I never forgot how this place treated me when I was trying to get a job here around 2013. Hiring manager asked me to do the robot dance & me being desperate to finally land a job so I don't starve, I did it. Very unprofessional & degrading. They acted like I was hired after all that but I kept checking up with them & they gave me the runaround. They ended up hiring some high school girl. Seems to be the main demographic they aim for in hostesses & servers which is kinda sus. Food is nothing impressive but is edible. Atmosphere is subpar & service is incredibly slow. They pretty much ignore you when you walk in & I've been a few times. I've never been impressed with how they treated me, as a customer or potential hire. I would never make a customer wait as long to be seated & served as this place has. Three B's is cemented in my memory as my most degrading interview & I've had dozens of them. Here I am 13 years later still upset when I remember this place. Absolutely horrible, unethical business. Not sure if it's run by the same management but if it's still the chubby bald man with the facial hair running it, shame on you. You're awful. I get Kingwood doesn't have many bar & grill sort of places around but Skeeter's seems to be a better option than here. I would avoid giving this place my business at all costs & advise you to do the same! read more

After passing by so many times, we finally decided to give Three B's a try and I'm glad we did. Riley, our server, was fantastic. Since it was our first visit, she really took the time to walk us through the menu, helping us choose both drinks and food. She knew everything inside and out, which made the experience even better. The burger and Reuben were decent nothing over-the-top, but satisfying. The place does get pretty busy and a bit cramped, but it has a great atmosphere for watching sports and enjoying a casual meal. It was late and the last thing I wanted to do when we got home was to figure out what to eat for dinner. So I suggested to my wife we just stop here for dinner. I have been a few times for lunch and always found that the food was good and the staff friendly. It wasn't too busy, a rather rainy Monday night and most of the patrons as we entered were seated at the bar area where you can order food or just have a drink. It's sort of a sports bar but not loud like so many others. Yes, they have a ton of TVs encircling the dining room and bar but the sound was down so my wife and I could actually have a conversation. She ordered the salmon wrap and sweet potato fries and she said it was a perfect mix of ingredients. I had the grilled salmon with 3 sides (you get 2 of our choice and I ordered an extra one). Anyway, the salmon was grilled perfectly, a nice healthy portion. I had the Brussels sprouts from the Appetizer menu as a side as well as roasted potato wedges and sauteed spinach and all of it was great. They have a pretty extensive beer menu and their wine list is not bad either and won't break the bank. The mood is a bit dark with stained wood, brick and dark tables but the TVs give an interesting amount of light. read more

Visited here with a buddy that stressed how amazing their burgers are. I was not disappointed, the burger was exceptional, flavors balanced and worked well together, thought went into the dish and not to mention the fluffiness of the brioche with an enticing amber tone, wateringly inviting. Our server Madie was cheerful, attentive, and knows important info about the company. I will return to Rey their wings, hopefully sooner than later, because I couldn't shut up all evening about the satisfaction I experienced from the burger and their fries are tid bit crispy and the seasoning they have is yum yum great! Been here on two occasions and each one has been a disappointment. I guess the three B's are for: Bad drinks, Bad food and Bad service. On each visit I was basically forgotten about by my server, I was literally forced to get up and go their attention on my first trip. The food is local, low quality townie fare, talking about iceberg lettuce with your salads accompanied by a big helping of ranch dressing. To be more exact, its larger portions of the ala cart line at your middle school. Cocktails are horrid, no balance at all, its like the bartenders think that if you make a drink strong its all good. The place is cramped, tables are all on top of each other, its really a fire hazard. The proximity of tables makes it hard to have a conversation to people sitting 36 inches away from you. I ordered a steak sandwich which was to have arugula and balsamic glazed onions , I requested cheese and mushroom to add. Instead I received a bone dry steak sandwich. We haven't gone there for a few years. We saw that they still make there potato skins and are hard to find elsewhere. We also like their salads. We sat at the bar and ordered the potato skins. The food arrived and the bartender didn't bring plates. We waited and finally asked for 2 plates. He continued make drinks and I asked a second time and said we need plates for our food. He seemed annoyed by our request and finally brought them. At this point we decided to go elsewhere for other food. As a side note the potato skins had zero flavor and were nothing like what we were accustomed to. The cheese was almost liquid and there was a hard dry piece of meat in one and couldn't find any bacon. Kingwood has been adding lots of new choices and this was an opportunity for us to return after a very long time. There was also a waitress standing by the food pickup area that was on her cell phone for much too long. Why allow cellphones while being a server. The bartender is also in the wrong job. Never greeted us and never thanked us. I've been a manager and hopefully this will be helpful. read more

My husband and I have been here a few times, and it gets better and better each time. A neighbor is one of the owners, and I explained to her I can't have gluten. She assured me there were several GF options (besides salad), and she was right. My husband has had the burger and the French dip. I always get the grilled shrimp (I'm from the NOLA area, so that says something about the shrimp since I usually don't eat it in Texas). We recently had the queso, and it was wonderful. The service is always excellent, and I've never been here when it isn't busy. To avoid weekend crowds, dine early (before 5:30). We tried coming in at 5 on a Friday night, and the wait time exceeded an hour. For additional seating. The outdoor patio area is quite nice. I always find the drinks to be good, the atmosphere to be lively, and the food to taste fresh. I've never had anything arrive room temperature or cold. read more

Really really great place to have a meal. I was craving a turkey burger and I came upon Three B's Grill's menu on my cell phone and sure enough there it was saying yes sir we have your turkey burger come n' get it. I paired it with not french fries not tater tot's but with mashed potatoes so verylicious. Service was outstanding I was greeted by the actual owner of the establishment very super cool guy. The waitress was very professional and nice got me my drink and took my order. The ambiance was awesome surrounded with tv screens and LED lights all around the place including the bar. Yes they have a bar for those who are in the mood for drinks. Definitely a great experience and place to eat with family and friends. Will be coming back to try other food items on their menu. I have been able to revisit this local establishment and I feel it is still a bit expensive - but the food has greatly improved and the service is outstanding. The people are very pleasant, attentive and professional. It is because of the quickness and quality - I have changed my ranking from 3 to 5 starts. A little disappointed from our visit. I ordered a kids plate for my daughter and it comes with a drink. Our waiter didn't ask what drink we wanted. Was about to skip to the next order before I said, wait. Doesn't her meal come with a drink? After taking our orders, food took a little while to come out. That's fine. I don't mind waiting for fresh food. Everything came out looking great. My husband had asked for extra sauce. Our waiter said okay and forgot about us and went on to other tables. She passed by and we had to remind her. Towards the end, again it seemed like she forgot about us so we asked for the check and boxes. We gave her our card, AGAIN she walks away for minutes on end and starts doing other things....leaving us waiting when we clearly were packed up and ready to go. Service wasn't as friendly as I expected it to be and the portions weren't equal either. My son and I ordered the same meal and it was obvious his plate had more food. First tried the food through DoorDash and it was amazing, a large portion and extremely friendly (the server wrote a personal note on the food container) very impressed. Upon my visit to the restaurant we were not welcomed, almost as if we were annoying the hostess by wanting to eat there. We were told to wait in our car when there was plenty of room to wait inside. The only positive thing about the visit was the young man you took us to our table and if I knew the whole experience would be bad I would have gotten his name and bragged about him.
