Kids, grandkids, everyone had a great time. Our rooms weren't anything special but we didn't come for the rooms. They were clean and comfortable and that's about all we needed from them. You can stay in theme rooms for a different experience. The water park was awesome. So much fun on every attraction. The pools and areas around them were clean and well staffed. We didn't try the restaurants. We ordered pizza.

The problem with this business is fourfold. 1) there were insufficient wait staff assigned to every…read morerestaurant that we visited. Staff was very apologetic, but wait times were terrible for service once seated, 2) no luggage carts. Where on earth are they? We started looking for one at 5am but none to found. Front desk? "Huh that's weird huh?" 3) cabana service was terrible (over an hour for drink orders. Our wait person was great! She just had too many cabanas assigned (it looked like she had all of them), and 4) the coffee. Unreal bad. It tasted of burnt plastic. Just stunning. Fortunately the Dunkin's served espresso and Americanas. The attractions were 5 star. Kids loved it all. But every meal was a cringe. Good luck.

Jennifer Lewis manages the marina and keeps it running smoothly. The amazing staff are always helpful and genuinely good, caring people. The docks and facilities are consistently clean, well maintained, and cared for - which makes a big difference! Highly recommend!

They go above and beyond every day to ensure everything is very well kept. They are always planning activities to bring everyone together and make life fun and enjoyable. One thing that does not go unnoticed is the restrooms and showers are cleaner than Buc-ee's which is a pretty high standard. This morning (Easter Sunday), Pam and Jennifer came in to ensure that all the facilities were clean and ready for another wonderful day. Shout out to the Boardwalk Marina team. We planned for a 6 hour day and didn't need that long You can see all the exhibits within 4hrs max. We did pay the extra to check out the control center from the Apollo missions. Pretty cool to see even if you think the moon landing is a hoax.
