Very well made, solid construction, easy to intall and operate. Recently the hoop actuator became difficult to operate making raising the rim a challenge. I wasn't sure what to do given the unit was 13 years old. After a quick email to ProDunk and a few pictures, the customer service area indicated they would replace the actuator and almost immediately had one shipped.
