Love this store and location! Always helps us with events and great customer service and food!

It's very uncomfortable when you walk into any establishment and you get no greeting whatsoever, and the employees make it seem like you're inconveniencing them by making them do a paid job they signed up for. I will never understand this way of being... I walked in and it was empty. The restaurant was clean but as stated above the employees really don't want to be there and it feels like a cloud is hanging over the place. I ordered the Original Italian Mike's Way. Ingredients were fresh and flavor was perfect. It was very filling, I was able to eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Was in line with my son behind an elderly woman and was skipped over. Finally after the young man working there took the order of the 3rd person behind me and I was still standing there, asked me "Did you want a sandwich?". What an odd question. Of course I came there to order a sandwich. The food tasted good, although it was missing some of the toppings I asked for. Otherwise, the young man was polite and cheerful when taking everyone else's order. It seems to have been some kind of misunderstanding that he skipped me- but he never apologized or acknowledged this. read more

I am really disappointed in the order I just sent my mom through Uber Eats. She lives in a Senior community and doesn't have her own transportation so I sent her dinner tonight. The sandwich she ordered is NOT the one she received! We've tried getting a refund from Uber to no avail and tried calling the store with no answer! We ordered a simple turkey w/provolone on wheat, Mike's Way, no tomatoes, add mayo and mustard. Simple, right. Wrong! We got some kind of cheese bread, no mayo, no mustard, heavy tomatoes (which she's allergic to!) and some kind of red/green pepper sauce. Not to mention, the bread was extra soggy. I normally have a pretty good experience whether I go in myself or use a delivery service. This time, I wasn't available so I had it delivered. Honestly leaving a review in defense of the staff at this location that was absolutely berated and torn apart by a deplorable customer. Unfortunately, everybody heard his story about ordering and was having to wait an hour because of an online order running late. this Sunday, every family from Conroe decided to eat at this location, so the kitchen was backed up. Us included. we pay for quality of product, not the freedom to belittle staff for doing their job. I commend and recommend this location specifically. We have never had any issues. Food is always top notch and fresh and workers are friendly and greet everyone with incredible hospitality. read more

The low rating is not due to the food but the customer service. I usually frequent the location in Houston on Louetta near Whole Foods, however, patronized this spot (third time) since I reside in the area.. Note, if I ask the person to change their gloves, it should be done without issue or attitude. Well, that young lady (white gurl) gave attitude (facial expression) when I asked her to change her gloves.. She stated they were just changed but how would I have known that if I just walked in.. If someone ask you to change your gloves as you're about to prepare their food, just do it with opposition! Secondly, since it takes three of them to work on your one single order.. I was asked repeatedly if that'll be all.. The black guy asked I said Yes, that is it.. Then that individual putting the condiments etc. (white guy) on my sandwich also asked..internally I'm like didn't you hear me say that's it to the other guy? I told him too, that is it! Then I say to him, it must be a part of the job that ya'll ask many times if I want anything else because you asked me like 8 times.. Lastly, not sure if he was being funny or wanted a reaction out of me, however, when it came to paying for my order, before even paying he asked " is that it? Chips, drinks? I just looked at howdy doody with an irked face.. I'm from Jersey & my tolerance for goofy is very low.. Never order online they will always wait until you come in to make it and they will always put people in line first and this is not the 1st time gave them plenty of room but they still don't respect you or your order until you come in rush or no rush and yes this is after putting in an order then arriving 15-20 min later read more

So the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I would of given them a 5 star review on our past visits (my husband and I used to go probably once a week), but this last visit (yesterday late afternoon) was so bad I would of given them 0 if I could, so I averaged it out to a 2. First of all when we walked in yesterday the 2 male employees were chatting since there were no customers, I understand, but they kept gossiping as we stood there waiting to order, and the reason I say "gossiping" is because one told the other one don't tell anyone I told you lol. Anyway, they finally took my order and started to give me the wrong bread, I nicely corrected him, then when it came time to hand it off to the next employee who actually makes the sandwich an older women came out from the back room and she started complaining to the other 2 employees about an employee who apparently was placed on the schedule (again, we as customers don't care to hear their complaints). She was very upset and took her frustration out on us!! As she started making my sandwich I asked her if she could add mayonnaise, she stopped and made a noise and said "we place that on the top side" and kept going. My husband and I just looked at each other. Then when she put the mayo on I asked her if she could put a little more, sure grunted yet again. The end product was not get! Then she went on to make my husband's sandwich, and when she tried to lift it to place on the paper it started falling apart, that made her even more frustrated!! His sandwich was a mess. We eat there inside since we usually have other errands to run, so I placed our sandwiches on the table and went back to get napkins, the older women was whispering to one of the employees and called me a "bitch." The other employee looked at me scared like he just got caught. I decided to be the better person and just walk away. As I said we used to go there regularly, and we used to enjoy the service and the food. I don't know if this store just hired new people, or, these were just disgruntled employees that we just had the bad luck of ordering our food from. read more

This Jersey Mike's is fine, no issues. I'm just not a huge fan of. Their selection is limited, Lower calorie options are very limited as well. I just don't get the vibe. I prefer Schlotzky's Or Jimmie John's over Jersey Mike. Both places have a large selection of options. Jersey Mike's is more in line with Firehouse. Another decent place with minimal choices. I haven't even mentioned Which Wich or Potbelly, again , to my mind , both beat Jersey Mike's. My wife loves this place because it reminds her of the old school Deli , so I'm sure I'll be back. read more

The signage is not the best, it's really easy to drive right by without noticing it with the red sign on bricks but don't! The Italian is my all time favorite sub here. The meat is piled high, onions are perfectly thinly cut where they aren't overpowering adding the right amount of crunch, the tomato is thinly sliced to where you're never having to wrestle the tomato in a bite, the shredded lettuce is a bit messy but a must, the bread is the perfect texture and flavor to compliment everything. Having it dressed "Mike's Way" is delicious. If you're looking for a healthier option you can have a "sub in tub" which is their salad and you won't miss the bread one bit. read more

I ordered two giants yesterday, one Italian and one Club. We picked up our order that we were going to enjoy the next day. When we opened the Club sandwich it was incorrectly made. We ordered with no mayo. I called the store and spoke to Colin. He found my order and apologized and offered to make it again and asked when I would like it. I needed it then so he had it made and with in 15 mins the problem was resolved and new sandwich picked up. He even gave me a card for a free sandwich the next time I came in for the trouble. Since I've never been there it was a learning process. I ordered #56 The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak my sandwich was delicious and the bread was definitely better tasting then competing business, but I'm not sure for the value it was worth it. I would order to go though in the future the location only has 4-6 tables inside. read more

Terrible service, requested gluten free bun, was given rosemary parmesan. We call and they said that we had went to another location, then they said it was the right location but that we asked for rosemary parmesan and didn't offer a solution until we requested a remake and they said they could but due to them lying and arguing with us we did a refund instead. Waste of time never going back to this location when there are others nearby that we have never had an issue with. Also continued to argue with my wife upon refunding the order. And they already did before she went back to the store and told her she had to go up there to refund it. Terrible service - never go here. read more

Bad experience. Person behind the counter on the phone while also taking my order. Called it out wrong as this person was not listening. I had to correct this person as I asked for wheat bread. So no surprise that it came out without the relish I asked for. Then when I went to the counter to get the relish and stood there for several minutes till I finally had to speak up to get there attention as they were all phones in hand obvious to customer service. Brand new location off Loop 336***** I came in with a coupon I received from my manager, I didn't realize it was only valid for 4 days as I literally just had gotten it. I walk in, was greeted by a nice blonde girl, I tell her what I want. I then go to the cashier, a male, sounds very unhappy in general, I hand him my coupon that I thought I could use, instead he immediately rips it up into pieces and says "this expired two weeks ago" and I said "Oh okay, I got it from my manager just today" and he says "UHM OK. I am not going to take it" with that response I immediately told the girl no, I do not want it. I could have paid for it yes, but the way that man spoke like he didn't have a single care for what I was explaining is the reason I left. He had no smile, no remorse, customer service or people skills. I love the Dallas locations, but I will not spend other dime within Jersey Mikes again. Had their hot buffalo sandwich and it sounds better than it tastes. Too much sauce making it soggy and the spice tasted tangy and cheap. I'd recommend one of their cold sandwiches instead. And for that price, I'd rather just go to Subway or Jimmy Johns read more

Brandon, Jacob, dani, kaelyn and the newbie jewls were all wonderful! There was a hiccup with my sandwich and Brandon quickly fixed it and gave me wonderful customer service. Was given coupon for free regular size sub, with no expiration. I offered to get giant sub and pay difference, plus $2.00 fee. This was 5 days after grand opening at Montgomery location across from Kroger. I was told no very rudly. So they would not honor what they came and gave to me. They would have made there profit plus for the regular size sub. To be disrespected by a new store that should be trying to build there business. I have been a restaurant General Manager for 20 plus years and I will never visit Jersey Mikes as long as I live. I preach customer service to all my employees. I sent notice home office and no response. I know you are a popular brand. But to disrespect or not care about one customer isn't Wright. I hope this message find the Montgomery community.
