Chicken from Popeyes! This is one of my orders and the other one my dogs helped me eat. Very dry and cold!!

I use to love popeyes but since this location has been remodeled their chicken is below par. Dry cold and just not good at all

Hard, over-cooked Popeyes biscuits! Very disgusted!! I wouldn't feed my dogs these!!!

It's a newly store. We went through drive thru and we're sold over- cooked, hard biscuits in our meals. Hard as a Rock! Dry on inside!!! We couldn't even break it open to eat them..Hard for even a dog to attempt to eat. This ruined our entire meal!!! Our first time awaited for their grand opening in Willis, Tx. Horrible service. Our order was wrong. Waited additional time. Husband chicken was still Luke warm. We wanted hot chicken! Longgg wait for Burnt hard biscuits and Luke warm chicken thru the drive- thru 2/25/25@7:15pm. Bad Service and Food received. I want a REFUND!!!!!!

This is connected to a gas station which caused me to pause but I was hungry. The chicken was hot freshly cooked! The fries were cold and old but we sent them back and a new fresh batch was cooked and proved to us. The service was very good and the place was not the cleanest but hot grease can kill anything!!!

BURNT !!!!

Ended up having to eat somewhere else because the lady working refused to heat up the "frozen" food.

I'm sure that they probably have put it somewhere in the fine print or the terms and conditions, but wherever they put it, it was not noticeable and we didn't find out until they showed up at the door to deliver it. They also seem to be out of a lot of stuff lately. The last 3 times I've placed an order online they had to call to tell us that they were out of something that we ordered. The first 2 times they were out of the drink we ordered which was not that big of a deal, but the last time they were completely out of brownies... I will probably be taking my business to domino's from now on, they are actually still able to give you change when you pay in cash, and they have it in a noticeable place on their website that they only carry $20 in change with them.

Unprofessional and emotionally harmful management…read more I don't normally leave reviews like this, but I feel like people deserve to know how this place treats their workers- especially young employees just trying to do their best. I worked here for just under two weeks, and from the start, I was micromanaged and compared to others by the manager 'Jared Howard' before I even had the chance to properly learn. I asked questions, tried to improve, and kept showing up, even when I felt anxious and unsupported. The training was inconsistent, and it felt like I was being set up to fail. When I finally spoke up about how I felt to Jared, including some very personal things going on in my life--like being kicked out by my parents--my manager acknowledged it on the surface, but quickly shifted blame back onto me. He even used my personal struggles as a reason I was "maybe not fit to be here," instead of offering understanding or professional guidance. That moment broke something in me. A manager should never weaponize someone's trauma. On my last day, I was pulled aside and let go under the excuse of "not paying attention," even though I was genuinely trying to improve every day. I wasn't perfect, but no one is in their first couple weeks- especially with minimal training and emotional pressure. What hurt the most wasn't being fired- it was the way it was handled. Cold, dismissive, and lacking the kind of compassion or professionalism I expected from a place that serves the community. I hope this business reflects on how they treat people. Because employees are not disposable. We're human beings with lives, feelings, and value- even if we're not perfect from day one.
