Ordered a couple sandwiches and a sub in a tub today. I believe Kayla and Kyra made them. I haven't had much luck with other Jersey Mikes restaurants on a good sub in a tub because it's either too little sauce or the meat is not cut right. I could just be really hungry but this was the best one I have had. The meat was perfectly cut and everything was balanced well with toppings. My kids sandwiches were just how I wanted them as well. Let's start by saying I LOVE Jersey Mikes! However, I have been repeatedly disgusted by the lack of cleanliness during the sandwich prep and now the whole restaurant experience. Twice I have witnessed the same worker use her DIRTY gloves to make sandwiches. Once you use your gloves to do anything other than putting sandwiches together, you need to get new gloves. Don't use your gloves to "clean up" around your workspace and then use those same gloves to make the sandwiches. Don't have gloves on while using a dirty towel to "clean up" around your workspace and then not get new gloves before you continue to make sandwhiches. But the latest issue was last night when a young teenage worker used his towel to clean the tables, then he bent down and wiped a huge portion the FLOOR with the towel, and then he continued to wipe the table with that same towel! Are these kids raised in a barn? Is there no training as to keeping things sanitary when it comes to food service? Jersey Mikes - DO BETTER! read more

Food and service was pretty good but what i found in my cup was not. I finished my drink and when I looked in there I found some black things in there, I'm not sure if it was from the soda dispenser or the ice but it was pretty nasty. read more

We all know that good reliable help is very hard to find these days. Jersey Mike's is no different. They've been open a few months but are still hitting bumps. The Fact that the sandwiches are so good and it's not subway is pretty much the best plus they have. It is almost 9:00p and there are four people behind the counter, only one guy looks like he knows what he's doing. Thank goodness he is Manning the slicer. Just watching the other counter help is painful for me. They are like robots, no interaction, no acknowledgement, zero personality and they are moving as if this is their last night on earth. Good grief. I am sure whoever is the manager is just so overwhelmed with his/her duties, is just too much. I feel for the meat slicer dude, he is trying, but the weight of the rest of the crew is just crazy. I don't blame this guy, or even the Manager. I am pretty sure the phrase 'you get what you pay for' is evident here. If you want to provide good service, you have to start with good staff. read more

Food is subpar compared to other Jersey Mikes. Typically orders are not correct and the subs are made very skimpy compared to the other Jersey Mikes I've visited. I will be avoiding this shop even though it's closest to my home. I'll make the drive or skip altogether. Premium prices should get premium quality! It's worth the update. I received a phone call from management who was very apologetic and genuinely concerned for my dissatisfaction. She offered to make things right during my next visit. Although I haven't returned yet but I will. I wanted to thank Ricki for contacting me and going that extra mile to prove customer satisfaction is important. I love Jersey Mike's but the Montgomery, Tx. store... Do not look behind the counter. It might be the nastiest restaurant work space I've ever seen. First, the area around the meat cutting machine was filthy. The machine itself might pass health codes but not mine. In fact, all the surfaces behind the counter were filthy! Next- the floor. Oh my gosh! Food and discarded gloves littered the entire work space floor with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions and gosh knows what else. Next- I did not see any hand washing in the 30 minutes I was there (Sunday, June 9th, 2024 @1:30pm) In one case, one young lady wore the same pair of gloves to make sandwiches for three people. The tables were never wiped down, in fact, I wiped off my table and chair of crumbs. The floor at soda station was sticky and the ice overflow thing was gross. I understand these employees are all young, teens and early teens, but cleanliness is NOT practiced there. And let's not forget the employees hair hanging over food. The owner needs to supervise this store more often. read more

This Jersey Mike's in Montgomery is so welcoming and the subs are excellent. I downloaded the app, placed an order and within minutes I was picking up some truly tasty sandwiches. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff, a tad bit pricey but so much better in flavor and value than Subway's products. No verbal "hello" or "welcome" when walking in, no acknowledgment for what I needed, and when my pickup order was ready from the order I placed on the app, the associate did not say a name out loud when putting the bag on the shelf to make customers aware that there is an order complete and ready for pick up. One of my cold sandwich had the wrong bread.... Other than that, both cold sandwich's were very much enjoyed by both of the people eating them.... Hope this helps others... I love Jersey Mike's!! Norally would be a 5 star, but, tonight they dropped the ball. Big Kahuna had the jalapeño's but they were all at one end, not a big deal, ordered two Miss Vicki's Sea Salt chips, got two bags of Miss Vickie's Sea Salt and Vinegar. Then came the brownies, ordered and paid for two, got one. From now on, I am checking the order before I leave, it is a shame this is needed, but apparently no QA art all. read more

This is the best sub shop I have ever been to! I decided that instead of going to my regular stop for subs, subway, I would stop in to Jersey Mike's to see if they were any good. When I got there they were crowded, but the employees on the line were very efficient and welcoming to everybody. As the young man on the slicer took the orders of other customers and sliced their meat and cheese, the blonde girl waiting to sprinkle the subs engaged in conversation with the customers to pass the time. Her customer service talk was down to a point and had customers laughing while she made their sub! I ordered a chipotle cheesesteak with mushrooms, no peppers, and extra chipotle mayo, and by the time I was finished getting my soda, It was already out. The sandwich itself was delicious and well-cooked and had everything I had asked for on it, including the extra mayo! I definitely will be revisiting Jersey Mike's for the great food, aesthetic, and amazing customer service. read more
