Honestly, TopGolf is a good place to hang out, eat, drink and hit some balls, but it's pretty pricey for an hour or more of golf plus food and drinks. You can't stay in your bay after the allotted timeframe even if you are still eating your food. What do you expect though? So they make you move to their lounge area I guess. It can also get so freaking hot in those bays during Texas summer days. The fans they have do not do any justice. They should really think about A/C options blowing out by the bays. Will probably never happen though. My drink melted within a couple minutes and it wasn't fun anymore once you get all sweaty. I do recommend just coming here at night when it's cooler. Also recommend coming with a large group so you can split the bay charges. All in all, they have pretty good food to enjoy while playing. Appetizers are legit. read more

I will say that my compliments go to the chef. While the menu is less extensive than other locations I've been to, the food they did provide and we've was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Always a good time always clean and lively but I remember why we avoid this location in particular. The food was cold when it reached us and it 83 degrees out at the time. The whole in donuts are a favorite but the syringes with the filling come out half full so your left with a bunch of donuts without a filling. The service is good, they are very polite but they don't make corrections without being addressed by the customer. We had a TV out that took about 7 minutes to correct but they did not offer to add time to your stay. When the waiter was asked he said he could ask the manager. Our server was quite attentive and so was the manager who checked on us periodically to ensure we had all we needed. I've been here a few times throughout the years, but every time I come, I wonder why we don't come more often. Every time we come it's always been a fun experience and even though sometimes it takes a little bit to get our food, we don't mind it too much since we are also having fun. I really enjoyed the quesadillas and the chips and guacamole and my kids love the fries as well. These seemed to be our best bet as vegetarian options. I wanted to try the donuts so hopefully we get to do that next time. Whether we come in the daytime, or if we come in the evening, both have a different vibe to it and we enjoy the experience. We had a reservation at Topgolf Spring and called ahead to let them know we were running a few minutes late. They told us we couldn't extend our reservation, even though we were just slightly behind. They also said there was no wait--but when we arrived, we were told there was a 15-30 minute wait for a bay. Super frustrating and disappointing experience. I enjoy Top Golf & what they offer. Went to this location for a work gathering. First time at this location. The lemon pepper wings were 3 out of 5. I didn't get any of the flavor so I asked for a side of lemon pepper seasoning. Once I added it to my wings they were much better. The garlic parmesan boneless wings were a 4 out of 5. It was more parmesan flavor than a mix of the garlic. But they tasted better than the lemon pepper prior to adding additional seasoning on the lemon pepper. The service was good. We had 2 waitstaff checking on our area. The male staff member I could tell he became seemingly annoyed with being asked of things we needed. Other than that there no issues. read more

Travel to Spring, TX to spend family time with the family. My nephew was in town for spring break and wanted to visit Top Golf again for the second time in a row, lol. We went on Saturday evening, we arrived at 6:00pm. We had to wait approximately 15 minutes for our bay. Our bay was ready within our estimated wait time. We paid $50 for an hour. The price is based on the time you arrive. I ordered The nachos , which was ok. nothing to brag about. I also ordered a glass of red wine that I forgot to capture which was $16. Way over price!!! Absolutely the worst Top Golf experience we have ever had anywhere in the country. We came in with customers at 5pm on Friday May 10th . Though I am going to bitch about what happened here , the staff was super friendly and seemed concerned about our issues, but never did anything to move us or correct them in a manner consistent with the many other Top Golf venues we have visited. Our waitress was super sweet, but in over her head. First we were given a bay quickly. Immediately our waitress came and took our beer orders. One hour later we got our pitcher and the beers. Appetizer we ordered never showed up . My wife went and ordered one from bar and came back with it and it had a hair in middle of it. Refund on anything? NOPE.......Never once did she ask us for another item in the 2+ hours we were there. Now onto the golf. The machine was malfunctioning while playing. It was not registering all the womens shots. They sent over a guy to look at it, he proceeded to hit 10 balls, and 5 of his did not register. I asked to move and he said he was calling manager. That guy came and he said he was working on nearby cameras and maybe that would fix it. It did not and he said he would see what he could do. They added 30 minutes to our play time, because they ate up 30 minutes trying to fix it. They said they would be back to see what they could do for us. The machine continued for the rest of play time not registering 90% of the womens and 40% of the men's shots. Absolutely BS...We never got moved, never got a credit for jack shit, we had to go find the waitress to close out, never found manager, so we left with a $170 plus bill for a shitty time. I was so embarrassed that I took clients to a nice steak dinner in the Woodlands to make up for this horse crap. FYI sun sets dead in your face so plan accordingly if you come here after 5pm. Also this venues machines are very outdated compared to many other Top Golf locations. read more
