Plastic in my flatbread melt, one time I waited an hour for my food. Plenty of instances where my orders have come out wrong. I usually order the same thing every time, 2 chicken flatbread melts and one DLT. Sometimes there's three pieces of chicken, sometimes chicken is falling out but there's no sauce. It all depends on who's working the shift. It's a very 50/50 chance that you'll A) have shitty service or B) Order comes out wrong. I guess now there's a chance of having plastic in your food? You know I'm all about the micro plastics and whatever but this is larger than micro. Half the time they say they don't even have what you're trying to order too. Oh I could go on and on. It's not alll bad tho, some of the employees are chill. This Taco Bell recently hired a new female that works the drive thru window. This female is the most unprofessional, disrespectful and lazy worker I have ever encountered. The first time I had the "pleasure" of dealing with this female is when she gave me the wrong order 3 times and would slam the drive thru window because she didn't like I was checking my order!!!! This is the third and last time going to this Taco Bell in Willis. As soon as we parked, the same obnoxious employee was outside on the phone yelling at the person on the other end and every other word was the "F" word. The last three times we have dined in he has been completely obnoxious. Right after we got our food, he came in and immediately started screaming and yelling in the back with tons of profanity. I don't know if this is his real name, but he kept screaming "I'm mother-effin Robert Daniels!". He is always screaming and yelling in the back. The other workers get a kick out of it and laugh just as loud. There is obviously never a manager on duty and the proprietor doesn't care. He completely ruins the dining experience with his constant yelling and profanity. And this Taco Bell NEVER gives the drink cups when ordering at the kiosk. They call your name and leave the food on the counter and then walk to the back. You then have to yell at someone to come back and they always seem completely confused about the drink cups even though it's always on the order. Literally every person who orders at the kiosk has this same issue. We watched customer after customer have to go back and wait to get their drink cups. We will never come back to this location!!! Not only were all of the employees with the exception of the older man outside smoking when we arrived and as we left. Now for the food we always order tacos supremes and we got them super quick. So I think because everyone was outside smoking they had the tacos premade with the meat. We ate them inhouse and when we opened the paper the bottom of the shell was soaked with grease and completely broken apart. So needless to say we couldn't pick them up and eat at the like a regular taco. These required a fork.
