We just finished eating our order from Marco's. We order the same wings and Greek salad each time, pizza is different. Every order has been different with the ingredients. This time the salad had lots of cheese cubes, not sure what kind it was, and not many pepperonis, lots of onions. The garlic parm had the perfect amount of sauce this time, last time it had none, the time before that was great. The buffalo wings this time had a yellowish sauce and I have no idea what it tasted like but it wasn't buffalo and it wasn't spicy. I didn't eat but one. Not happy with the new Buffalo sauce they use now on their wings, taste terrible compared to the old recipe. But that's not my main issue, I received a coupon in the mail recently that they would not accept, it has their address and it doesn't expire until next month yet they wouldn't take it. We recently visited on a Friday night and ordered our pizza and a two liter drink and it wasn't until my husband asked for cups for the drinks that they realized they were out of cups. Do not order anything from this place if you actually want to eat. We stayed on a local hotel last weekend. We got back from an e went late and we're hungry. The hotel told us to call here for delivery. We placed an order and thirty minutes later got a call back that they don't deliver we there! By then it was too late to order from anywhere else. So we arrived with 17 people and asked if they had a special special special song large pizzas so we ordered five large pieces three extra large orders of wings, sodas, etc. after spending over $100 we noticed in the winter is a sign that said free cheesybread with any large pizza order. Interesting that he did not mention this during the time when we asked what the specials were so when I mentioned it the Manager said it was online only. I went online but the coupon and the offer did not exist on the website. I showed the manager the website and said he said it's available only on the website but this is not on your website. This location needs to work on its customer service skills. My brother went in to pick up and politely asked if the order was ready. They told him it would be a few minutes so he waited and after a while he asked once again about the order. Again he was told it'd be a few more minutes. Not a big deal. After a little longer, a different worker asked him if he was waiting on an order, he told her the order name and she rudely said "it's been ready for a while now" and overall had a negative attitude. Over priced sub-par pizza with poor service. Our pizza was supposed to be ready at 5:05, my husband didn't leave with our pizza until 5:25. We recently discovered Marco's pizza. It is now our favorite place when we want a good, hot pizza with quick delivery time. Now we're hooked on the pizza bowls. They are delicious. The steak sandwich is rather bland so we won't be ordering that again. Every delivery person, so far, has been very pleasant.
