We are not a member of the church, but you can rent the space for about $200 for two hours (non members). You do not have to pay per child (like other venues), so this makes the location and destination is WIN. You can bring in your own food, with no up costs from the church. They rent the space out on Saturdays and you are given three time slots to choose from. You need to book well in advance because this place books up quick. The contact person was available at any time to ask questions. And there is always someone assigned to work the area during the parties. I had to run an errand in Sugar Land, so I found Majestkids Playland as a way to bribe the kiddo to behave while I did my adult task. It worked like a charm. There are basically 4 different areas here: 1) A playground that's good for toddlers, but still fun for kids my son's age (5). 2) A small area with tubes and slides. 3) A jumping pit. 4) And then other side of the venue, there's a ninja obstacle course that is better for kids a little bigger than my son. We spent about two hours here and he would have been happy to be here even longer. Normally he taps out around 60-90 minutes, so he really enjoyed himself. We don't live anywhere near here, but next time we're in Sugar Land, I'd be happy to bring him back here again.

Majestkids is for the youngins. There is a toddler appropriate playground, fun slides, ball pit, and air trampoline type thing. Ninjadventure is for the older kids. This side has an obstacle course with rock climbing, spider net crawl, large swings, etc. I was barely able to do some of these activities... They have pizza, ice cream, and snacks for purchase. Bring the kids, let them run wild.

I paid $1,500 for my little one's birthday here and left feeling very disappointed. What I expected…read moreto be a fun, breezy celebration turned into a stressful experience. The setup itself looked cute, but they forgot to add extra chairs for the additional kids we paid for. Speaking of which, charging about $40 per extra child on top of the package is pretty unreasonable, especially since the base party only includes 15 kids. You technically get two hours of playtime, but in reality, one of those hours is used for eating, cutting the cake, and singing--leaving only about an hour of actual play. The room itself was also hot and humid, which made it uncomfortable for both the kids and adults. I had to ask about the a/c and they told me i could open the other party room next door to let some air in. The party host also seemed unprepared and a bit clueless. At one point, she was awkwardly stacking pizzas in one hand and passing them out in a way that left guests staring. She even forgot about the piñata until I reminded her, and instead of letting the kids enjoy breaking it open, she started ripping the box apart herself. It completely took away from the experience. To make matters worse, the food came out burnt, and we were missing items we had ordered. For the amount paid, I expected a much smoother, more professional experience. Unfortunately, I would not book another party here. It definitely was not worth it for me.

I was able to sit in open dining area and see her play inside any of the play rooms. Now getting her out in an hour is the challenge. They explain the different age play areas for each kid. We started at the money market and ended up at the obstacle course for the bigger kids. They offer socks for a cost because everyone has to wear socks in building. They allow parties and have a cool open dining area for snacks. This was a cool find if you're hanging around the sugarland area stop by and play a minute. Of course she left out kicking and screaming. You can play to play by the hour. So for 14.00 we got an hour.

I was a little nervous at first since there were quite a few kids and families, but everyone was so kind, respectful, and friendly it made the whole experience even better. A huge shoutout to the incredible staff! Taylan was absolutely phenomenal working so hard, staying attentive, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Deja at the front was super helpful and welcoming, which set the tone right away. Jollett was so kind, warm, and attentive, Caylae and Yasmine was amazing as well so sweet, helpful, and added to the overall positive experience! What really stood out is that the staff was everywhere doing everything cleaning, helping, organizing, assisting families, and making sure all the kids were safe and having a great time. Taylan, Yasmine, Joellette, and of course Deja! You don't see that level of effort and teamwork everywhere, and it did not go unnoticed. The separate play spaces for babies, toddlers and big kids are great. The color coded party rooms. Blue, Green and Orange. To name a few are really cool and make it easy to find your room. They do offer the 2.00 grip socks, you can purchase and add money to the card for the arcade games and carousel. I love the little shopping center and police station outside of the jungle gym. Lastly, get a picture of your kids going down the vortex slide! Our kids loved it! We even stopped by the snack bar and had a great interaction with Areli she was super sweet and professional. We purchased a few different items, and since they didn't have regular bags available, she kindly offered me a Ziploc bag, which was really thoughtful. Small gesture, but it meant a lot. We even left her a little tip because she was just that kind and helpful! However, corporate please get bags for families. To make our purchases more convenient. Carrying all that stuff is inconvenient That's one of the suggestion I would offer to upper management/corporate is to consider providing bags for staff to use when parents are purchasing multiple items it would be a great addition to an already amazing experience. Also, although I did see the staff tidying up. I do think you all need to bring an actual commercial cleaning company to offer a deep clean in the bathroom and a few other places. (Maybe you already but I would suggest really looking into making it more obvious with certain nooks and crannies that a professional cleaning company would get. To help ensure your guest feel comfortable) You can tell this team genuinely cares about the families and kids who come through. The environment was clean, safe, and full of positive energy. We had such a great time, and we will definitely be back!

The big no for me besides finding the cleaner in the 18 months and under area was the amount of flies inside, live ones and dead ones. The floors definitely need some love. This place has potential but definitely needs some care and deep cleaning. The price is fair for what you get. They definitely have a bit of everything for all ages. Hopefully they do some improvements in the cleaning, I did mentioned it to one of the staff members and she said she had already informed her manager about the flies.
