Honestly, for a Dave and busters, I was so impressed that they had pasta and I was honestly also surprised at how good it was. It wasn't the traditional Alfredo with the cream but it wasn't bad! For a place in Texas that isn't known for pasta, I actually enjoyed it. I wouldn't say it was on par with any real Italian place, but I wouldn't sell it short. We sat by the bar, and there was around 50 people worth of seating by the bar and seats. They have a bunch of screens to watch every game you could think of. Football, soccer and UFC were all being shown. Otherwise, they have the games in the back, and I'm sure you can enjoy for a fun day or a date night. Went twice in a span of a week and both times food was good. But on the pricey side. Luckily they were running a deal for a couple weeks of a free kids meal & 5 dollar play card with purchase of 11.99 adult entree. My only continued qualm is a child's drink not being included with meal and it's a 3.50 separate charge. Service was stellar both visits with the food service portion. There isn't too much interaction of employees beyond that. If your getting a power play card it's best to start at $44 option with 225 chips with the option for 15% more at $6 (total $50) you get a total of 260 chips. Anything under that price point you get the extra incentive deals. Games range from 7.5 to 11ish chips a play. So it can go quick if you aren't watching. Some of the games could use an uplift as they aren't as responsive and affects the tickets you win. Prize selection is pretty good though the ticket costs you easily can feel you could have just bought the items at retail stores for much less the cost spent on chips to play games. I recommend joining the app as they reward chips and food items for "levels" achieved. Also allows for easy reload and tracking of your tickets in a much easier accessible way. read more

Not acceptable when sitting AT the bar. My issue is why do you have the Astros game on one TV at the bar at the very top making it impossible to sit at the bar and watch when you have the rangers and the Tampa bay rays on the lower tvs? Sends a very bad Houston loyalty message and makes these sliders leave a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up putting the game on my phone and setting it on the bar. Excellent place to bring family/friends and just have some good ol' fashioned fun. This place is jam packed with classic arcade and new age arcade games. There's plenty to choose from! If you're hungry, there is a sit down area with waiters and if you're thirsty, they have a full bar. Pros: Location - Easily get on/off I-45, plus it is surrounded by delicious restaurants (Chuy's, Black Bear Diner, Crawfish Cafe, Papasitos/Papdeaux's). Ambience - I felt like a kid again once I made my way through the entrance. Brought back some very fond memories and I really enjoyed that experience. The layout is really thought out and has a clear distinction between play area and eating. Private party rooms: This would be an EXCELLENT place for birthday parties/office parties etc. Cons: Size: Given the location, I would've thought this Dave and Busters would be A LOT bigger (I typically go to the Dave's off I-10 between Katy/Houston). The Woodlands/Conroe/Spring area is a densely populated area so I would've assumed it would have more to offer?. Who knows, they might be expending the building in the coming years. Price: Like everything that is fun in the world there is a hefty price. Be prepared to spend some serious cash if you bring a family of 5+. In my experience, I brought my two younger brothers and we only played games and spent close to $100. I might be shocked at the price because I haven't been out to an arcade in quite sometime but I was NOT expecting that price lol. Was looking forward to a great night with some friends, only to be neglected by the server and disrespected by the management. I had to talk to three managers and finally was able to be treated with respect by Josh. The wrong food was brought out and the correct food took forever to get to the table. The bar drinks were good but our table did not get the drinks until we finished our food. To add to this our server never came back to refresh our drinks as well. This place is so fun. Haven't been to a Dave and Busters in YEARS! Lunch was great. However, our waiter "rrrrrod" totally disappeared at the end of our meal. This location is so nice and clean. It feels like a casino inside. Very high end. Lots of amenities. And possibly a smoking lounge? Not sure. All the games were pretty new and I think I only saw one that was non functional. My husband and I came in and sat at the bar on New Year's Day to watch the Rockets game. First off, the bar top was filthy and the televisions had food splatters all over them. We found a spot at the bar top that was more clean than the rest and a television with the least amount of food splatters on it. We were immediately greeted by a bartender to take our drink orders. He ordered a tall beer, I ordered a dirty vodka martini. The bartender didn't know how to make a basic martini. She looked it up on her phone and ended up pouring about 1.5 ounces of dry vermouth (even after I specified that I would prefer a small wash of vermouth in the martini glass) into the shaker tin with the vodka which produced a very bitter result. I didn't want to complain at this point as I didn't want to make the bartender feel bad as I overheard her speaking with another guest about how she was new and did not know the difference between a well vodka and middle to top shelf vodkas when pouring shots. My husband asked if we could have food menus. We only received one menu to share. We ordered two appetizers before our meals, the pretzel dogs and the queso. When the apps arrived, we received no silverware or appetizer plates. We used our beverage napkins as makeshift plates as our queso was dripping everywhere. Throughout the night, the bartenders would ask if we were doing okay, but in most instances before we could answer or ask for what we needed they would smile and hurriedly walk away. That was really weird. I ended up having to stop one of them to ask her to take our dinner order. My husband got the Buffalo wings and I got the all American cheeseburger as it comes on the menu. When the food came out, it was cold. He was missing his celery, I was missing some of the toppings on my burger. I take off the top bun to show the bartender that I'm missing toppings, but guess what! She had already left to stand at the bar well and talk. We still had no silverware or napkins at this point, so I attempted to tear my burger apart with my bare hands to eat it. My husband had to go to the restroom for paper towels after eating his wings as the beverage napkins in front of us were almost empty after we used them for our appetizers. Throughout the time that we sat at the bar, it seems that they focused on my husband and completely ignored me. He got refills on his water, I didn't. When asked if we needed anything, if he said he was good, before I could answer the bartenders would smile and would scurry away. It was extremely frustrating and I know that my frustration began to show which probably resulted in the bartenders ignoring me more. We come in to watch sports games a lot at the bar and the service is typically a bit better, just slow. However, the bar is usually full so we tend to overlook the slow service. There were only 3 parties of two at the bar and 2 bartenders working! That is beyond poor. As a previous bar manager, I highly recommend not only training your new bartenders to be more knowledgeable about navigating bartending and the preparation of basic drinks, but also in service as well. Basic points of service were missed throughout the entire meal. Being a good server is a basic prerequisite to being a good bartender. While I'm not expecting a fine dining experience or white glove service at Dave and Buster's, I do expect cleanliness, good drinks and attentive service. We will most likely return as we love the games and watching sports here, but we may need to take a break for a while. read more

Their frozen margs are delicious (and strong) and I love their variety of new arcade games mixed w older games. the games are fairly priced for the amount of points u have to spend for each but we still always end up spending wayyyyy too much. Took my 10 year old here for some fun times. I sat at the bar while he played some fun games. The establishment was hardly busy. I ordered something quick and simple or so I thought. I ordered the code orange Rita and some chips with queso and guacamole. I received my drink pronto but OMG.....it took the kitchen 30 - 45 minutes to bring out the food and when then did the queso was luke warm and it was going to be an extra 10- 15 minutes on the guacamole. There was 3 games we went to (cup pong, dodgeball, and hot wheels) in which they took over 10 credits each but did not allow us to play. In this case I asked a "game master" what he could do for me after being unable to play, and he told me he could give me 1 free game. I lost over 30 credits and that was the only solution. I went here tonight with my kids and the kiosks where you can buy game cards we're not working. When I asked the ladies working the front desk if they could help process my request they stated they could not provide the same game cards the kiosks. I was dumbfounded, and they offered no other help to address my request to purchase a game card. Eventually another employee made their way up front and advised the kiosks just needed some more paper to enable them to work properly (they needed to be able to print receipts to work at all). I find it amazing how little customer service the front desk employees provided. Perhaps they should be replaced by more kiosks and then D&B should pay someone to maintain their receipt paper. My husband and I share birthday celebrations being two days apart. We decided to stay close to home this time and keep it simple. I did not expect to have such a good time. This Dave and busters is so clean. I saw the staff walking around picking up empty cups on the floor, wait staff taking care of everyone. We had shrimp dip, salmon, steak, and the big daddy cake (they even gave us two candles when I asked for them). The food was great! There was one game down with a sign on it, and then the ghost busters game close by messed up when we tried to play. My husband went to notify staff and they had radioed a team member who was there before my husband even got back. They immediately took care of the situation for us after confirming the game had messed up. The arcade area was not overrun with unsupervised children, and everyone was courteous as to people waiting to play the games next. We had a pleasant surprise that they play the UFC fights! NOT COMING HERE AFTER TODAY! How I saw management treat their employees is just repulsive. We had this nice gentleman and I feel bad but I think his name was Trevor or tyler (waiter). Well he was a Hispanic boy. Over here in this back room we sat and our waiter was kind and took our order. He was having issues with his computer. It wouldn't take his card so we joked about how those things were just no good. Well he started joking with us but when he went to the computer area this guy I'm assuming his manager said something. I guess he thought the waiter was telling us that the computer was just junk but we were the ones who got him to start joking with us about it. If we didn't bring it up I'm sure he would have said nothing. Well the manager starts saying something about a CEO and how the waiters need to use the computers they hold. So the waiter tells them it doesn't take the card and a few other problems. I thought alright this guy is gonna fix the problem. WRONG!!! He starts yelling at the waiter. About how he will get his a** chewed out because the waiters aren't using the computers. My thoughts were if they are broken then how is he gonna take our order? Then that's what the waiter says. And I mean said. He was talking while the "manager" kept yelling and cursing. Then the manager has a great plan. Take the tablet to the back and get another. Waiter replies that many of the tablets are having the same issue and instead of wasting time running back and forth he will use what is available to get his job done. He yelled and cursed and went on about something again about him getting in trouble with his bosses. Then the manager said something about if no one ever tells him how can they fix it. The waiter said he did tell him. The manager said that he never told him Guess that was a lie because the waiter said something about an instance and the managers face looked ridiculous. The entire time during this 10 minute exchange of waiter getting yelled and cursed at for doing his job because the manager didn't want the CEOs to yell at him because the waiter can't use the broken computer. This manager is an idiot!!! Kudos on the waiter for keeping his cool the entire time and never going to that other idiots level. It's funny but sad because the African American waiter came up and saw that the manager was still flustered. The African waiter told the manager to breathe because he looked kinda bad. It's funny because the waiter the manager yelled and cursed at looked casual like nothing had happened. Also like a child the manager came back and showed the waiter he was yelling and cursing at a list that he was making of all the computer problems. The waiter kinda laughed and so did we. Also note to management. Just because no other employees are around to listen doesn't mean someone isn't listening. Also again what an idiot because we were in the booth right next to the computers he was yelling and cursing at. I asked the front of who the manager in the back was and she gave me a girls name. So I asked about the males and I got two names. I'm sure it doesn't matter which managers name I put down because if one is like that they usually all are the same. Who ever is recruiting or promoting probably needs to get retired if they are putting people like this in charge. Well Zack or Jason I hope this helps you move further in your career. Safety is still a very high priority for us and there was a sign posted that said mask required. The staff was masked as far as I could see. The problem is that there were so many people that didn't have one on at all. This doesn't even count the folks who had a mask on under their chin. Is the business supposed to be enforcing this?
