I've been here several times to bowl. The food is decent, the staff are friendly, and there's lots to do, between the bowling alley, the pool tables, the arcade games, and outside, they have an axe-throwing range. Last I heard, they also have mini-golf, go-carts, and a pickleball court, but I haven't actually seen those yet--maybe next time, if they still have it. As an aspiring Texas lawman who also happens to enjoy bowling on my spare time, I anticipate starting a law enforcement/correctional officers' bowling league (LECObowl) as a way to foster team bonding in a laidback environment outside of work. Came in, spent 50$ on a card to play arcade. 75% or more of the games were broken or disabled. Played one game of pack-man air hockey. The lady said all they can do is refund the card for the game that I played and inform the mechanic to fix the arcade games. They would not issue me a refund to my debit card or cash refund. Fastest way to lose $50 ever. But at least I have $55 dollars on a game card that I cannot use at a business I will not return to. read more

Half the lanes are empty, but they make you get on a wait list for a lane. Bowlers leave yet they don't fill the lanes with families on the wait list. No communication on wait. Watched 3 groups walk in and be given a lane despite existing waitlist groups that had been waiting in the arcade around us. Then when our group and the others waiting were given lanes after waiting and hour and a half it was lanes that had been open the ENTIRE time and only after we all went to the counter and complained. read more

We try to go at least once every other month for Homeschool day. It's a great deal. We can bowl for 2 hours for only $8. They have kid's meals for $5, and they allow me to get a kid's meal also :) It's clean and always has a ton of lanes available. The food is pretty good as well. Service is quite slow despite very low crowds. Every time we go the manager always implies I'm lying about my son being homeschooled by asking me a ton of questions. I think it's pretty obvious if I have a school aged kid with me on a regular school day, you can assume he's homeschooled. They also don't allow bumpers unless you're a tot, which means my kiddo and I almost exclusively bowl back to back gutters lol. read more

All the staff we have met here are great, from the bar to the servers, to the guys in the pro shop. They have several bowling and food specials. The pizza we had was a good one. It is expensive here to bowl, $27 an hour. If you have a few people, it is better. After 5 the price goes up to a whopping $40 an hour. Too much! On weekends be prepared for long lines. read more

The bartender was the best thing about this place! Came to bowl and play arcade. Bowling lane #11 is what we were given and it kept messing up the entire time. Tried using the button to call for help and nobody ever came. Nobody at the front desk so I asked one of the young kitchen staff with a backwards cap and curly mullet if the arcade takes a game card? The card readers in the arcade just have a set money amount so I thought maybe it just took a credit card but that didn't work. Anyhow, mullet kitchen guy said "I don't know, this is the kitchen, you should ask the front desk." And I said I know this is the kitchen and nobody is at the front desk. He said "There is now". Pretty darn rude and in no way trying to help. Someone finally came to the front desk but there was a family in line already. By the time I got to the front I asked for game cards and was told they just sold the last game cards, there are no more. This is a Saturday at 5 pm! Talked to the bartender and she got us squared away. Returned to our bowling game and still messing up and wasting our time. Husband went to find a manager and zero manager. One guy in a purple shirt tells us the manager is not here. It seems as if this place is understaffed but I've seen plenty of staff. What I've noticed is the younger staff does not care. Zero cares. They're either hiding in the back or moving like a sloth. Like I said, the best staff here are the slightly older bartenders - they're working their butts off - not only handling the bar area. Kids go to exchange their arcade winnings for prizes and lo and behold, nobody around. Line backing up at the front too. Needs a major overhaul of staff training for sure. If a manager or owner would like to comment or reach out that would be great. Not sure the owners even care because who would leave their business like this on a Saturday of all days. We spent a lot of money and drove all the way from the woodlands, and WOULD continue to do so for "Montgomery's leading entertainment" as they claim the business is..... but it is not leading in anything but driving away business. read more

I have went there several times, this place rules for families, bowling leagues (like the ones from my old job) and just to wind down and have fun. Good food, there is a bar for those who imbibe and in an out of the way place (except 105E is tore up right now, my respects to you to navigate it right now). They advertise axe-throwing now, so if you have any pent-up anger, that may be a way to get it out. Great staff!! read more

The management and waitstaff are the most rude and unprofessional people you will ever encounter. After a misunderstanding with waitstaff we were called a liar, cursed at and refused service . They would not serve league bowlers food or beverage. Don't waste your time and money here . Go someplace that has customer service and might actually smile at you. I love this local place! It's very clean, staff friendly and they do so much for our community. They are strong supporters of the special needs students in our area and the senior citizen. Well, you get what you pay for & cheaper isn't always better. Customer service is lacking. We took our kids bowling for their first time. We had an ok time. The bumpers on our lane were broken.When we notified them the employees answer was "Yeah, I guess the bumpers are broken on lane 12. There's nothing we can really do". Sure there is! How about moving us to another lane if there was one available? Or, how about a complimentary game? A voucher for next visit? We would have gladly stayed longer (spent more money) if it would have been worth it. The concept of this place is great, but customer service needs some help. Nice place! Games are expensive tho.... We had a good time and I liked the atmosphere. Not sure why they have a smoking area that's right next to the door. Tacky. Also I called way earlier in the day to check the amount of available lanes for the night. I was told 18 available and there shouldn't be an issues (first come first serve style) I had a party of 10. We came in and they had a 30-45 min wait time. I let them know what I was told on the phone because looking at the lanes they had open spots. The girl just gave a blank stare and I was fine with waiting so we walked away.. I turned back to let her know we needed 2 lanes and when I came back she was talking crap about me and my sister who I was with. Basically calling us liers... So my little sis talked to a manger about the unprofessional behavior. Eden was the girl. As an overall we enjoy the bowling, management is great , owner very personalised. The only one complaint I have & hear remarks from others is their floor service. Over the past year they only have one exceptional server , her name is Lahoma. I have seen some come & go . I know help is hard to find , but a young lady name Angle is about the worst waitress I have experienced. She never serves you what you order. My experience is, I order a Diet Coke, I get a Dr. Pepper, I ask with ice , I get NO ice , not once but twice. Others at my table said I heard you ask her twice for ice in your drink, my food order is never right, I asked for a beer in a bottle, I got a draft. That lady NEVER listens, you have to chase her down when hardly anyone one is in there on slow time. OMG, when it's busy forget getting waited on, best to go get your own. I am very sorry but this lady has no business as a server. She acts as if she owns the place ,such an airhead . sorry , but as a business owner I would want to hear exactly what is going on if one of my employees were this bad. I have over looked her at the beginning, but last Wednesday she really pissed me off. Last weekend, my oldest daughter wanted to go bowling with a friend for her birthday. This was not a formal party, just a little get together for my oldest and her friend. We did bring a small cake for us to have. First of all, the alley was very accommodating. We arrived and were assigned a lane right away. They called Peggy over to assist us with the lanes and literally everything. She stored the cake for us until we were done bowling and using the go karts. Peggy was the nicest, sweetest person, she was very accommodating and attentive while we were on the lanes or the go karts. The menu options were all pretty tasty, and again, I cannot say enough about Peggy, she was great! The entire Sunday afternoon was very affordable overall for the bowling, karts, and food. It was a day well spent on family fun activities at a great price. I would recommend it in a heart beat. Did I say Peggy was great? Generally, I use Yelp for food. I love food. Cooking keeps me entertained and brings me new inspiration to use at home. Today though, we used it to find something fun to do with a group of friends, and we saw "Time to Spare Entertainment." For $12.50 a person we were able to play mini-golf, race go-karts, and shoot some pool. I honestly do not think you can beat that price. There is more to this place then just value though. It's clean, friendly, open, and has blowing and an arcade as well. We used to go to Main Event for nights light this, but I think in the future we'll head up here. Maybe you should too. read more

Went in here for bowling. The special on Mondays is from 8-10pm there is $8 unlimited bowling per person with $2 shoe rentals per person. The service is friendly but really, really slow. We asked if we had to order up front or if they were going to come to our lane. They said they'd come to us; so we waited. It was 30 minutes and no one still came. We asked again and they said they were going to come. About an hour in, no one still came over so we went to the food booth instead - really annoying because I'd rather just order there instead of being told they would come and have us wait an hour for food. We ordered the pizza, plain wings and fries. The pizza and fries were alright - they didn't spread out the meat and placed it on the inside of the pizza, leaving only cheese by the crust. The fries were unsalted and average. The wings are surprisingly pretty good! I wouldn't expect much from a bowling alley for good food but just save your money and eat beforehand. When our balls got stuck in the alley, we called them through the speaker and we also had to ask them a few times before they came over since our ball was stuck. Overall, the establishment is clean and friendly. It's just the service that was slow. read more

This place has potential with lots of activities to offer, but we went through our entire hour long bowling game and never received our drinks. We then proceeded to ask for refunds and were informed that we had to talk to the manager to cancel an order of beers. The manager then informs us that our beer order was never put in while our waitress still has the receipts so who knows ‍.
