Nice spot with large TVs, indoor entertainment, and a patio area. Excellent for watching football. The fried pickles are great, the siracha ranch has a nice kick to it. The wings are large, and the buffalo mac is tasty. Large beer selection as well

From the cheeky puns, to the luscious lounge, expansive bar, games, and decor, this restaurant is surely a Woodlands standout. Apart from the that above, the weekly specials and happy hour seem worthy of the drive alone. Unfortunately, my excitement dwindled with the service and food. -We had to flag our waitress down numerous times -we were not given the option to try any beer before making a selection -the queso had an odd flavor and texture -the tacos were a Texas miss -the burgers/sliders-very good! -given the experience I skipped dessert (a rare sentence from this sweet tooth) All of that being said, maybe we experienced a one off. Either way, I wish them the best! I'll likely drop in again when I'm in the mood for a good slider!

Ambiance: Aesthetic bar & restaurant with a large center bar and a number of high top and regular seating options. Ale & Ivy offers arcade games, a large patio with ample seating, a lounge area, and themed events like weekly live music. Their food and drink options are great! The cocktails are always unique - although a bit pricey. I highly recommend their Thursday "Girl Dinner" which serves salad & French fries in a giant martini glass. The space does get crowded so I recommend planning ahead for large groups. Parking onsite. Friendly service and clean bathrooms. A great spot for socializing and hanging out!

Currently here for St Patrick's day and the hosts at the front were so unwelcoming and completely unhelpful. Sat multiple people who weren't on the waitlist not sure if they were their friends or they paid them money to get sat but extremely disappointed that this is my first time here and this is my first impression when I walked in the door. Green beer is always good tho ! Prob never coming back tho.

Ivy and Ale is such a vibe! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and fun. The music was on point--great variety that added to the overall energy without being too loud. One of the things I really appreciated was the diverse crowd--young, older, in-between--it felt comfortable and welcoming for everyone. The space itself is super cute and thoughtfully designed. There's an open bar, TVs everywhere for the sports fans, cozy couches, and even an outdoor area if you want to hang outside. They also had basketball games going on, so there's a little something for everyone. We ordered a few things to share, and the food didn't disappoint. The smash burger? Absolutely amazing. The pizza? Off the chain. We also got the crawfish--price was very reasonable and the portion was great. The seasoning was a bit different than I'm used to--maybe turmeric?--so it wasn't my absolute favorite, but still solid (7/10 flavor-wise). Our waitress did forget our waters, but honestly, everything else was smooth, so it didn't throw the night off. Drinks were simple but good--I had a seltzer and my husband had a blackberry Sprite. The bar options are wide open, though, so next time we'll explore a bit more. All in all, Ivy and Ale is a strong 9/10 for me. Great food, fun energy, lots to do, and a perfect spot to unwind. Definitely planning to come back for brunch sometime soon!

I had a good experience at ale & ivy. The vibe was really nice, but the food was just ok. Service was good as well. I stopped into ale & ivy on a Thursday night. It was moderately busy, but there are a lot of tables (so don't worry about making a reservation). The ambiance was really nice. It was a large interior space with tables & lots of TVs. They had a lot of games (pool, karaoke room, corn hole, arcade games). The music was pretty good and a bit loud. A nice bar space :) I got the backyard sliders. They were ok. Nothing blew me away but it was pretty good. We also got the street corn dip & chips. It was a bit of an interesting presentation but tasted decent. Drinks were very good. I'd try something else if I came back here. But the ambiance was so great, I'll probably come back for happy hour with my coworkers.

We came here after a work team building event. The food here was surprisingly good given that I usually have low expectations of bar food. The chicken wings were my favorite as they were very generous in size and the ranch was extra delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. There's plenty of free parking. My coworkers have been here many times for the karaoke and I've heard that it's a blast. I'll have to come back for that next time.

I've been going to Ale & Ivy since they opened. I go there for three reasons: great food (they are always improving their menu), great drinks (I've been all over the world and I've never had a better smoked old-fashioned - get the Mesquite smoked with an orange twist!), and one of their most experienced servers who has also been there since they opened: Karter. Karter makes you feel welcomed, she has great recommendations and friendly service. Whenever I come in, I ask to sit in her section. I brought a group of friends in to eat and all six of them commented on her professionalism and great energy. Ask for her!

Great place! I love their wings and their Caesar salad. All of their food is absolutely delicious, it's the perfect kind of food you need for a late night! Service is usually good, If you're sitting at the bar either way, it may be my new favorite spot

Fun place for a big gathering! Food is good, brunch is a must try. Drinks are not skimpy or weak.

They serve everything from apps, to soups (5 different kinds), salads, sandwiches, burgers and even larger entrees. If you want to splurge, they have 2 steaks that are around $28-30. They even make their own homemade potato chips. Some interesting dishes which you don't usually see at sports bars include: shrimp & crab fondue, jaegerschnitzle/spaetzle, and red fish fritters I originally came in for the burger, which is make your own, but after seeing they have a wing special on Mondays, I picked the wings. They're 10 bone in (or boneless) for only $10 and choose 2 sauces. I picked lemon pepper and mango habanero from among their 9 different sauces. I also added a beer on tap. They have 20 on tap currently. Wings - these were really good and meaty. You can tell they are fresh and likely even cut up back in the kitchen as they were various sizes and some were not cut quite properly. My fav was probably the mango habanero. It wasn't nearly as spicy as Wingstop, but nearly similar flavor. The lemon pepper are pretty good, just not quite as great. Service was pretty good as I was checked on several times by the bartender. Overall, this is a pretty good place to grab a casual meal, or watch some sports with your buddies.

I ordered the smaller portion of the BBQ chicken salad and I still felt like it was huge. I had to have my husband help finish it! The spinach dip is some of the best we've tried and that's saying a lot as this is usually our go to appetizer for most places. I'm not a tuna fan, so I didn't try my husband's meal, but he was happy with it. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area to just come and chill at the bar. It's very spacious and the restaurant has such a cool vibe. I've never had anything to eat here that I didn't like. Their drink selection is vast, especially if you're into beer. They have Angry Orchard on draft (my favorite) and that's hard to find in a restaurant. This is a great place to grab a drink before going out for the night, but it's also a great place to be your sole destination!

It's so nice to see a place like this really bring people together in an age where everyone gets absorbed in their work and phones. This seems like a great venue for a birthday party! My husband and I attended the Josh Abbott Band concert in November and LOVED it!! They did such a great job as a concert venue! It's easily our favorite place to see a show. They had conveniently located pop up bars, good food trucks, and plenty of bathrooms. The area is spacious enough to spread out on the lawn, but it was also easy to be up close to the stage. The owners even hosted a concert after party inside with music and dancing. We had such a good time and can't wait for the next one!

It's also conveniently close to home, so it seemed like a win. We went for happy hour on a Friday around 5:45 PM. It's seat-yourself, so we chose a table near the bar. Our waitress (whose name we later learned was Marissa) approached us and immediately asked, "Do y'all know what you want to drink?"--no greeting, no menu, no mention of specials, and no acknowledgment that it might be our first time there. The issue was... we didn't even have menus yet. We told her we weren't ready, and she walked off. After a few minutes of finally getting a look at the menu, we still hadn't been told anything about happy hour. My fiancé ended up going to the bar just to take photos of the beer options. When Marissa returned and asked again about drinks, I explained we had to go to the bar and try to figure out the specials. She simply said "okay" and walked away again. To be honest, the service from her felt rude and uninterested. She seemed rushed and even tapped her fingers on the table at one point while taking our order. Despite us mentioning it was our first time, there was no effort to walk us through the menu or highlight anything. What made it more confusing was that she appeared friendly and engaged with other tables--so I'm not sure what the disconnect was with us. We're always kind and respectful to wait staff, but the lack of basic hospitality made it hard to enjoy the experience. As for the food--unfortunately, it didn't make up for it. The crawfish were bland, and the "dipping sauce" tasted like straight hot sauce. The extras (corn, potatoes, sausage) were minimal--basically one of each, cut in half. The Parmesan wings were also underwhelming, tasting like bland Alfredo sauce with Parmesan on top, though they were at least fried well. There was a shift change, and the other waitresses we interacted with were fine--that's actually how we found out our original server's name. Overall, this was a disappointing first experience. Between the service and the food, it just wasn't worth the time or money. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, I wouldn't return.
