expecting to receive a discount and would not have accepted it but it would have been nice to at least had something come from management about the poor service and bad experience. I would not do another birthday party here nor would I recommend it to anyone who was looking for a venue for a party. Can we say ghetto??? This dump charged me $15 for one hour. They also made me eat my little snack outside in the 100 degree heat bc they didn't allow outside food....but many people are pulling snacks out of their bags inside. I only stayed bc my kids really wanted to jump and I didn't want to let them down. This bounce place is clean, fairly big, and the staff was friendly. They had a huge bounce slide, two little kid friendly bounce houses and four regular moonwalks.they had some 90's arcade games, refreshments for sale, and benches for adults to sit on. The negative side was the restrooms. The men's had a door that didn't even close. read more

Honestly it's like they say you get what you pay for. I definitely do not recommend this place for toddlers. I paid the same price for my 16 month old as for my 8 year old and my youngest could not enjoy at all. The moment we had time to enjoy without big kids running and jumping was always cut short. Definitely not worth the money I paid. No supervision from the workers at all. Apparently there is a toddler time on Thursdays but it wasn't mentioned to me before being charged. If they had one jumper for just toddlers and employees walking through the place it would probably be better. My 8 year old had fun ofcourse but definitely next time we will probably just stay home and jump on his trampoline. read more

My daughter was invited to a party at Bounce USA this past weekend. I cannot even think of where to start about this MESS of an establishment. Upon arrival, we were greeted (I say "greeted" in the loosest term possible; the party host barely looked up from whatever she was working on) in the lobby area. There wasn't trash or anything, but you could tell the lobby hadn't been swept (nor mopped for that matter) in at least a day or two. The party host asked us to sign a waiver form and then told us we could go in [she neglected to mention where we should place our present, nor did she ask us if we had socks (socks are REQUIRED and both of my kids and I were all wearing crocs/sandals)]. As soon as we entered the huge jump room, I was immediately disappointed. The walls were painted a bare white, absolutely no color (other than the sporadic DIRT STAINS) or murals. Even a solid color would have greatly changed the appearance. While there were different sized bounce houses to fit all age groups (the ONLY thing this place has working for them), I noticed that a few of the bounce houses had tears that hadn't even been taped up (leading to a burst of air hitting you whenever you crawl over the hole). Some of the bounce houses had TOO much air, while others didn't have ENOUGH. One of the benches we sat on was incredibly wobbly and I would deem unsafe for children (who love to climb and stand on benches). The place had not been vacuumed for the party (which to me is unacceptable because you pay a large fee to rent out the place for a private party). There were not any noticeable stains or anything on the carpet, but the fact that I could see dirt and bits of random trash was DISGUSTING. A few of the foundation poles did have padding to prevent injury if a child were to run into it, HOWEVER, even the padding had huge rips in it. The bathroom...well, let's just say I've seen cleaner bathrooms at a random gas station in the middle of nowhere! There were huge rings of rust inside the toilet (simple bleach would do the trick! - how lazy are they there?), there were paper towels on the floor (and I realize it's a children's playplace, so those paper towels aren't always going to make it into the trash can, HOWEVER, the party host should be doing a quick glance at the restroom to ensure cleanliness), the soap dispenser was so low I had to pump it a few times just to get a tiny drop of soap, the toilet bowl brush had wet toilet paper stuck to it, which only leads me to believe that it almost never gets disinfected. When it was time to move the party into the private party room, our party host quietly announced that we had 45 minutes to eat pizza, do cake and do presents. This is something that should not have been announced, and if she knew how to coordinate the party time, everything would have run smoothly. Our party host was somewhat of a joke. She wasn't friendly (she wasn't rude or mean either, to be fair), she wasn't very loud (which is necessary when trying to speak over kids), and she was just kind of there. The party room itself was clean and simply decorated (a nice change from the jump room). When it was time to sing Happy Birthday, she rushed through it and only half of the room (the kids who were in front of her) started singing with her, while the rest of the parents and children started late (due to her not making the announcement loud enough). Overall, as a GUEST to a party here, I was appalled. If I were the Mom of the birthday kids (joint party), I would have been FURIOUS and embarrassed. This place is what I would classify as a "dump". I would really think twice if you are planning on booking a party here. And I certainly would never bring my kids here during open jump due to the sanitation and safety issues. read more
