Yes there is construction leading up to the building but that's not a permanent thing. The parking lot is well lit so I feel safe going to events at night. The building is a secure building so strangers just can't wonder in off the street and cause any disturbances which makes me feel even better. It's a great space, it's always clean and well decorated. The owner has always maintained good communication with me and has even assisted with locating hotels since I come from out of town. The first time I met her she welcomed me with a smile and I get that same smile every time. Her staff has always been friendly and made me feel welcome. If I were local I would definitely have events here. It's a great environment for all ages. You can basically turn the space into whatever atmosphere you want from kid parties, to teens, to adults. The mix they use tastes very good and everyone was pleased. My only issue is they didn't tell me that I needed a liter of triple sec for each batch. I guess I should've known but didn't. The day of the event, I had been struggling for a couple hours trying to put up a tent to ensure adequate shade coverage for the guests. During a phone call before he was scheduled to arrive, he could hear the "Mommy paranoia" in my voice. I explained the issue I was having with the tent. He showed up an hour earlier than expected and rescued me from the tent! I thought I needed multiple people to get it up, nope, just him. He assembled and had the tent up in 30 minutes! He's seriously a one-man show!! To say I was overjoyed, is an understatement!!! He even got on a ladder and cut limbs off of a tree, so they wouldn't damage the tent covering due to wind. Had I known, I would've rented a tent from him, but I didn't ask if one was available. He and his wife offer a wide variety of services to accommodate your event needs, so don't forget to fully checkout their site or ask questions. I rented a beautiful bounce house, four tables, and 25 chairs. The deposit and total cost were minimal for the service I received. He set up early and allowed us extra time at the end for pick up! I will be a customer for life!! He is professional, friendly, courteous, and without a doubt, my go to guy for any future events I or my family will have in the area. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. My daughter's birthday party was AMAZING! Seeing her beautiful face full of excitement on her special day, is all I ever wanted.
