I like how parking is self park, but like other yelpers have mentioned, a bit odd, especially driving up that steep ramp to enter the parking area, so you may actually prefer to find street parking. However, when you enter you are greeted to a well maintained venue, and since we come in the winter, they even have a real fire going in the fireplace! I believe they have quite a few banquet rooms, but we always use the one on the left when you enter to sit down and eat and the long banquet room across the way to get our food and beverages. When it comes to the food, the chicken was a bit dry which wasn't a surprise, but I did enjoy the mac and cheese and buttery mashed potatoes as well as the fried catfish and the broccoli/squash medley. The coffee was also tasty, and complimented the large assortment of desserts. Also, I love how attentive the staff were, thanks for always making sure those chafing dishes were full or that I always had hot water when needed and for clearing out our dishes so quickly!

Parking and walking up to it was strange. Just didn't feel like I was about to attend a wedding reception. But once you enter, it's your typical banquet hall. Overall, the place is ideal for smaller weddings, and decorations are all up to you and your designer, but this event looked nice, there are multiple rooms, and a bar.

Hosted our daughter's fifteenth birthday party here last night. We were pleased with the…read moreexperience and the atmosphere, and count the evening as a success. We would definitely consider hosting another event there and would recommend it to others. The facility is well set up and can handle its advertised duties, but the real story is the service provided by the staff. The staff and DJ did a great job of accommodating our party. We brought in outside catering, selected our own music, and spent a long time transforming the facility with a different look and feel. In short, we were particular, and the staff worked very well with us and all the parties involved to make it a success. My daughter and I selected music and I built a slideshow. Chris, the DJ (and either the husband of the owner or co-owner, I didn't ask), did a great job of working the music together to make a great program. We selected some music that wasn't traditional for a teeny-boppy party, and he sequenced it beautifully to engage the entire audience - even the grandparents were dancing! We also changed the program slightly during the event and again he kept up very well. If you are bringing in your own music and slideshow, make sure you follow Chris's directions so that you get the results you are looking for. I brought a few different file types of the slideshow in case there were difficulties playing one on their computer, but there weren't . The food and beverage accommodations are good, although we did not prepare food there, nor did we serve alcoholic beverages. We had dining catered by Gina's restaurant of Clear Lake, and they worked well with the Enchanted Gardens staff. We had a few family members arrive after the dinner was cleared, but the staff reheated and served them food. The service we had included sodas, tea, and water. For an additional fee, they served coffee. About the only drawback is that the facility is a little hard to find. We had a few guests that had difficulty finding the place. There are several factors for this; first is its actual location. It is situated in a strip shopping center that doesn't look like it would accommodate an event facility. Secondly, there is not a sign by the road, so finding the exact entrance in the dark was a little challenging. Third, it appears as though some search engines (including google/yelp) appear to show this near FM 517 even though it is near 146 (some 30 minutes the other direction). We learned of this from some very persistent guests. I hope to submit a request to fix this, but I would highly recommend that you include a map to the facility or directions with your invitation.

This warehouse venue is approximately 7000 square feet with a 250 max occupancy capacity and ample restrooms. This property sits off the Metro Green Line near the Cesar Chavez/67th station. Parking is located in the back with two empty lots, and off-street parking. Parking is tight, and can be dark as minimal lighting is provided. It's a newer venue so I sure they are improving. This is a great addition to the strip of businesses. Now turn up the music and enjoy yourself. Be responsible and don't drink and drive. Take the rail or Lyft/Uber is a great option.

No reply so I email her she responded sending me these pictures saying this is the reason why I didn't receive my refund from my security deposit. I can promise yall these pictures isn't from my event. I made sure everything was is place like it was when we first entered the building. Now check this out we did more than we should have after the party. My mom cleaned all the bath rooms pulled all the trash we even ran a wet mop over the entire building. All we left was the trash can full of trash because we didn't know we're to take it. My mom wiped down all the furniture as well. I can assure that nothing was out of place. The building had roaches and my mom even put something down for the roaches to help them out. You going to tell me you not refunding me my money because of what? Your venue is clean. After 10 my minutes we ask if there was a spot outside that we could watch without interrupting and she said oh yes. Not sure if she was the event coordinator but she seemed frazzled. The buffet line was a poor set up. There were two entree option that you could chose from but they set it up on each side of the table but only one line. If you wanted water you had to go to the bar and wait in line. Upstairs guest were instructed not to move the table and I can see why. If you lifted the table the legs didn't go with it because they are not attached. Overall it's an okay venue with a dedicated parking lot. If you are looking for a one stop shop then check it out. The ceremony was held outside at 7pm but still super hot .

Centurion Palace is by far one of the most unprofessional venues I've ever seen. My friend's…read morewedding was supposed to happen in a week and a half booked a whole year in advance and they suddenly changed rules, switched up times, and acted like things they originally promised were never said. One of their own employees even told the bride and groom they could end the wedding around 11 PM, but then the "boss lady" tried to claim the contract said the complete opposite... while the employee was literally reading the contract out loud. How do you run a venue and not even know your own rules? Different staff members gave totally different information, and the "main lady" refused to work directly with the couple who PAID them thousands. Instead of fixing their own mess, they acted jumpy and offended because a stressed bride dared to be upset a week before her wedding. And here's the worst part They cancelled her entire wedding less than two weeks before the date and are now refusing to refund the money she paid for the photographer. They take your money, change everything last minute, and then punish you when you respond like any normal person would. No couple deserves this kind of disaster right before their big day. Save yourself the heartbreak and book literally anywhere else!!!!!!!

We signed a contract and were told we needed to pay a $400 deposit upfront, and the remaining $600 would be due on the day of the event. We agreed and paid the deposit. Today (March 18), the owner contacted my mom demanding the remaining balance be paid immediately--about two weeks earlier than what was originally agreed upon. When we politely explained that we were told the balance was due on the event date, she stopped responding and blocked my mom and sister. I attempted to contact her through multiple methods (calls, messages, WhatsApp) but was ignored. When I finally reached her from another phone, I requested a refund since communication had been cut off and the service was no longer being provided. She refused to issue any refund. She later claimed the cancellation was a misunderstanding about a no-alcohol policy, but there was never any intention to break rules--only a simple question was asked. At this point, we are out $400 and left without a venue just two weeks before our event. I'm sharing this so others can be aware and cautious when booking. I don't usually post things like this, but I feel the situation was handled very unprofessionally.

This is a nice Plaza located way out in the East part of Houston close to the garage where I get my car fixed. I think they do a really good job in general and I like them. I have a few issues but nothing serious, and generally it's a really good place to come, for example for a wedding reception hall, or the low rate discount stores here, and a couple of food places near here as well.

This past weekend I had my baby shower here, at first everything was wonderful. When I viewed the…read morespace to see if it would fit my needs the owner was very nice she let us know all the things that would come with our booking, chairs, tables, food warmers etc. We also discussed the pricing of $100 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours and the option of paying a deposit. Everything seemed great I decided to go with this venue as everything else was way out of our budget being first time young parents. I let her know I wanted to book 4 hours and sent the $300 "refundable" deposit. After this she said thank you then I did not here from her again until I messaged her to confirm the booking and make sure tables and chairs were in order 2 days before. At that point she called me and told me my balance was paid off and asked what tables I preferred and how many chairs. At the time I believed she was giving a discount as I found her through Peerspace but we did not use Peerspace so they wouldn't be taking a portion out. The day of she accommodated our needs and her son was there putting chairs out. The chairs were thrown outside sloppy all going different directions the tables were not the ones I asked for but everything was ok because they were so kind and helpful with everything else and it was a great price. When our reservation was over I called to let her know everything was clean and asked if there was anything else she needed from me she said no. I then sent her $100 as a thank you and because that was the original price we discussed although she said multiple times that "our balance was paid off". Serval hours later she called me and she sounded sketchy and off a vibe I had not gotten from her until this point. she asked if I sent more than $400 because her records only showed $400 I explained to her that she told me the balance was paid off at $300 and I sent the extra to show my gratitude she then said I owed another $100 for the cleaning fee that "my mother in law offered to pay it if I wanted to take her up on that" at this point I was almost in tears because of the stressful day I had and the high of it all going smooth and being over with to the low of feeling like I'm being scammed or tricked. She got an attitude very quickly referring to a contact I had not heard of up until this point. I never was given a contract or told about one the whole booking process was very relaxed and unprofessional looking back. I don't ever want to screw anyone over or not do the right thing so I paid the extra $100 but my last discussion with her was very shady and makes me sad because the experience started off great. I also spoke to my mother in law and she said the owner never mention anything about a $100 cleaning fee or anything about money. The actual space was ok but the owner is shady and I will never recommend this place. Pay the extra couple hundred as this place will probably try to get it out of you and overall they were not professional.
