Not only did he take it upon himself to lower his payout rate after we agreed on the 80%, he lied to my face when I called him out about it. I ended up selling to him because I didn't know better and believed his lie. Since then, I went to a wholesale gold buyer who not only offered me 90% of spot, he didn't skim or feed me the BS purity lie! FWIW I've filed ethics complaints with multiple agencies about Klein Jewelry based on my experience, and I recommend you stay away if you expect a fair transaction.

The person I spoke with on the phone never mentioned anything about needing to arrive 30 minutes early or at a specific cutoff time. The conversation made it sound more like "I'll see you when you get here," so I had no reason to believe there would be an issue as long as I arrived before closing. That was extremely disappointing. If the store was no longer serving customers, the doors should have been locked or the gate should have already been down. Instead, I was allowed to come in only to be turned away. This was a poor customer service experience. I understand that closing procedures have to be completed, but customers who arrive before closing should not be refused service without clear communication. I left very disappointed with both the treatment I received and the overall level of customer service.

It wasn't there, but their old name was 'PROSOURCE PACKAGING, INC - Premium Plus' at the same address. Keep this in mind when checking this dealer is legit.
