First time here after checking out videos from this place. Staff greeted us when we entered. Easy way to sign waiver online, suggest to do it before you arrive and save yourself some time. Came in during the week and it was empty which was nice so the little one can play freely. The big no for me besides finding the cleaner in the 18 months and under area was the amount of flies inside, live ones and dead ones. The floors definitely need some love. This place has potential but definitely needs some care and deep cleaning. The price is fair for what you get. They definitely have a bit of everything for all ages. Hopefully they do some improvements in the cleaning, I did mentioned it to one of the staff members and she said she had already informed her manager about the flies. read more

We had such an amazing experience at PlaySpace in Sugar Land! From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming, clean, and well-organized. I was a little nervous at first since there were quite a few kids and families, but everyone was so kind, respectful, and friendly it made the whole experience even better. A huge shoutout to the incredible staff! Taylan was absolutely phenomenal working so hard, staying attentive, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Deja at the front was super helpful and welcoming, which set the tone right away. Jollett was so kind, warm, and attentive, Caylae and Yasmine was amazing as well so sweet, helpful, and added to the overall positive experience! What really stood out is that the staff was everywhere doing everything cleaning, helping, organizing, assisting families, and making sure all the kids were safe and having a great time. Taylan, Yasmine, Joellette, and of course Deja! You don't see that level of effort and teamwork everywhere, and it did not go unnoticed. The separate play spaces for babies, toddlers and big kids are great. The color coded party rooms. Blue, Green and Orange. To name a few are really cool and make it easy to find your room. They do offer the 2.00 grip socks, you can purchase and add money to the card for the arcade games and carousel. I love the little shopping center and police station outside of the jungle gym. Lastly, get a picture of your kids going down the vortex slide! Our kids loved it! We even stopped by the snack bar and had a great interaction with Areli she was super sweet and professional. We purchased a few different items, and since they didn't have regular bags available, she kindly offered me a Ziploc bag, which was really thoughtful. Small gesture, but it meant a lot. We even left her a little tip because she was just that kind and helpful! However, corporate please get bags for families. To make our purchases more convenient. Carrying all that stuff is inconvenient That's one of the suggestion I would offer to upper management/corporate is to consider providing bags for staff to use when parents are purchasing multiple items it would be a great addition to an already amazing experience. Also, although I did see the staff tidying up. I do think you all need to bring an actual commercial cleaning company to offer a deep clean in the bathroom and a few other places. (Maybe you already but I would suggest really looking into making it more obvious with certain nooks and crannies that a professional cleaning company would get. To help ensure your guest feel comfortable) You can tell this team genuinely cares about the families and kids who come through. The environment was clean, safe, and full of positive energy. Our 9 year-old was invited to a birthday party here. She said it was "pretty fun" BUT she said she had to be bent over most of the time. I asked, "So it felt like it was for smaller/younger kids?" Which she replied, "yes." Playground area looked fun but a bit hectic in my opinion. I did like that the child and parent are stamped with the same invisible number. Upon picking up the child, the number is verified to be matching the parent. We don't think we would go here on our own but will attend further birthday parties if invited. read more

There's lots of playtime equipment. +Snack bar with pizza. -It's extremely noisy; a lot of kids screaming and what not. +The noise is made a little more bearable when music is played on their speaker system. Came here for a kid's birthday party and really enjoyed it. We love how it was part arcade and part active play for both big and little kids! There's a space for toddlers which my little one enjoyed! The party room was clean and spacious. The soft play areas could use a little deep cleaning since it was a little sticky, but nonetheless we enjoyed ourselves. Recommend to not wear shorts due to the slides. It was not a good time for me... don't forget socks, otherwise you'll have to purchase your own grip socks! read more

Why 5 stars? Because this is heaven for kids. --- --- --- The tour of every indoor playground of Greater Houston continues. The good: -The playground area is enormous. -There are also a bunch of arcade games. -There are a ton of really comfortable chairs for parents to sit in while the kids play. -Instead of a wristband, they give you a stamp on your arm that's only visible with a blacklight, and don't let any kids leave with an adult who doesn't have a matching stamp. The not so good: -If your kid is on the younger side, and you'd like to keep a frequent eye on them, it's very difficult to do so. -More than just a couple of the arcade games weren't working on our visit. This is definitely one of the better ones and also one of the newest, as of our visit. If we lived in the Sugar Land area, this would be one of our most frequent businesses patroned. read more

What a great new place for kids! I was so excited that a new Play Space was coming to Sugar Land. My daughter absolutely loved it and had a blast! It was so clean and staff was on stand by to wipe down areas they could. I love how the staff was being trained to be attentive and try to keep each play center within its age appropriate area. My daughter had a blast. We will definitely be returning. read more

The Play Space likes to give the illusion that it's a safe environment for families with the recliners and hand stamps, but after today, safety is not their top priority. My daughter went missing in the play area for over 20 minutes. I searched everywhere and saw a lot of areas exposed and open to anyone (that are usually zipped up to block off). I went to go ask for help from the front desk and his reply was "get up there and look. If it makes you feel better, she cannot leave without you." FINALLY found her in a random crawl space and went to go leave. The lady at the the door did not check numbers... so in fact my daughter could've exited the building with a stranger because no one checked! Highly disappointed considering it was $50. read more

Another place with so much potential but bad hiring decisions ruins the experience. Upon entering, no one greeted us. We just stood there looking like umm are you guys going to help?!? It's not due to lack of staff as there were 6 people at the front. Most were engaged in personal conversations. I finally had to ask who is working. So let's move on to the food. It's actually decently priced with fair options. I ordered a single slice of cheese pizza. He tried to give me a burnt piece. I refused it. He said he only had burnt in just cheese. So I had to get pepperoni. Well it's not really pepperoni as it only had 1.5 pepperoni lol I sat in the cafe area so I could work while the kids jumped. Found a couple of tables that were available, so that's decent. What I didn't like though is the young lady tried to take one of my chairs at 4:57pm so could put it on top of another table. They were basically shutting down the entire area and hour before closing. I told her I was shook using the chair at my table that she was trying to take and clearly she was annoyed as she gave me a stank face. I asked her what was the problem with me keeping the chair. She said she didn't say anything and I explained she didn't have to as her ugly facial expression clearly revealed her emotions. She then again expressed another ugly face. New play area for kids. We went on a weekday so I ended up spending $36 for two kids. It's a bit more money for weekend admission. The inside is themed after a space play land where kids (and adults) can play. You are required to wear grip socks (we brought our own). You can purchase socks there for $3 There's a play are for toddlers 4 and under which is monitored by a staff member. There's arcade games but not that many, ranging from $1 to $2 per game. There's a Photo Booth which was only a dollar which was cute and fun. My kids loved it they played for about 3 hours. There's a cafe and the food ranges from $7 to $18. They sell pizza, pretzels, mini tacos, wings, chicken tenders, etc. The staff was great and as we were leaving a staff member ran up to us as we were almost out the door and he checked our stamped arms just to make sure we were all together which I appreciate for safety precautions. read more

Disappointed is an understatement. From the second we walked into this place, it REEKED of marijuana. While I know you can't control what people are doing outside the property, if you walk by a room for a children's party and it is so potent you can smell it from outside the room... you should most definitely do something. The staff is 99% children it would seem. From the time my guests arrived, including us the hosts, the front desk told everyone they didn't even know anything about our party. They couldn't give me any answers on ANYTHING and refused to speak up over screaming children. Let's fast forward to the actual party time which is absolutely ridiculous. Almost $1,000 for a room that made everyone that wasn't a child sit on either side like an awkward prom stand off. You have to decorate everything yourself. And you get 1.5 hours to do EVERYTHING. Included in the package is x20 $5 cards for the arcade they refused to give us because "they don't know what happened they had them made up the day before for all the parties and somehow disappeared". So finally at 5:30 when our party ended we got the cards fixed in time for none of our guests to be there. I've never been more embarrassed in my life. There is no actual adults watching after your children or any rule to this place at all. There was a child easily 150+ pounds that just barreled over my 30 pound 3 year old trying to come down a small part of the soft play area. It's not safe. We booked this when the place opened and it was amazing. It seems they just let children run it straight into the ground at this point. The ONLY saving grace was our party attendant. She did her best to try and mitigate the disaster that was our party. And I'm ashamed to say I don't even know her name. I was too stressed trying to fix the major mess ups from these people that I couldn't remember. They couldn't even get my child's name right!? And to end the night, when we left the room 30 minutes early because of what a complete and utter disaster it was... the manager said and I quote "it's early but sure I'll take your money". Which they had no problem charging full price for despite the fact we couldn't even enjoy our daughter's birthday because we were putting out their disastrous fires. So if you want to pay an exorbitant amount of money for the worst party experience I could possibly ask for, this place is for you. I paid half this for her first birthday and had an entire place to myself and decorations and EVERYTHING handled. The management passing the blame off on the children running the place is not an excuse. When you run a place that employs young people, but charge that much for events. Maybe you should do a better job at making sure it's being taken care of. 100/10 do not recommend booking a party here ever. I left in tears and absolutely shocked and embarrassed. I will not be giving any more business to this place until they can figure out how to do business right and not rip people off. read more

We brought extra kids to Play Space a few days ago. Unfortunately, I could smell poop and immediately checked all my kids(5years old) and it wasn't them. The staff could clearly hear me saying it smelt like poop and did nothing. Even the head manager just waited. Eventually I walked up to them and told them. They slowly looked around. I could still smell poop so I ordered food and had the kids sit down so they didn't get it on them while the staff slowly looked. I then noticed the smell again... I smelt the kids clothes and it all smelt like poop. I looked over at the manager and told him "it's on the slide because they all smell on their backs". After everything as we were leaving just said "sorry". That's it... I wish he could at least compensated us a ticket for our troubles. My niece's birthday party was here. It's great for small and big kids. Parents too!!! They have TVs and recliners to watch your babies comfortably. It's not too large that the kiddos can get lost. Oh and the food options are awesome. Must try read more

We held our two year old's birthday party here and it was amazing. Kids of many different ages were able to play and enjoy the space, our party time included a 90 minute party room reservation with host, and the Play Space provided pizza, waters, and juice in the package. All kids also received grippy socks and a $5 arcade card. The staff were friendly, helpful and they were a huge part of this party being a huge success. We will continue to tell other parents what a great place this is to host a kids party. I also really appreciate that kids are able to stay and play ALL DAY-not just during the time where we have the room booked. read more

Where to start... 1. Restrooms (Distguisting & never cleaned) 2. Half of arcade games are broken 3. Food is all frozen and not even mediocre to eat 4. Half of the parents smell like weed & facility doesn't seem to care to ensure safe and drug free zone. 5. Employees not nice and always seem to have an attitude. 6.
