I wouldn't trust them with any gun I won ever again, I dropped off my sig cross to get a new barrel installed and they ended up costing me gun (broke the receiver) I see why there's been a for sale sign in the window for months now. I would want to get off that sinking ship of a company too, and to add to the rifle situation I was told the rifle is too new and the tool doesn't exist which was a lie(sig had the tool on their website) just the pure attitude of fuck your gun we're just after your money seems to be there motto. This shop is excellent! The staff are friendly, and VERY knowledgeable! I would go so far as to say they are true experts as I believe the two gents who work the counter are also gunsmiths. Found that guns shown as in stock online, aren't in stock. It just means they could probably get it. That's not helpful when you have a long drive to get to their store. Phone staff weren't helpful and seemed put out to just answer the phone... plus their internet was down and they couldn't tell me if their own distributors had the gun. That won't get you new customers. read more

I tried these guys because they're close to my home & there were no negative reviews about their gunsmith services. They told me upfront that they were a couple of weeks behind on their work, which was no problem for me. My vintage shotgun was having issues on a hunting trip. They got to it pretty much when they said that they could. Given the symptoms, the diagnosis made sense to me. They were able to replicate the problem, then tested it again after repairs. I haven't taken the gun out again yet, but I have no reason to think that they would be wrong. It was a pretty straightforward repair and the price seemed very reasonable. When I take it out again, if the problem still exists I will update. As of now I will likely do business with them again. read more

I went into the shop with intention of buying some 9mm hollow point ammo. I was told that while they do have some in stock, they would NOT sell it to me unless I bought a new gun from them. Utterly ridiculous policy! This is not a store that is interested in taking care of a new customer. They would rather try to rail road you for more money in order to move inventory. I went in with a Winchester Model 1897 to have a bead sight put on and a functions test/breakdown done as I am unfamiliar with the weapon and I only just purchased it. The gunsmith came out and said something to the effect "This is a very complex breakdown and the weapon is TOO oiled. It'll be $200 for me to take it apart. It will take me half the day." I guess his level of experience makes a 123 year old John Browning designed shotgun too much to handle. I wouldn't pay that much to have any less than my carburetor rebuilt! Are you freaking kidding me!?!? When I questioned the need for charging such an obviously scam level price to break down a pump shotgun, I was told "Don't question my Gunsmith's integrity" and asked to leave. I quickly showed myself to the door. The prices were ridiculous on equipment as well. A basic .30 cal bore snake was 15 plus dollars. These guys are a joke! I'm a Marine Infantryman, and law enforcement officer of two decades, a firearms instructor, and have thousands of hours training with weapons and hundreds of thousands or of rounds sent down range. These guys have only one agenda, getting in your wallet. They are not knowledgeable, they assume you're stupid and they are quick to get rude when you call them out on their taking advantage of what they "thought" was just another dumbass customer. I wouldn't let these guys work on a bag full of horse s*** and I wouldn't buy a bag of bore patches from this joke of a shop. Just a bunch of people using the typical gun owner's lack of general knowledge as a way to take advantage and RAPE them! What a JOKE!
