The kids really enjoyed being able to decorate their cupcakes and the quickly eat them afterwards. We technically didn't even need to bring any cupcakes but we did for the adults. The really cool part was the at home baking to seal the kids artistic creations on their mugs. A very cool twist to painting that I haven't seen before! This made it much easier to let everyone take their items immediately instead of us collecting and sharing with families after the event.

Note I was friendly and just trying to understand the additional charges when the website was not working. Not that I didn't pay. Also, this is all operational issues, nothing on the coaching staff.

We brought our crockpot and there's a place to plug it in. The space is just accommodating and the staff to guide the party were amazing and friendly. Assisting to setup & breakdown as well. Heidi pays great attention to detail, she takes time to ask and observe what the child likes by chatting (and maybe looking at their outfit choice ex: colors, cartoons, etc). If you wish, you can have a private area cornered pff for the party at the periphery of the bounce house, but that would have to be even smaller group than 20. This park has many other games like dashing cars, ball pool which some toddlers would not get out off , and others like in Dave and Busters with the basketball, or motor bike, playing piano etc. soo much to do for the kids ... Your birthday party guest coupon would include the ball pool, and the bounce house, but you are free to purchase other games. Food- they have toe ups and if you choose from their vendors they will arrange the food, or , you can arrange from somewhere else but that would be at an additional cost as it is considered as outside food. Cake is ok for a birthday, that one thing is allowed from outside for a celebration. There is a huge parking so you will not run out of place.
