As a working mother, I was only able to attend one class time. This means that they cancelled several times and I had no way of recouping those losses, even though it was not my fault that they did not have the original class. For the younger ages, all of the instructors are young and have limited experience with gymnastics. They do little to no coaching and always class starts late and ends early. You will be paying in blood for 45-50 minutes of free play. Honestly take your kids to a different center or a park. You will save money and have just as pleasant of an experience.

My kids look forward to coming and leave sweating from a tough lesson. Flexibility, strength, fitness and confidence is what Bannon's is all about. Kids feel comfortable since boys and girls are separated and then again in small groups so instructors can give their small group the attention they need in order to full fill the lesson. The sport and the staff make all kids welcomed and not make the sport look too "feminine" but for everyone. We are definitely staying with Bannon's for the summer.

It took her two weeks to call me back after my initial inquiry (she was on vacation), which might have been fine if it hadn't been followed by repeated lapses in communication. She promised to call me back and didn't, and when she canceled my son's first official session just two hours before, she only sent a text and email. She never confirmed I'd seen the message, and by the time I arrived with my kids, it was too late. My son, who struggles with sudden changes, had a meltdown. Backup staff could have easily prevented this. After my friend spoke to a manager, the owner called me the next day and promised Shelby would contact me to reschedule. That call never happened--this was even before we hosted my son's birthday party at K2. To be clear: Bailey, who led our trial session, was amazing. She took time to work with my son at his pace and made him feel comfortable. The birthday party staff were also friendly and helpful, even with a small hiccup of my son's name being spelled wrong on the cake. Bottom line: I'd recommend K2 for parties, but I would not recommend the SOAR Adaptive program. The lack of communication and follow-through from Shelby made it clear to me that this program is not managed in a way that meets the needs of autistic children and their families.

All are top notch for different reasons. My daughter tried out for high school cheerleader and did not make it her first year. We enrolled her at HEC in private lessons. With hard work she improved tremendously within six months of tryouts. She tried out again and made the JV team at MHS, the following year tried out again and made varsity. HEC has a wonderful process to progress cheerleaders to reach their potential. Within her first year at HEC she could solidly do a full. The techniques she learned, helped her understand how to do a variety of cheerleading skills: jumps, spiriting and tumbling to name a few.
