Good option for bowling in the Woodlands. The facility is clean, modern with plenty of bowling lanes and an arcade. There are deals for all day bowling or arcade for cheap on particular days. The workers were nice and checked on us regularly ensuring we got our food, water and drinks taken care of. We ordered a huge fishbowl for our drink and heads up: it's not strong at all, so we also ordered extra shots on the side to add. Keep in mind that the fish bowl is fairly large - there were 5 of us working on it and it lasted. Food is also availble: your typical wings, fries, nachos, burgers, pizza, etc. The Sampler was good for out party to snack on as we bowled. It came with wings, tenders, soft pretzels, fries, and mozerella sticks. I enjoyed the platter except for the fact that I dipped a huge piece of pretzel into what I thought was cheese sauce, only for it to be honey mustard. I guffawed incredulously as this took me by surpise. This was 100% user errror; just thought it was funny and that it'd be good to share for educational purposes. (Don't be like me lol.) We had no issues with the bowling lane. Every lane already came stocked with a variety of bowling balls of different sizes and weights. The system worked seamlessly. No glitches, it worked relatively fast, none of our balls got stuck, etc. One thing to note is that the bowling balls seem well-used. My granddaughter wanted to go to the Woodlands to Bowlero to celebrate her birthday. Sounded good to me. We drove down there with our group and checked in. Bowlero was a nice bowling ally and we were treated well although they really seemed to be pricey in terms of cost of bowling for two hours. We had a waiter/waitress that was supposed to always be nearby in case we needed anything but always seemed to disappear when we wanted a drink or any assistance. Both of the lanes we rented had many mechanical issue and one of the lanes was even relocated as they could not fix the issue after over 20 minutes. Wow I haven't been bowling in a long time, but decided to come with my parents for my birthday. The prices are INSANE! It was $97 for 3 people for 2 games that took just about an hour. $11.99 per game per person, $5.99 for shoe rental plus tax is just crazy to me. We had a waiter come by and we ordered 3 waters at the beginning of our first game and it took the entire game (~30 minutes) for him to bring it out, which is ridiculous. Prizes are crazy for basic bowling lanes. $77.88 for two people/3 games. Ordered a pitcher of beer and our waitress said the "special" was only $2 more for a whole pizza if we ordered a pitcher. Ofcourse we couldn't say no. It ended up actually being $14 extra for the pizza on top of the over priced pitcher. Grand total of $37 for both pizza/beer and an additional .75cents for one ranch. I would have never ordered it if they didn't mislead you. Pizza was terrible. They allowed a baby stroller on the wood part of the lane next to us (they were taking up 2 lanes but only bowling on one.) Balls are all generic holes and weights. So if you have little fingers you're stuck with a childs weighted ball. They also look as though they have been drug under a semi truck. Music was ok (good mix of 80s-90s). Very mediocre lanes and experience for luxury bowl prices. And you wonder why they charge you at the end...hmmmm makes more sense now read more

The price we paid on a Sunday for the amount of bowling was amazing 6:30-11pm $23.00, but they over charge you and the manager doesn't care. Last night we went bowling and as soon as we got our lane we ordered drinks. I looked at menu and no prices were on it. Of course that's to be expected. I love watermelon and the only drink they had with watermelon served 4 people and you had to have a minimum of 4 people. so we made that happen because we were a party of 12. I didn't want to really share my drink so I asked how much is was. and she said it's $32. in my head I was like ok that's a deal 4 people drink for $32. Fine I'll just have to be ok with it. Shift Change happens and another lady keeps taking care of us. Our bill comes and the drink is charged $42. $10 more than I was quoted. I tell the lady hey the other lady said it was $32. And she said. Well that's what she said. But the drink is $42. Asked for the manager told him what was going on and he said I will get with her. But the drink is $42. He had an I don't care look about him because I couldn't really do anything about it except pay it because I had my card on file. So they had already charged my card and of corse it went through. So he didn't feel a need to actually serve me. And honestly I really didn't care about the $10. I would have paid it either way. But the way the manager handled it is why this review is up. Never apologize or tried to fix it. Maybe they couldn't discount alcohol but I would have really loved an apology on his non trained employees behalf. And all I got was I will get with her. Tips if you go : $42 for the fish bowl that served 4 people with 1/2 of it ice wasn't a deal at all. Paid 10.50 each person. Their frozen daiquiris and margarita We're 10.50. I could have had 4 good drink for that price of 1 that I had to share. If you're asking for prices. I would say go straight to a manager and ask for pricing. Or ask multiple people to see if they give you the same price. And pay drink by drink. Don't leave your card on file. We've tried several times to give this location a chance over the last 4.5 years. I'm not going to go into detail all the faults. However it just has come down to it's not worth the hassle for the price anymore. Constant lane issues, poor communication, not always clean, we had some NYE party issues last year (I will say after speaking with management that was resolved over time), and it's gotten so expensive. Ok, so my husband and I come here every weekend as our date night with a 7 month old and 4 year old at home. I have been very unhappy with one individual, Thomas, and almost never came back here. The reason we did is two individuals, Lexie and Whitney. This has now become our every weekend regular spot and they treat us like family and regulars. This makes us want to come back each weekend. We just moved from the heights to Spring with our second daughter and I really needed I place I could enjoy my break as a mom and just have fun. My family and I were here on a Friday night. The clerk at the counter made sure to tell me several time that each game would cost $11.99 per person. No wonder the place wasn't crowded. He didn't offer any kind of promotion or anything. I realize that this is probably not his dream job, but a little bit of customer care goes a long way. As far as the experience after that, I never thought I'd say that a place had TOO MANY employees. We literally had five different people serving us at different points in the evening, and of course they all wanted tips. A pitcher of beer cost me $28.00. They advertise a pizza and a pitcher of beer for $28.99, so this seems a WEE bit high. I mentioned this to our server and at least he did offer to change our order, but we didn't want pizza, so sucked it up and paid a fortune for some Blue Moon. Checking out: You have to stand in the same line where people are checking in, and by the time we were ready to leave, the line was pretty long. All those previously-mentioned employees were suddenly nowhere in sight, so one clerk had to handle everything. Even the final receipt had a spot for a tip on it, and I informed the clerk that he'd better try to get some money from one of his peers, because I was "tipped out". He claimed each person there kept his or her own tips, so sucked for him. The bowling experience itself was fine--the lane only gave us a couple problems with pins needing to be reset, and the area where we sat was clean and safe. If you plan on going to Bowlero in the Woodlands, keep all these things in mind and as long as you don't mind being bent over if you decide to order beer, you should have an acceptable time, but personally, it will be a while, if ever, that I return to this location. It's considerably cheaper to bowl (and eat and/or drink) at the bowling alley in Disney Springs... think about that... when your daily prices are higher than Disney's (which is notorious for gouging tourists), you might be overcharging a bit. The difference is: one is at Disney, is impeccably clean, has amazing service, and solid amenities. The other is off 45, South of Conroe, and has a lot of amenities but terrible service and upkeep. League bowler's stay away. This location only caters to recreational bowling. If you care about your game this is not the place for you. This is our second season (spring and summer). During the summer league we were told that our scheduled Thursday bowl would be canceled due to a private party. The cancellation caused us to push back a week, which we had not planned for, therefore we had to do a make up bowl. We called ahead and arranged the prebowl ( a couple days prior). On the day of the bowl, we were met by management (Miranda) who made us feel like she was doing us a favor by providing us with two of the driest lanes I've ever bowled on. (Oh did I mention we moved twice to find a pair of lanes that work, I use the word "worked" loosely. The bottom line is the summer league was horrible( in terms of working lanes) and an all around feeling of not being supported or wanting our business. Hosted my sons 16 bday and Bowlero, Lexi, and the hostess were amazing. Abigail who coordinated the quote and partnered with Lexi made it happen. They made sure I was fine through the whole party and that my son and his friends had a great time. I mean the kids were all bananas which made the whole event better. The food was really good and they made sure they were never hungry and we are talking about teenagers. Came here early Sunday evening on a rainy and enjoyed a couple games of bowling with new friends. Although the sun was still shining when we arrived, I really liked the ambiance and dimmed lighting in the alley. It was like cosmic at dusk. I can dig it. We did run into an issue while bowling during one of our lanes which brought things to a hault. We had to hunt down our waitress (who isn't the right person) to call the attendant because we didn't get a response after attempting to use the cool video chat contact feature they have. The wait wasn't terribly long, but I can't imagine how long we'd have to wait if it was actually busy. The have a great menu, especially dessert, and our waiter was kind and attentive. They have a pool table and tons of TVs that were airing the football game at the time. This is a good place to come if you want to bowl with a chill adult vibe. Super expensive! Drinks Are shockingly over priced! A bucket of beer was $53 for 6 beers. No price break for buying the bucket. $10 per game per person. Gratuity always included regardless if they assisted you or not. And $7 per person shoe rental. $100 and 1.5 hours later. Other bowlers kept sitting in our seats taking up all our seating. Obviously over booked lanes for the amount of people there. Super annoying. The pins kept falling down crashing the bowling setup. Throwing spare pins in the gutters after it set up. Kept getting stuck and having to be reset. Annoying! Employee said the machines are 50 years old. What a shitty date night experience. We won't be back.
