Really enjoyed my visit to Jason's Deli today! I had the Handcrafted Modern Mediterranean Bowl and my fiancé had the Reuben the Great Sandwich, both were absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, organized, and the staff was warm and attentive. The only minor detraction was one employee who delivered our food and unfortunately had a strong body odor that was hard to ignore. He was very kind and eager to serve, so it's a small thing, but it did affect the dining experience briefly. Not enough to keep me away though, I'll definitely be back! read more

My gosh the service here is the best I've ever received. I received an email from this locations manager for a $10 coupon because I hadn't ordered anything from Jason's deli in a few months. "I used to order a few times a week for meal prep). I gave Jasons deli a chance and craziness happen There was a crazy automation outage with the delivery system software. I waited for 70 -80 minutes and ended up canceling the order not knowing about the super random occurrence. My food had been finished 20 minutes after my order, but door dash had t picked it up ( because of door dashes random software outage.) The staff communicated with me and really fought hard to see what was going on. I just got back from the hospital and my wife was already asleep at 6:30PM because of how stressful and intense the last few days had been from having to take care of me. We barely ate the last 3 days and I had fasted 24 hours because of my medical procedures. I replied to the Manager letting him know I wouldn't be eating there anymore and nicely let him know what happened . Again the staff were very helpful and attentive , it was just a freak incident. This location allowed me to cancel the order for a full refund without any problems. They apologized profusely and were still trying to figure out what happened . The manager explained everything to me! He didn't even have to do this! He then remade my order and had one of HIS own family members delivery it to me free of charge. i had done the drive thru a few times and was very pleased with the sandwiches but last week my friend needed a bowl of soup and Jason's was suggested we were very happy with the ambience of the restaurant when we walked in. the menu was great the prices were good and there was real honest to goodness salad bar. we chose soup and sandwich and it was so good. the muffelata sandwich was just amazing. the next sunday we went back to have the salad bar and it was so good. It's a delicatessen and they serverved me overcooked corned beef and it's happened before. I just can't understand why/how they manage to over cook it. You go to a good/not great barbecue and their brisket is moist! Salad was great and so was the ice cream. read more

Jason's is still good, but I wish that they would bring back their salad bar buffet. It stopped during COVID and I miss it. Their little ginger muffins are the best. I use Jason's Deli all over Houston to cater for my customers. Many times, I will order the hot wrap tray on the catering menu. My customers love it because of two reasons: What it is and what is isn't. It is hot and it is not a sandwich. The hot wrap tray has three different wraps. It has a chicken wrap with pesto, a chicken wrap with jalapeños (fairly spicy), and a turkey wrap with bacon and guacamole. All three of them are really good. At this specific location, I will pick up my orders more often than I have them delivered. The primary reason is because I use this location when I am ordering for Huntsville and they don't deliver that far away. I'm forced to pick it up although I would prefer to have them deliver it. Bottom line: The hot wrap trays are excellent for catering. My customers like them and they aren't the typical sandwich. When I use them for delivery, they are on-time and deliver correctly the vast majority of the time. I can't ask for more than that. read more

Jasons deli is a lot like Chick-fil-A and in and out. You always get great customer service and everything is very consistent and very good. I'm not really big on sandwiches but when I'm craving an amazing sandwich Jason deli is on the top of the list. Why would you go to Subway or any other restaurant to sell sandwiches when you have Jason's deli. The club Royale in the California club or two of the classics that I've been getting for years. The soup is really good as well. I really like the chili. Full of flavor and very tasty. The salad bar is amazing. They have free ice cream too. I have never had a bad experience at Jason's deli. Everyone is usually extremely friendly and the food comes out fast and it's good. It's also quite reasonably price. You can get in and out for under $10. Also this is probably the biggest Jasons deli I ever been to. The inside is huge. It gets really packed but it does not affect the service. They are still really fast. Great job Jason deli read more

I can't mention how many times these guys have come through for me in a pinch in ordering large orders for an office. They are our #1 go to place for ordering catering. The customer service is friendly, not rushed, and pleasant each and every time from ordering the food over the phone, to on time delivery, to the delivery person. The food is always fresh. Just left this place. Very disappointing. Salad bar was very thin. Tables were dirty. Floor was dirty. Ice machine wasn't working. Large tub of ice with a scoop. Very unsanitary! Ate inside the restaurant on Sunday. They of course have tables closed & signs posted on each table their plan to keep the place clean. I was able to see their patio seating very well from my table inside. I saw folks eat & leave....other customers would come & sit at the same table without the table EVER being cleaned by a Jasons deli employee. I actually informed one family their table was not cleaned. Either scratch the part from your sign about how each table is cleaned AFTER every use or make sure it's being done. read more

Big time. BIG TIME. Ordered online. Decided to try the new sandwich: Big E's Deli Burger. Would I like a fresh cracked egg on it? Well, ok, why not? It's cooked medium, they disclose. Well, ok. Except mine was WELL done. And the sandwich was just meh...don't order, unless you are devoid of taste buds. And you like old, wilted lettuce. Also skip the potato salad. Bland. Bland. Bland. My little, loves the Chicken Pot Pie. Ordering online, one would assume the order will be ready 30 minutes later, but alas NO, it's not. And THAT was the hold up. Really? The CPP??? If I order online, and I'M late, that's on me. But when I'm late, and you still don't have my food ready, that's on YOU. I work in customer relations, and also have an interest in a food service business. My high school senior also works fast food. My IL's own a fast food franchise. Very poorly managed store. My take out order was wrong. They also left out my baked potato. Went back after getting home and they gave me the original potato, old and cold. Complained again and all I got was a "sorry, it happens." This is not a Jadon's that is up to par. Follow up: DO NOT go through the drive-thru. They give you the crap meat (tough and grisly), sloppy presentation(my bread was not even on the meat, and they (again) messed up the order and left out our potato salad. read more

You know, Jason's is actually a very good restaurant! I know that's a funny way to say it, but it's appropriate. It's odd because this is a counter-order chain, with a huge menu, no table service, and a pour-your-own drink counter. But that's what this is, and so you get your food in half the time of a sit-down order place, you can whip up an Arnold Palmer just the way you like it - finally - and the prices are great, especially for food this good. Tons of sandwiches, excellent soups, a nice variety of salads, and a good selection of sides. Everything comes out fast, it's always exactly as you ordered it, they bring it to your table - and all that's nice, but what really matters is, it's great! Every sandwich, every soup, all the salads, everything. Super fresh ingredients, a very steady hand in every Jason's kitchen (their training program must be superb) and you can get some of THE BEST sandwiches you've ever had. Like the reuben, or the steak and cheese, or the California Club, or or...all of them. The soups are really good, if not fantastic, but they're super cheap and you get way more than you pay for, even for local faves like tortilla or gumbo. One other thing you need to do: order the fresh fruit as a side, or substitute side, even if it comes with an up-charge. They deliver it with a little cup of white super-delicious sweet (marshmallow?) dip that complements the fruit perfectly and the combo makes for a fantastic and relatively healthy desert. read more

We went to the location in The Woodlands a few weeks ago. It was terrific. Fresh, hot and delicious and nicely prepared. Today we went to location Deli 189 in Conroe. Reuben Sandwich on Gluten free bread. Was not toasted, very sloppy prepared, and the meat was very tough and tasteless. I threw it away. Husband had a Texas style spud, dried and old tasting. We went through drive thru and brought it home. I think we will go to Woodlands location in the future much better. This was so disappointing That too was thrown out. $22.05 was wasted. read more

Showed up today during the lunch rush. I was concerned walking in and waiting in a line to order, but it went smooth and fast. My wife ordered the soup and salad bar. Everything was extremely fresh on the salad bar and a couple workers kept it clean and filled. I had the Beef Eater, which comes with a side of aus ju for dipping. It was good and really filling for lunch. They offer a lighter portion which might be better for lunch though. This is a great spot with tons of options for everyone. This place is not covid cautious friendly. The food was excellent and the service was great however in my two hours while there I saw 5 individuals with no masks walk around order food and brazenly touch man part of the restaurant. I saw about half of the staff have their masks under their noses at all times (masks need to cover the nose to be effective) along with one staff member walk around without a mask for a period of time before putting it on again. I understand this is a stressful time for everyone but basic safety precautions should be there and enforced, by staff especially. read more

The toasted Caraway seed Rye complimented the Corned beef and the Sauerkraut was properly strained. For my money, Jason's Deli has the best selection of soups, sandwiches and I love the always fresh salad bar! My personal sandwich favorites are the Beefeater, the Muffalata, and the chicken salad on croissant. I absolutely love their chili and wish it were always on the menu. They have gluten free bread available, and with the salad bar, you can do your own low caĺ vinegar and oil. I'm on a very restricted diet for health reasons, however, I'm always able to get something delicious here. read more

We just went through the drive through, it was a big order, the chick was nasty, she screwed the salad order up, and they left us sitting in the drive through line for nearly 30 minutes instead of just asking us to pull forward, which caused a huge pile up.
