Stopped here for lunch 2 square slices (cheese or pepperoni only) and a 20oz bottle of Coke product for $8.11 after taxes. Very reasonable/inexpensive sizable filling lunch Note: there is NO SEATING inside. It's like a Pappa Johns. Strictly takeout. It is in a TERRIBLE location. Along FM1488 enough said as just past Valero Gas station so in between intersections with traffic lights. And thanks to incompetence of TEXAS DOT traffic/civil engineers and the incompetence of Commissioner Charley Riley- there is no "New Jersey" turnarounds/Uturns along roads (yep those supposedly stupid Yankees figured this all out in late 1970s/early 1980s. Texan politicians too arrogant to learn from others). So, even though they heated up my slices to piping hot, by the time I got home to eat them- luke warm. (Guess you could eat them in your truck in very small parking lot? I will agree with whoever said. This pizza tastes EXACTLY like Pizza Hut Deep Dish pizza used to back in 1970s/1980s. Not sure if these slices are what they are calling Detroit" style or not? On full sized pizzas) But if this is what Jets is calling Detroit-style then be prepared to be disappointed as not correct cheese. Nor is cheese browned into and along sides. In any event, if ordered delivery through an App (to avoid FM 1488 hassle) a nice change of pace in pizza style. What a great new pizza place! It's to go only. No dine in. They have such a vast menu. So many different kinds of pizzas. I love their Detroit style. Never had it before until I bought one of their pizzas by the slice. It's so good! After 4p there's no pizza by the slice ready fyi. You'll need to call ahead or wait about 10 minutes. Otherwise, they have pepperoni and cheese available by the slice. And if there's a pizza slice you want to try, call ahead and they will make it for you. How nice is that, right?! They have excellent customer service and their pizzas are delicious. You can order online for pickup or delivery. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

We moved from central Houston a few months ago and the food in Montgomery County isn't good so we do a lot of cooking at home. My SIL told us they ordered it at her hospital occasionally and to try it. So we did with apprehension and it was fantastic. We got the Detroit style and it was delicious. Better than pizzas in Houston and I've them all from Star to Gypsy Poet. The wings were also very good. I liked them more than Wingstop. They are nice and spicy. It's now our go to when we don't feel like making dinner. read more

Why 4 stars? Because it's one of our favorite go-to's for comfort food. --- --- --- When my wife and I lived in Tampa, we had a Jet's Pizza nearby and we probably hit it up 5-6 times a year. It always hit the spot and was definitely a place to go when we wanted to stuff our faces and spend the rest of a lazy Sunday in a food coma. When we moved to Montgomery, the nearest Jet's was about 35-40 minutes away, so we've only been once in the two years that we've lived here. We were pretty stoked to see the Jet's Pizza sign pop up in this new plaza, and probably never drove by it without looking over and trying to guess how far along they were in the process. As soon as we saw that we were open, we planned our visit for a few days later. We love the four corner's pizza, and always order one for each of us. I pile a bunch of stuff on, similar to a supreme or fully loaded: bacon, ham, hamburger, green peppers and onions. It did indeed, his the spot, as usual for me. There was something just a tad off from the Jet's in Tampa -- maybe the new ovens don't have all the grease bit up yet? Either way, a four corners pizza was enough food at lunch for me to pretty much be done eating for the day. Food coma = achieved. We also ordered some cheesy bread and a chocolate brownie, which were both pretty enjoyable. We will definitely be back and are happy Jet's has finally opened! read more

We were trying to think of a quick dinner for our family and it was getting a little late for us. We considered going to the cheapest pizza place around but the quality of their pizza just isn't cravable. So we ordered Jets instead. I do need to say that these are deep dish Detroit style pizza so if you're into Chicago style, this may not be the place for you. We ordered the pizza to go since there is no dine in option but the place is just a little strip mall shop designed for takeout anyway. The employees were nice enough for the very limited interaction we had. We ordered 2 four corner pizzas for our family of 5. My husband and I shared one and my 3 kids shared another. It came to about $20! Way cheaper than the other place and we were all satisfied after. We got the cupped pepperoni and the kids got black olive and pineapple. I was good with one piece since they're pretty big but I wanted to eat more because it's tasty! The number one thing I loved is that the pizza was cooked properly. Usually with the deep dish pizzas, the places undercook them and they get gummy in the middle. No issues here. We will totally be back. read more

We ordered the extra large Detroit style deep dish pepperoni pizza ( which comes with 12 large squares) and was very satisfied! The crust was my favorite part being a deep dish with a perfect crispy crunch on the bottom that was satisfying with every bite ! The sauce and cheese were very good and the pepperoni was great without being over salty. The combination of the whole deep dish pizza was satisfying with every bite. The extra large came with 12 squares for a good value! When I called to place the order, I spoke with an automated system which offered a 15% discount. You can also opt out and speak to a live person but probably will not see that this discount. The ordering process when it's easy to phone in. The automated service was actually competent and able to understand all my commands the first time around. The AI system also sent a confirmation text after the order was placed. Upon arriving at the restaurant, but staff was friendly and courteous and kept the restaurant in a clean and tidy order. I definitely give Jet's Pizza too big thumbs up for making a great Detroit style deep dish pizza! They use quality ingredients and not an excessive amount of salt which is unique for chain style pizza restaurants. Ordered hand tossed crust half pepperoni and sausage but it was totally off balanced as there was so much cheese you could barely taste the sauce and crust....not sure how to have ordered the pizza any differently as we didn't want the deep dish and it's kinda hard to remove melted cheese without taking it all off along with the list sauce. read more

We order the 4 corners pepperoni- the crust is crispy all the way through - no yucky doughy bread - the sauce has amazing flavor - the cheese is fresh mozzarella - and there are two options for pepperoni. Can't say enough about this pizza!! It's out of my way to get but definitely worth the drive!! read more

Unfortunately, I do not have any photos of our food, but we've been eating at Jet's for years and love their pizza. As soon as this location opened up, we were very happy since it's much closer to us. Our favorites are The Jet 10, Eugene Supreme, or Aloha Hawaiian BBQ Chicken. On the ones with pizza sauce, I always get extra sauce cause it's so good! First time ordering, we went to the location just because I knew they'd be busy and may have run out of ingredients. Luckily, they hadn't! Our order took about 20 min, not bad at all, and our food was perfect! We've tried most of the menu and everything is great! You won't be disappointed. read more

Excellent customer service, I'm not sure if it was the manager or owner that I spoke to, but I ordered a delivery and unfortunately due to the construction on 1488 they are not delivering to Woodforest at the moment, however he said because he only had a couple of orders on the line he would deliver to us if I wanted ummm yes please and they did!!!!! For my entire life I was a "thin crust guy". Until a few years ago a friend introduced me to Jet's Detroit Style Deep Dish pizza, and it blew my mind. The crust is thick and fluffy, while still having a nice crisp on the edge, and the sauce and cheese ratio is very well balanced, as to not be too overpowering. I was never a fan of dipping my pizza in ranch dressing. However, after I tried Jet's incredible ranch dressing, it is now a must for every pizza order! (ordered a bottle) I ordered an 8 corner deep dish bold pepperoni well baked. 8 corner is is the way to go, that way 2 sides of every slice has a crispy edge to it. I also get their flavored crust "turbo crust" which is butter, garlic, and Romano cheese, and I asked for extra turbo. For my kid who likes a basic pizza I ordered a small hand tossed round pepperoni also with extra turbo crust which was also pretty good. My wife is more of a salad eater, and their Antipasto salad is her absolute favorite! It was 6 PM on a Friday and they were very busy when I went to pickup. The only thing I noticed about this location from others is that they do not have a couple of seats inside, or a bench to sit on while you wait. No big deal I waited in my car in the AC until my pickup time, and it was ready to go on time. We got a big meal for the entire family for under $50, and had leftovers. One tip if you use their website/app to order you get discounts on certain items like $5 off an 8 corner. This is my go to nearby pizza place, and I am so happy that I no longer have to drive to the Jet's 20 minutes south on Kuykendahl. read more

We used to order jets almost weekly bc it's my son's favorite. In the last several weeks/months the service has drastically declined. Our last 4 orders have all arrived at least 30 minutes later than expected and lukewarm, with one coming almost 90 minutes past the expected time (so that's almost 2.5 hours from the time I ordered it). We live 1.6 miles from the store. That's absolutely ridiculous. Today was our last try. I placed an order at 430 with a requested delivery of 630. I understand there's traffic and construction on 1488. I had hoped that they would work in those factors into when they plan to deliver my order. The order arrived at 715. Lukewarm. Again. And also missing two items. The woman at the store was very nice, had to consult with the owner and ultimately "credited me" for the items I didn't even receive. And this was after more than one back and forth call. Guess what. I received no credit. We've been good customers of this store for quite some time, feeding birthday parties etc but this was the last straw. I'll chock up my lost money on a lesson learned I guess. read more
