The grands love Incredible Pizza! We always have to take a photo with the red car at the entrance. The Polar Express was showing so we chose the theater to sit in. It's dark but light enough to see your food. I always start with a salad. So many choices from broccoli to ham, if you like it on your salad, they offer it. The ranch dressing is always tasty. Moved to pizza and I like the supreme. I did try a baked potato but would have liked it to be warmer. After playing games we get dessert. A pretty cool and fun place! I love how they have the inside. They have plenty of space to eat and even a movie room. They have party room areas. The buffet is pretty standard... nothing amazing about it. The front desk lady was nice and the people helping at games, other than that we didn't really run into anyone to determine service. It was super busy today, which great for them. The go kart rides were about 45 minutes to an hour behind which was annoying. It also seemed like the course would be bigger (to an adult, I'm sure for kids it's great). They have a killer putt putt course, I just wish there were more than 9 holes. Pros: Entertainment: The arcade has recently been upgraded and man they did a great job. There's even a section for virtual reality headsets with some very cool games to play. Their go kart section is always a fun time especially when you get first place and your kids get last . They offer large dining room areas so you don't feel cramped next to other guest. There are several party rooms for birthdays/special events. Price: You can't beat their prices! For two adults $40 will get you unlimited buffet and $10 on a game card. The pizza is pretty dang good and you can even request for a special pizza to be made. Location: located right off loop-336 S and maybe a quarter mile from I-45. It's super convenient for all families in the area. Cons Toddler area: The lack of a true toddler area can be frustrating for parents. I know they recently redid the kids area but my family is not a fan. I'm sure on paper the design seemed great but in reality it's a hazard for kids and parents. I'm 6'1 and almost hit my head twice on the wenches (trust me they're huge). The sign says for children up to 12, but that doesn't make sense. You can't have a 3 years jumping with a 10 year old. Again I appreciate the thought of revamping this area but to me it was an epic fail. I worry that kids will hurt themselves. If you're looking for quality family time together, look no further than incredible pizza. Total scam; will not return at all. You can not get in for the advertised price. Total BS. Have gone twice with my 5 yr old granddaughter. Was told $25 for a 1 hr play card and buffet meal. Was charged $53 to get in. When questioned on the amount, the cashier couldn't explain the math where a $25 advertised price equals $53 they were charging. Then the 1 hr "unlimited" play card only works on 6 games/rides in the entire place - all in the "kiddie area" with cheap rides. All other games we attempted displayed the message that it was "not included". You also get one "attraction" (go karts, bowling, etc), but all those were closed and are limited to only certain time slots of the day. No adjustment for the cost of the play card if you're there when those "attractions" are not available. Total "bait and switch" with an advertised price you can't actually get and a card you can't use in 95% of the play area. read more

If you're coming for an adult experience, know you'll be sharing the games with families & kiddos- & I didn't spy any alcohol for consumption. On a road trip once we stumbled on to the Incredible Pizza company in Memphis, TN and it was amazing. The pizza was a step above other buffets, my wife appreciates the gluten-free crust option, there were plenty of non-pizza options, and the rides were perfect for my daughter. My family lives in Dallas, so I quickly googled where the closest location to us would be and found this one. I don't know why it is not associated with the larger company or listed as a location on their website, but given my sample of two I can say that the pizza is better and this location is overall cleaner. Maybe the owners wanted a higher quality than corporate and split apart? I don't know, but I'm glad this one is closer than Memphis or Oklahoma City. Why 3 stars? Because you could do worse, but you could do better. --- --- --- We're always looking for things to do with our 4-year old son and this was always a place we had on our list. Truthfully, this rating is a little bit biased more toward our son's preferences, but I will try to be as fair as possible. Conroe's Incredible Pizza is more comparable to Main Event, than a Cici's or Mr. Gatti's, for anyone who might also have been similarly unsure. And my son's preferences aside, Main Event is a nicer, newer choice if you're looking for something along those lines. It's probably less chaotic here (based on one visit to each place and double the number of people being at Main Event), but that's probably the only big advantage for CIP. Well, that and the Go-Karts were fun for a younger kid. Probably the biggest disappointment about the experience for me was the food. It was about as bad as one would imagine if you read the other reviews. We went to Chuck E Cheese a few weeks earlier and the pizza was significantly better. Here, it was barely edible. Well, the pizza, at least. The cinnamon sticks and rolls weren't bad. The Go-Karts cost $6 and our two rounds of that were the highlight of the visit. Otherwise, we played several arcade games and mini-bowling. He's a bit too young to be any good at most of them, which means they don't tend to keep his attention, either. I read the reviews on this place. The people leaving snide reviews might need to circle back around and check out this place again. I'm sitting at a table in the "gymnasium" themed dining room right now and its immaculate. Yes it's a weekday lunch but it's still an establishment. Staff is going around cleaning constantly, manicuring the buffet and dining areas. When I first arrived there was a heavy presence of older folks, maybe all meeting for lunch, so some of the pizza on the buffet line had been picked through and been sitting out but when my family and I got settled to our seats and turned back around, there was fresh steaming pizza being laid out. My husband ordered a specialty pizza (shown in pic) and they brought the entire pizza to our table in 5 minutes. From the moment we walked in, the staff is very welcoming and friendly to all patrons and cordial with each other. Team morale goes along way, especially in front of customers. I applaud this incredible pizza. It's not out-dated, there are several themes to this place and it's a great place for friends and family, my children are 4 & 5 years old and they played and rode the cars just fine!! Haven't been here in probably since COVID and have been coming since I was probably 5 (im about to leave high school) but when I was a kid it was my favorite place literally It was great from what I remember. The bdays too a friend of mine had there party here every year and it's one of my best memories and I still remember those bdays party's in clear detail ALMOST 10 YEARS LATER. I was a picky eater and ate literally everything I choose from the buffet. I still remember how good the noodles and chocolate chip cookie cake where since I last had them idk. Todays experience was nothing short of appalling. Several of our recent experiences have been mildly disappointing w/ the lack of fresh food, abundance of burned food, & sheer lack of pizza choices. I continue to bring my family back, hoping that it's just the pandemic or something. Today, we were invited to a birthday party. We arrived about a half hour early & attempted to add money to our family play card to play until time for the party. We were swiftly & sternly told that if we wanted to go to the game room, we would have to pay for 3 buffets. I demanded a mgr who told us that we could play in the game room for the now 15 minutes until the party, as long as we didn't get any food or beverages. Seriously?! Once the party started, our host was lackluster at best, choosing to chat w/ a friend who was a party guest, rather than actually host anything. Also, the two employees who were tasked w/ singing happy birthday couldn't have been less enthusiastic. (Thankfully, all 4 parties that my family has has there were almost perfect. But, that's been a few years ago, now.) Several guests conversed about the lacking buffet, how short some employees had been w/ them, & how many games were not working. For some it was their first & likely only experience they will ever have. Someone needs to take responsibility for the buffet, keep it clean, & replace dry, burned, or empty food containers. The food was simply subpar to what I used to expect here. I even asked an employee why the baked potatoes weren't cut & how we were supposed to dress them w/o using our hands. the food was fresh and hot. staff was very friendly and polite. however the guest in the building were exremely rude! there was an white elderly couple who thought it would be okay to block off the toddler 48" and under area and just have their Granddaughter on the equipment. super rude and unnecessar. I love that it is still a buffet and due to covid they have them behind glass and have the employees with clean gloves giving out the portions with new plates and new trays every time. They have the spoons covered in napkins when they pass them out. They have hand sanitizer by the napkins. They keep up with the cleaning of the tables, floor and the beverage area pretty good. The only thing I did not like is that the restrooms were not kept us appropriately. There was paper on the floor every time we went and some toilets not clean and even some with throw up on the seat. This place has gone downhill FAST!! Where do I begin? We were there for a birthday party in April 2022. Now, I have taken my family here before in the past (pre-COVID) and it was a bit better than this experience. But after this time I would NOT feel safe taking my kids there again. First of all, there was absolutely NO HELP with the birthday party. The parents had to do ALL of the work going back and forth getting food and drinks for the party. I would say the food is just OK, too, but this has not really changed. You do have a variety of food compared to other arcade/gaming places. The arcade itself has REALLY gone to crap. Nearly half the games are either completely broken or only 1 out of 2 players is working. And if you are there with a party it means half of THOSE games are even available to you because they lock you out of all the better games. What a bunch of cheap skates!! They're just video games!! Not to mention, there were at least three times that I caught solo GROWN MEN standing there just staring at the kids in our party in a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE way. Now I've been to Main Event and Dave and Busters a number of times with my kids and I've never felt like this before. I was actually really nervous about letting my eyes off my kids. The element in this store is just NOT one that I would feel comfortable allowing my kids to experience again. The staff there (as I alluded to before) might as well be non-existent. I doubt that any of them (even the manager) are even in their 20's. We had about twelve 7 year olds wanting to play laser tag, so our host paid for a reservation at 7pm. After waiting until 7:30 because someone threw up in the arena, there were a number of adult players who wanted to go in and didn't want to wait to let the kids go first. This is what tore it with me. The staff refused to honor the reservation to allow the kids to play on their own, so they expected to let a bunch of 55 year old dudes in there to play with our small army of 7 year olds. If I had actually paid for this party I would have been even more furious than I was. Please DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!! And if you decide to go there on your own, make sure you go armed, because it's not the safest place in the world. read more

Came here on a Wednesday last week and the kids had fun with the games and goKarts. We ate some of the pizza which is incredible.... It's incredibly nasty. One worker came in with a push cart and left it in the room, so we could scrape our plates off and leave them in the cart to be taken away. The lettuce station was wilted and not fresh, the toppings were slimy and looked to have a film on them. I was completely disgusted by the pasta toppers for the salad which looked like they were struggling to survive from the weekend. I took my plate that I had started to fill up and went into the first seating room. Just as I was explaining the nasty salad bar and telling my friend that I had no intention of eating it.... A mouse scurries from our table to behind the wall booths! I was like "I'm out!" And we got up to leave. As I left, I told this girl at the counter, that there's a mouse... and she smiled slowly and said "I will let a manager know". I'm sure she has heard this a million times... and as I left she was telling someone with her hand covering her mouth and she was laughing. So gross. I worked in the kitchen area for a couple of months (salad bar). The entire time I was there I saw more than a few roaches where they keep the food. The owner, Mario Valadez was there 80% of the time. He is well aware of the roach infestation and chooses to do nothing about it. Since working there I noticed my health was declining. Obviously I had been eating the food from the buffet on my breaks. I quit shortly thereafter because of unprofessionalism and lack of communication with management. Even though I had quit I was still experiencing strange symptoms...I discovered I had a tapeworm, I have never ever had to deal with this. Up until I starting working at incredible pizza I had no health issues. I had to go to the doctor and get proper treatment. Since then my health has gone back to normal.
