Ordered delivery, my only concern at the time was if they were going to ignore my note on the order asking for a side of ranch. Which they die, whatever. I sat down to eat and noticed something furry looking on a piece and it's literally planting soil/ dirt. The bottom of the pizza was burnt so the flavor was ruined too. I'm a pretty understanding person when it comes to restaurants but this is just dumb. I love this concept. It's my youngest grandson's favorite pizza place so I first learned of it through him. I had been to several since my first visit with him in his hometown, but I went with my son to the Conroe location and convinced him to try the alfredo instead of red sauce and he thought it was great. as a carnivore I was very hesitant to try a cauliflower crust but at had heard good things by friends about their visits to this location (and new chain in our area). I ordered the cauliflower crust, white and pesto sauce base, every meat they had in the parlor and topped it with serrano peppers. I must say that it still was a bit bland and needed some salt (even my eighty-year-old mother agreed and she's not anywhere near as much of a salt to holic as I am!). Overall I'm giving this an A, if they would bring the spice/seasoning a bit higher in their sauces or their toppings I would change it to an A+. read more

We just came in for dinner (we've always done curbside pick up in the past) and wow, what service!!! The first guy on the assembly line asked us how our day was, and seemed to genuinely listen as he started our pizzas, and the second guy on the assembly line saw our baby that my husband was carrying, asked how old he was, and then proceeded to say our pizzas were on the house. The newest location in Conroe is great! There's better seating, especially for larger groups. The food is still the same. Choose from their menu or create your own. At MOD you choose how much of what to put on your pizza, so pile it up! Or don't. Whatever. They've added some nice touches to their ingredients, like serrano peppers. I'd also recommend a little garlic butter to the outer crust. Lots of choices, local craft beer, some wine or other bottled drinks, or fountain drinks, including 2 types of lemonades and teas. Mod was awesome, they started strong. I used to love getting curbside during the COVID mess, once they started offering curbside, much later than others, (argh!). The Mod app was the less talented, less attractive side kick. The first epic fail was the app. They kept updating it and it kept breaking, losing all my order history, my Favorites and my rewards, Frustrating to say the least. One night , after a long, exhausting day at work, I went to the Mod App to procure dinner only to find my entire account was gone. I. T. Trolls struck again! I continued to faithfully patronize Mod for the pizza and salads , create your own , of course. Sadly, and without warning, fewer and fewer ingredients appeared on my pizza and my salads. Instead of a pizza covered with goodies, it looked like a scorched earth pizza. More real estate, fewer and fewer goodies.My salads , once overflowing with Fresh ingredients, now resembles a bowl of lettuce with a few samples thrown in. This wasn't an anomaly, this has become the norm on every visit. Apparently, Mod wasn't Making enough cash to satisfy their bean counters so, greed took over like everywhere else. We see this happen with most chain restaurants and even the local mom and pop places. They open, do really well , and then they either need to make more money or ..,who knows? Sadly, Mod ain't that cheap to begin with, they charge plenty for the stuff. Who knows what happens to places like this. It used to be customer satisfaction was the goal, now it's soak the customer for every nickel you can get and give 'em back as little as possible. That's where we at folks. I just got the most half a**ed pizza ive ever gotten from Mod. I ordered a Caspian Mod and The lady making my pizza grabbed a scrunched up dough, squirted a little barbecue, piled all the cheese in the middle and then a half handful of chicken. This is BY FAR the best MOD in the state. The team is fun and remembers their customers. Every time we come in - which is like 3 times a week, lol they say hey and usually something funny. I fell in love with MOD because I'm on a very restricted diet. I used to go to The other one on the north loop but it was usually real crowded. I find this location much more fun! They are generous with toppings and It's always very clean! I love that the staff knows me by name and always greets me. I saw where someone complained about the size of the pizza. They have the sizes posted. I can eat one 11" gluten free pizza for two sometimes 3 meals. Pizza fresh out of a brick oven made exactly to order and people are always working. They seem happy to be there. I'm not dissing the north loop this one is right by the new shopping center which is closest to my house. I'm a MODster for life! read more

I had to give it a 1 but if it was up to me, it would be a 0. Went there with family 8/9. We went through the line and ordered our pizzas. They "lost" 1 of the pizzas. After "remaking" pizza, they lost it a 2nd time. Brought issue to attention of manager. He personally remade the pizza... lost order on 3rd remake. They bring out an alleged "remake" (4th attemp) of the original pizza and it wasnt even close to being correct. Small, thin, wimpy pizza at a markup. They take a long time, staff wasn't very kind, and I paid a fortune for what felt like a glorified appetizer. I avoid mod pizza. Would rather spend my hard earned money at salata, actually feel full, and interact with a nice waitstaff. read more
