Our friends who's kids also play at Uscore suggested the Plus program. It has been a perfect fit as the coaches are knowledgeable and experienced. My child is able to train and grow with like minded players who love the game. We can definitely see her skill level and game has only improved since she arrived. She now has joined the outdoor league (great competition), and has really benefited from doing the indoor small group training. I can't say that we don't love the Coaches as they are all equally amazing. I remember when we got to Uscore, Coach Ken was an instant favorite, then we met Coach Ray and Coach Lee (he's a fav too), and have you guys seen Coach Jimmy in action?! Wow, wow, wow so blown away with the fabulous team! Its super family oriented, all of the siblings of players, play together, parents are super nice. Can't say enough good things!!

I recommend clear communication to your customers on times. Also, if the girl "working the front" or actually not present would have been working the front, we might have gotten a round in. Sadly we will be taking our business to the location actually opened until 9pm in Cypress. Disappointing children cooped in a car for 14 hours is not fun for parents. Do better!

I was shocked at how the kids were being heavily & loudly screamed at. They were being reprimanded for ripping posters off walls and threatened with losing bathroom privileges. It was followed by a younger adult screaming at the entire group of students at the top of her lungs military style. It was so jarring that my two kids were terrified. She screamed like a drill sergeant things like, "you sit up straight when people are talking to you, especially when an adult is speaking to you." It was like an episode of scared straight and they were felons. I told them I wanted to hear what was happening and that I didn't like what was going on there and if this was normal. The woman said, "yes, it's summer camp." So I said okay I'm not interested in signing them up and walked out. If your kids use this camp, please beware!!!!

The staff is nice, but safety is a big concern of mine. First - they do not enforce the sock on…read morethe barrel of airsoft guns. Second - They do not enforce/stop people from shooting into the woods from the tables that are furthest from the office. Third - They do not regularly chronograph. I see guys messing with their tanks, and I know they are shooting hot. The guys with tanks can really hurt somebody. Put a zip tie on and keep the pressure down. I was sitting on a picnic table when a bb hit the table. I see guys walk into the netted area without masks. Just because you sign a waiver does not mean they do not have to enforce safety precautions. They will be liable for accidents when they let people go rogue. I question going back unless they get it together. It is just a bunch of young guys running the place and they have not yet learned the lessons to take it serious. They are too timid and or it is their friends playing and they don't want to be "uncool". Finally, they are letting the "Goon Squad" play there and that group is no fun to play with. They over shoot and do not call their shots. They ruin it for everyone.
