I loved Gattis as a kid and come here often now with my kids. It's the best pizza buffet around with fresh pizza and salad bar. Their salad items are legit, and their dressing, potato salad, and olives are my fav. It's always clean and the employees are friendly. Highly recommend the pizza! The only negative is the game room. It used to be reasonably priced and we could spend a while in the room playing, but they got rid of the tokens and tickets and replaced them with electronic cards that cost way too much! It literally takes 2 minutes to spend a $5 card. The prizes are also unreasonable and everything requires a ton of tickets. You don't see the physical tickets anymore so the whole experience just isn't the same. I wish they would bring back their old games, token and ticket experience, otherwise the game room isn't worth it imo. read more

At first glance when driving up it looked closed that even my 4 year old was like mommy I don't see anyone playing the games, is it open!? This is our first visit here so that's why we were unsure and it was 6pm on a Tuesday. No confusion here, as soon as you walk in you go straight to the cash register. Simply process, basically tell them how many kids and adults, plus it's buffet for everyone. My kids are 4 and under so it was $5.50 for each and adults i believe was $12-13. On Tuesday from 4-9pm one kids Buffett is free with a purchase of an adult Buffett. First you are met with the pasta section. Awesome because my kids love pasta. They truly ate the noodles plain so not sure how the sauce tasted. They had both meat and meatless sauce options. Then the assortment of pizza which are cut into small sizes which I appreciate for my kids. Next comes the dessert pizza. Tasted each one they offered and they were okay. No seconds were obtained. The salad is on an island section . Plenty of Table and bench option . I wish I knew they had a kids eating room right before the arcade because they had cartoons playing. The arcade has a little bit of everything for each age group. The rides were a bit rough so my kids did not enjoy that. I did like they had motorcycle and car games that my kids could actually play for being 4 and under but they weren't working. There were quite a few games either not turned on or not working. My eldest hates crowds so it was perfect for her to walk around comfortably to play. The vibe I got when I was eating in the dining area was the old strip in Vegas...I felt like he was in an old casino. Haha. But it definitely served it's purpose. I was thrilled to find a Mr Gatti's close by. This is a childhood nostalgia for me and I couldn't wait to take my kids. Walking in should have been my first clue to turn around and take us somewhere else. It wasn't the cleanest and felt a little sticky but we were there and I was wanting to try to relive my childhood... again I wish I had taken the signs and turned around and left... The seating areas were all littered with empty tables that had piles of dirty dishes that had yet to be bussed (and weren't still when we left 30 minutes later). The floor was sticky and there was food in a lot of places. The salad bar was a mess. Salad dressings were mixed with each other and the ranch had a weird yellow film on it. The fruit looked questionable and not appealing at all. The pastas looked like they had been sitting out awhile and the noodles were a hard glob stuck together. The pizzas had very little variety, maybe 5 different ones? We did ask for a supreme to be made which took a bit. The pizza we had made was the only thing that was even the slightest bit edible. We tried but ended up leaving. It was a complete waste of money. Thinking how dirty the dining areas were (and there are several sections and themes) we didn't even venture into the game area as I wasn't sure if it would be any cleaner. Haven't been to one of these in a while, and though it is smaller than the one I used to frequent, the hospitality of the crew is as welcoming as the one I used to go to. The place is very small, and it's definitely on the low-key side, but the food is as good as I remember, and the staff is willing to put out any kind of pizza you want after paying the buffet entry fee. I went to Mr Gatti's with the kiddos after school yesterday and was really pleasantly surprised all around. I haven't been here in years but the food was constantly being monitored and refreshed, the amount of cleaning I saw was straight up impressive between detailing the windows, dusting, plates being cleared quickly, etc. the lighting was fun and dynamic and the kids enjoyed the themed rooms! It would have been nice to have more games for my under 5 aged kids but I acknowledge the arcade/winning tokens focus is geared to older kids. The food itself was surprisingly good, the pasta not over cooked, pizzas not dried out, I mean honestly setting up a buffet that is always that stocked up and keeping quality high is no small feat! This locally owned piece of location is phenomenal. It's very clean and the prices are reasonable. I've been here probably a dozen times and I'm amazed at how often the staff is cleaning up the awesome salad bar Buffet it's like constant. The pizza, pasta, salad, bar, and desserts are out of this world. I have been free passing this place for probably the last 10 years and it's never disappointing. The cleanliness and the staff is awesome. They also have an arcade sort of like Chuck E. Cheese and my grandson and I went about a month ago and he had a blast. I love and hate this place. I love that it's an all you can eat buffet. I hate that it's an you can eat buffet. I mean, I can fill up at an all you can eat buffet like there's no tomorrow, which is good and bad. I get my money's worth, but I also eat way too much. We came here the first time because we had a coupon; it was pretty darn good, although the pizza wasn't really hot. But you can order a special pizza with whatever toppings and get one that is hot and fresh. The salad bar was really good. Not as much stuff as as the actual salad places but a lot more than Cicis. I actually really like the salad here and usually get a big plate first before pizza, which I never do elsewhere. So hey. That makes this place healthy right? Yeah. I didn't think so. The desserts are just ok, but the s'mores dessert pizza is pretty darn good! The cinnamon rolls are usually dry though. They do have icees though, which is cool. I do like a good sugary icee. I don't love that drinks are $2.50 a piece though, so I just get water but the buffet itself is decently priced at $9 a piece (I think). A friend said they had a good salad bar, so I thought I'd try it today. You have to buy the entire buffet which is mostly pizza to get the salad bar, which I did. I guess it had enough salad ingredients but there was nothing I wanted except the lettuce, onion, and dressing. I would have tried the potato salad but I could tell by looking it was mushed and that's not my kind of potato salad. For me what makes a salad is blue cheese dressing. I was delighted when I saw its appearance on the bar but it became a blowout. The dressing had some strange taste. I don't cook but it had too much vinegar or sugar or something. Salad is mostly a socially acceptable transport mechanism to take the the dressing to my mouth. I didn't eat pizza. I was there a while back and don't care for their pizza. I hate to give a restaurant a bad rating because I didn't like one thing so I'm rating them 3 stars. I'm sure the salad would have been good otherwise, but if I were rating it for just my experience it would be one star. This is my go to spot with hubby on Monday nights!! They have a special Monday nights. The pizza is good!!! They make it fresh for you if you ask. Justin is absolutely amazing!!! I have never experienced customer service like what he gives. You can tell that he keeps everything clean and a hands on manager. This was an nice little place. My babies were asking for CiCi's but we've passed this place dozens of times so I decided to go here instead. We were greeted when we walked in and every employee we encountered was kind to us. It was a Friday evening but the place wasn't overly crowded. In fact, there were only about three other families in the room we were in. The dining area was divided into four different areas that showed different television stations. There weren't many flavors to choose from but the pizza was hot and tasty. The new coke machines had dozens of combinations for drinks which was very nice. There was also an icee machine. That was neat! I didn't try the pasta but my daughter said it was delicious. They are already asking go go back and it wasn't too expensive, so we will return. $11 for adults and $8 for kids including drinks. FYI: The buffet does NOT include a drink. This is a place that is very special to me as I have went to this specific location for 10+ years. From the start you are met with an employee who has always been great and friendly constantly for all these years. Then you have the food, this food is actually some of the greatest food I've ever consumed in my life, and there is something there for everyone's taste. Then you have the room where you eat, each has a TV. Some rooms have legendary channels like Nickelodeon on for younger audiences, others have news stations for older audiences and it is very genius and top tier to give the customers a choice. The tables and chairs are nice quality and the selection is truly remarkable. Then we have the arcade. These games are amazing, truly underrated compared to more popular arcades. Any kid or even adults can play these games and have fun and enjoy the grind of gaining the right amount of tickets to cash them in on whatever prize they want. There is an account system to save your tickets if you plan to return to the restaurant again, which is amazing and keeps the customers coming back. I recommend this place to everyone both young and old, this is truly one of the most underrated arcade restaurants, and deserves more credit and recognition for the greatness it provides. read more

Quantity over quality. The workers are a hilarious mix of ignorasaurus and grumpy sarcastic individuals that probably did not grow up wanting to be a cashier at a local pizza place. Good news is you just pay, get your receipt, and you don't need to deal with them ever again. The pizza aisle is flawless - they have pretty much everything you could ask for as you stroll down the aisle. The quality is not amazing, it will not make you change your religion, but I consider this to be a place to come if you have had a bad day and you need a lot of pizza to caress you into smiling again. The breadsticks are really hit or miss. One time fantastic, other times dripping in grease so much my plate wanted to cry in the corner. The salad food quality .... yikes! Extremely questionable. Total blast from the past! 20-25 years later and Gatti's Pizza still tastes the same, in a good way. Ordered a pizza online for takeout (extra burger, extra cheese and extra sauce) and the pizza was FANTASTIC!! I don't know why other chains do not have hamburger for a Topping?? The hamburger was seasoned well with just a hint of heat. FYI, I always have the oven set for any takeout or delivery pizza to 350 degrees and place pizza pieces in for an additional 6-10 minutes to crisp it up.
