She was very, very patient as she asked the right questions about our daily routine and found the shoes that best suited our needs. We ended up not wanting to decide between two shoes for my wife and I and went with both selections, two for each and a total of four pairs. Not too often that happens but because of Roxana's wonderful customer care, we knew she valued our business so we spent our hard-earned money with her company that day last month. The sales rep measured my feet and after a few questions to determine what I needed the shoes for the rep came up with 2 choices for the brand I was looking for Hoka The Clifton 9 and the Bondi 8 The Clifton9 is soft and pillow like feel and the Bondi 8 was a little firmer. I choose the Clifton 9 after trying both on a few times and walking around the store. These will be my work shoes as I stand and walk a lot. The rep recommended these since that is why I was buying shoes. I recommend this place as the rep was helpful and not pushy or in a hurry and answered all my questions and was super helpful. Price was not too bad either as I look as it is an investment in my foot health and comfort.

I found the shoe that had been recommended to me by a colleague and tried them on. Adjusting the straps was a little fiddley, but eventually I got it right. There was only one cashier on duty so I had to wait to check out. The cashier was very friendly. I recommend this store due to the huge variety of brands and sizes available and that there's people to help you find what you are looking for. I don't buy shoes on line as i have to try them on before I buy them.

So this was disappointing. I did see some All Saints but it was just a ratty old looking boring black top in xxs. The shoes had a better selection, but nothing I had to have for the price.
