After being seated, it seemed the waitstaff forgot about us. We went to the bar and politely brought it to their attention. What impressed me most was how the situation was handled. The staff took full accountability, apologized, and even brought us complimentary garlic knots. That's how you run a business. Since it was our first visit, our waiter took the time to recommend some of the restaurant's favorites. The manager also stopped by our table to check on our experience. When we told her how kind and attentive our waiter had been, she surprised us with a complimentary Parry's beer cup and bottle opener. The food was fresh, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. The garlic knots were incredibly soft, buttery, and packed with garlic flavor. I was really impressed with the manager -- very helpful, attentive, and on top of everything. A great example of true leadership, not just being a boss.
