My grandson had a blast today at Bounce N Play! $14 to get in, adults are free and stay as long as you want. I think that's a great deal. The place was clean. It wasn't overly crowded. This is such a fun place for kids. This is the 2nd year I helped a friend have her childs bday party at Bounce N Play. It's geared towards younger kids and not a huge trampoline establishment. You can bring your own food and decorations and the employees will help you set up. They were very accommodating by allowing the family to reserve the whole place after hours which is great because the bday boy and some of his guests were special needs. Terrible!!!!! We just had our son's FIRST birthday this past Saturday, and of course it had the potential to BE nice for this occasion. BUT the staff told us over and over again " Clean up starts at 4:30, however you have until 5pm to clear out the area". Of course we agree and understood the terms. EVERY 5 SECONDS STARTING AT 4:15!!!, our main party host wants to be right behind me saying " y'all really need to start leaving the area". This is my son's first birthday so we don't just have a banner and a cake, we have multiple decorations, chairs, tables, etc. Mind you, we are already starting to clean up as soon as she tells us that at 4:15. THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON why I need someone in my ear telling me the same thing they said 5 mins before as i'm ACTIVELY PACKING UP. I felt harassed. my family felt HARASSED. IF WE PAID FOR TWO HOURS, GIVE US OUR TWO HOURS. We paid for that just to have an hour and a half party, absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional on so many levels. Also our party host came up to my husband and said the phrase " I'm going to act like you did not just give me a dollar as a tip". He felt disrespected! We didn't give her tip YET, but it definitely did not help her case at the point. Never again and y'all lowkey made me realize how stupid booking somewhere like this was lol. read more

I really wanted to like this place because of its size and age limits. But there were kids way too old jumping on the jumping mat and making kids fall off, kids punching each other and no adult saying anything. And then a man screaming "shut the f*** up" at his kids in front of all the kids. I was shocked that there wasn't a worker in sight to say something. If this is a kids place, especially for younger kids, this kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated. I feel like I'm being a Karen but I felt super uncomfortable with my kids being around the people there and no employees stopping anything. I won't be coming back. read more

This place is pretty cool. It is very clean and tge kids love to run around. It can get hot when they are running around so be sure to bring some water. They do have vending machines but you're allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks during the week. The small store, fashion and doctor play area is cool but they don't have the pieces to play with anymore. read more

I love that this place has a specific area for little kids 2 and under. The bathrooms are pretty clean, whole facility is actually pretty nice. Considering this place for a birthday party coming up. During the week you can bring your own food and it's $14 per kid no time limit either. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is cause the girls that work there don't supervise very well age limits on the baby area, my 10 month old daughter got knocked over hard by another kid who was clearly too old to be in there. read more

Pearland finally has something for the kiddos!! Came here morning of opening day so it was quite busy. Even near capacity there was still plenty of room for the kids to play. There is a separate area for the little ones under two to play without worrying about getting knocked over by the bigger kids. There is plenty of seating for parents and a large area for birthday parties. There are no restrictions on brining outside food and drinks and there are also vending machines if you're needing a snack. Entry is priced per child at $15.16 for the whole day with re-entry allowed. Make sure and bring sock for both kiddos and parents but if you forget they have some to purchase for $2.50. The staff are super nice and helpful and recommended coming after lunch for a less crowded experience. The only thing I would change is to add some hand sanitizer stations thorought. I think this will probably be our new weekend hangout as my kiddo is loving it and literally squealing with delight in the ballpit. read more

We celebrated our son's 2nd birthday here. Let me start off and say what a cute place this is. I like that I could see all the kids from the party section. Love the gates to keep the kids from running out or towards the front door. Now the party coordinator that helped me set up was great Lashondra ( sorry if that's not correct ). I would like to a suggest that they give a business card or a piece of paper of the name of the coordinator to give to the party family. The room was set up perfect. The tiny tables for the children were too cute. Our Tom and Jerry party was a hit. The children and parents loved this place. We had a blast at this place. My kid is 14 months, he was able to enjoy the baby area (under 2) and everything in the big kid area with my supervision. It's a versatile place for the little ones and older kiddos. For the bigger kids area: We love the giant piano slide, the keys light up as you slide through the keys into a giant ball pit. The 2-floor play area is awesome, full of age-appropriate obstacles and slides. There are a few pretend play rooms in the back too. For the 2 and under play area: There's a mini ball pit, tons of soft play blocks and mini slides, it's a gated zone too. We loved it. There are plenty of picnic tables and chairs for parents to sit and watch, rest and eat. There are also vending machines for snacks and drinks. During the weekdays, you can also bring outside food in. There's tons of easy food options nearby, (Raising Cane's across the street, an Italian restaurant in the same plaza); I saw a family brought Buffalo Wild Wings as they all have their play break, what a great idea. The price is a little high, especially for little ones who cannot play for too long, around $15 for the entire day. But overall, it's worth it. read more

First time at this location. I took my daughter who's a toddler and her cousins who are around the same age and they had a blast. This location was toddler friendly and my daughter and cousins were able to run around for over 2 hours without stopping. Definitely coming back again. read more

It's a great place for toddlers. The design of play area is safe and fun for the little ones. It also has room for adult to play together. I am glad there are no crazy big kids here. super cute bounce play area for kids, it's small but i like it that way. able to keep track of my kiddo better! we went in a friday. there's a weekday pass for 10 visits during the week for $100. we opted for that bc i paid for my three nephew as well. the other area was for older kids so my 2 year stayed mostly in the 2 and under section. the theme of this place is mostly black, white and pink. wearing clothes consisting of black and white might get your kiddo lost in the ball pit. there's also an jumping station built by having an air pocket for kids to jump. they also have areas for birthday parties. i'll be back soon! read more

Definitely smaller if you compare it to other trampoline parks. They have a small back area booked parties. Adults are able to sit off the sides and watch their kids without having to try to chase them down. The staff are spread out keeping an eye out for the kids as well. Only reason why I'm giving it a 3 is because it's such a small space and not enough seats for adults to sit and not many obstacle courses for the older kids. read more

Disclaimer ahead of my review: This place has been open for about a month and perhaps they're still working out the kinks in their process but here are is our experience. Space: A lot smaller than most indoor playgrounds in the surrounding areas. It's also not as inviting with the dark colors like all the other ones we have visited (ie- cheeky monkey). It is was well over capacity today especially as we learned there were 11 parties booked in the span of 8 hours: What was stated would be im the package: when signing up they told us that we get plates, cups, utensils, napkins and a variety of table covers. We were also told there's a small fridge to keep drinks. What we actually got: We didn't get the cups (so had to buy our own), the fridge doesn't work to the point where the Ice was melting. Since the set up is only 30 minutes prior to the party; it didn't cool anything we put inside. Thank goodness we had our own cooler. The fridge is so tiny that you have to literally lay the drinks down horizontally which reduces the number of cans that can actually be put inside. Air conditioning unit: I don't know if it was broken or if they didn't want to pay the bills. I asked if they could turn it down (as did several others) and they told me they turned it down. But there were so many people inside it felt like a sauna. Management: looked like it was being run by a bunch of teenagers. Set up time: you only get 30 minutes to set up and man if you want more than the basics it's not enough time. Assistance by staff: granted someone is assigned to help but it felt like all they wanted to do was "keep things going" and get you out in 90 minutes. While I respect their job, I was told they had another party 30 minutes after our party. So technically it was not a 90 Minute party it was more of a 30 minute set up and a 70 minute party because we were rushing to clean up. Since we only had 30 minutes to put up a a ballon arch, we used our friends to help us because with their staff person we would not have been able to do it all. And by staff it was just one person. Who was to her credit extremely nice so not a take on her at all. Clean up: rushed rushed rushed. Safety of kids: unlike all the other indoor places there's multiple ways exits and ways for kids to exit out of the playground which means parents have to watch kids like a hawk. I guess this is the parent's responsibility however it would have been nice for a staff member to at least be posted at the doors. On the ball pit side there was a big girl that climbed up on the wall and was as diving into the ballpit while kids were there. We pulled the kids that were with our party away. Would have been nice to have someone from the staff saying that isn't allowed. Again, parents should be mindful of kids but still the rules of a Facility should be enforced. Will not be using this place going forward. read more

I use to love this place. NOT ANYMORE. WAY TOO MANY RAMBUNCTIOUS KIDS (older than 8). PARENTS AREN'T WATCHING THEIR CHILDREN. More interested in their phones than their kids. Staff is young only interested in watching a few kids in certain area. But seriously the older kids need to be at older intended activity places. I won't be bringing my young ones anymore.
